The manager of this location, David, was very patient and overall gave good customer service. Although it was raining, he took the time to help me change the headlight bulbs from my car. Excellent customer service.

I love shopping in this store but for the first time I see a bitter person who doesn't like to work or doesn't deserve to work here, I say this not only because of the way he treated me but also how he treated a person who was there before from my. The Seller's name is Juan

' No knowledge about what they really have at the store & kept referring customers to each other' will respond with "no" we don't have this tool without even looking at the image properly' one customer waited at the counter for a long time, until I confronted, only then they decided to move & do some work' A Customer in parking lot approached me & confirmed that he faced same things at this specific branch, he prefers to drive all the to pramus. Only visits this branch in emergency or when he knows what he needs & where exactly he can find it by himselfdespite having an empty store with three staff members just standing & talking to each other, one of them was on the phone' I can understand about the 2 junior staff members that they might be still learning and growing but the store manager on some power trip, rude and unprofessional,

I called to ask for a battery for my car and the gentleman carefully explained the kinds of battery they have. I got to buy it and they explained it to me again and they installed it. The service and attention were excellent. I recommend them.

Place was decent but the people in here are unhelpful and rude. There was this guy named Juan who seemed like he was 8 months pregnant just hanging out and pretending that he can t see people at the counter. One person asked to find an item and the idiot literally just pointed. Couldn t be bothered.

we have been coming to AutoZone in Fairview for at least 8 years. Pedro and the rest of the staff are always helpful and knowledgeable about different types of cars. Great place for your automotive needs.

We had an issue with our car and Pedro was absolutely amazing, he even stayed over half an hour longer to try and help us out with the issues we had with the car! Extremely helpful!!!!!

the other day we had to change the MAF and we didnt even remember that part was from Autozone and the guy name Nathan as soon as he sees the party he said this is bought from Autozone and you have 1 year warranty! So we changed the part directly there! Good job Nathan I didnt expect that someone would recognized their inventory parts right away even tho they were boxed!Inventory Knowledge 10/10Helping service 10/10Respect 10/10Speed 10/10

I had a check light engine, went in, PEDRO checked everything for me twice and even tested the battery. Printed me a diagnosis report and explained carefully what s wrong with car. And he printed out the part info i need to buy.This guy is an awesome man, an asset to the company.

the store manager Pedro was exceptionally helpful, professional, knowledgeable kind person, perfect customer service.He took his time explaining and performing above and beyond.He definitely is an asset to the company.

Great customer service from the employees, however the management is extremely poor, I had left my registration and insurance information over there by accident and was put on hold by management for over 40 minutes, I had to drive to the store once again to retrieve my insurance and registration from the incompetent manager, all because the manager couldn't pick up the phone.

The staff is a bit short but honesty they are so sweet. I had one young man help me today for my battery issue. It was freezing cold outside . The boy was extremely helpful and generous. He did everything he could without complaining. I wish I could remember his name so other customers can ask for him . But I will describe his physical characteristics. He was of Hispanic descent. he was quite tall. Great job!

Currently waiting on line. Ridiculous how they only have 1 worker on a busy day. I can never be in and out of this place. Feels like when you ask for help they don t even want to help you. There is only one teenage worker that s really nice and helpful.

Omg, Pedro was amazing. He was pleasant, patient and experienced. Sometimes men have a way of brushing female customers off, but not him. He dealt with me perfectly. I ll be back to this store for help. I live in New York.

Went to this Autozone about 8 this morning because I thought it might be time to get a new battery for my car. The young man who assisted me checked the battery and told me it didn't need to be replaced which I thought was very honest. Among other things, I purchased antifreeze, a rear wiper and an air filter which he installed for me. Very polite and courteous. I always have a great experience at this particular store. I highly recommend going there.

Adrian was amazing. I went there for battery replacement and he was willing to help and support and told me he needs to check alternator as well in order to check the root cause. He did check but said he doesn't want to jeopardize me honestly because their device is not fully functional and one another autozone has the right tools to check both. I got the help I needed from the other shop. Dude I mean really thank you Adrian! You are the best!!

Came here for a new car battery, and the gentleman(the only one there at the time) was so nice about switching them out on my car for me. It was pretty bad weather(snow storm) and he was running in and out to take care of me and the incoming customers. Couldn't be nicer and more professional.

Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. I don't know the managers name but he was very helpful. My sister was having problems with her car and the engine was making a weird noise. The manager came outside to look at the car and told us that my car needed antifreeze. Keep up the great service!

Ive never seen a store manager treat a store customer/employee so poorly. I went in today to buy washer fluid and the store manager was all up in his face screaming at him for no reason. And not only that the store manager was so disrespectful.

Victor was very helpful and patient with me. I went in there because I just got a car and something was wrong with it. so he stepped out and took a look at my car and gave me some advise on how to get it fixed. He definitely knows his way with cars which saved me so much money. I m so grateful he helped me. Thank you again Victor. Who ever comes here ask for Victor he s very helpful.

First and last time I will ever go there. Went to replace some windshield wipers and grab some other necessities. I knew the wiper sizes but just wasn't sure what the letters along with the numbers referred to. I read the booklet and tried looking it up in my phone for almost 15 minutes and noone offered any help. The place was dead and whoever was there just carried on their conversation with no regard. Useless. Thanks for coming in. Worst experience ever. Now I have to go to the Bergenfield location.

Customer Service is not okay with me at this store. I needed a battery for my SUV and I called the store to ask if they had the battery available and also to ask if they would install it for me. Of course the person I spoke with on the phone said of course we have the battery and of course we will install it for you with no problem. I told her I would be there within the hour. Next thing you know, I go to the store and yes they had the battery but she tells me nobody was at the store to install it to come back the next day. I go back the next day. The people who were there told me they didn't have the tools to remove the damaged battery and install the new one. I said okay fine. I went around the neighborhood looking for a mechanic to install it and I got it done. As I'm on my way back home. I pass Auto Zone and to my surprise I see not one car but two cars were parked right on front. I walk over and I see them changing the battery on the cars using the tools that they claimed they didn't have to do it. Racist is all I'm saying.

I ve been waiting on this line long enough that I was able to write my entire review. This place is horrible nobody wants to help, pretty clueless, and short staffed. The phone is ringing wildly right now, I am still third on line with 4 people ahead of me as they both waste their time with 1 customer each. This place is beyond horrible.

I went in to get a filter for my air conditioner and Victor was so helpful! Thank you so much I really appreciate it. He answered all my questions and even explained step by step on how to put the filter in.

I simply asked for a check engine scan...the supervisor was not inviting to do performing the service which is simple to plug a scanner on vehicle . She proceeded by talking over me and asking me the Automotive Engineer if the light was actually on ...I could see she was looking for every excuse not to do it just plain lazy not doing the job is paid for and I the customer did not receive the service , she then proceeded to ask me for my license and told me to do it myself I guess my engineering title rattled her but no I asked her to do her job and do it and she refused told me to go somewhere else her name is Brenda C and she does not reflect the professionalism or attitude of a supervisor ...I promised her I would call corporate headquarters which I did ...no tolerance for ghetto attitude towards customers it's not what Autozone is about .
