After accident local police called him directly, They gave you list what part changes for your car.They changed couple items but they charged all items more than $4000 dollars.When you ask them where is the broken part? At the basement couple minutes later staff coming maybe Garbage truck take it.Said it would take a week. but it took a month to get him. I didn't like the service and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Got my hood vent installed as well as my wickerbill on my 2012 camaro ss convertible. I called many different places before i stumbled upon this shop. The pleasant young lady at the front desk was very helpful and sweet. Tony is a cool person, and took care of the work that i wanted done on my car no questions asked. I recommend this shop to all car enthusiasts out there looking to get some custom auto body work done. This place rocks!Service: Body & Trim

2016 Mercedes S-Class : I had my front & rear bumpers painted as well as the hood and 4 door dings popped out. The paint was blended perfectly, the hood looks new again and the car was returned in a modest time, clean and without that typical body shop smell of paint and full of dust. A place you can TRUST! You take your car to them knowing that they will take excellent care with repairs and te costs to you will be reasonable. I have been going to them for years and have never been disappointed. I fully recommend them.

The office attendant lady is pathetic. She did not put correct details in job sheet. She did not inform that the job has not been completed and asked me to pick up the car. Not even the owner told me about it. I had to pick up unfinished car because of the plans I made. The owner charged me full even for the unfinished work, with no plan for when the work can be completed . Did not have good experience .

my experience was bad. I left my car for a concert. Said it would take a week. but it took a month to get him. with old sin and roads . I didn't like the service and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Custom Autobody does EXCELLENT work and has great service. I ve been to them through the life of two different cars and have been satisfied for body work and repairs including work through Insurance claims. They are reliable, very polite and do not overcharge. Tony and his crew go beyond expectation and are passionate about cars and it shows!

Ive been using custom auto body for a long time ; I remember like 5 years ago I brought my Cadillac CTS and Tony gave me an estimate to have the CTS-V grill put in. I was happy with the estimate and then asked him how much would it cost to by the CTS-V grill with the Cadillac emblem in the middle (because standard V grills are just mesh across). It was about 100$ more or 200$ more. I would've happily paid it but I was young and in school and didn't have the cash.So what he end up doing? Buying the more expensive one (I know the prices of these things like the back of my hand) and didn't charge me the difference, all because he knew I wanted it but was short on cash.That's the kind of business Custom Auto Body is. Ever since then, any accidents, Tony (The owner) would always rush to help out. He even gave me his cell phone to contact him if hes not in - for an update on my car.I couldn't imagine going anywhere else to be completely honest. I think this is the only honest auto repair shop ive ever come across.Charlie C. from Ridgefield, NJ

This place is a rip off. Over charges and holds vehicles ransom. Owner doest care he is breaking the law he will even admit it. Dont go here.
