I felt that I was treated like *family* by Virgilio who very thoroughly tested my battery/starter/alternator, then installed a new battery. It seemed like he put so much attention to making sure it was the best possible installation so that I would remain safe on the roads. I am so grateful!

Great experience. Super nice and helpful! When I ran in there looking for a left side wiper blade, they helped me to find the right one quickly. Special shout out to Vic who changed the wiper for me! Without his help, I wouldn't even know the driver's side wiper blade was damaged from the recent car accident. Thank you :)

I am frequent customer. I buy all my parts from here for multiple cars. The workers are good. My issue is the product being put out there. I bought (3) alternators for two different cars. Not one last close to a year. Yes warranty was covered by that's not the point I paid labor (3) times $150 each time. Not to mention tows that are not covered. First one I'll take the blame because I bought remanufacture. Ok lesson learned. But even when buying better "quality" from advance it was same results. It doesn't make no sense to buy alternator from here when you can buy from dealership original and it would of came out to less. I'm very disappointed with alternator from hereJust in a response to the statement of products being oem or better. This is impossible. I bought an alterne price of advance. No issues as of yet. Also the batteries don't last either, i bought one from the junk yard for $60 1/3 of price and it's holding up better so farThe service just keeps getting worse and worse they don't even answer the phone or when they do answer the phone they put you on hold immediately just to be on hold 10 ,15 minute

They get five stars based on so many factors they got absolutely spot-on correct with only one minor 'con'. Read on to learn more!This place has oodles of parking and is very convenient. No matter whom you speak with their knowledge is five-star mechanic like. As I was smiling around the store I heard two different associates entertain a wide range of questions that you would assume only a mechanic would know. Staff is very friendly extremely helpful.there is a robust selection of anything you could need from maintenance to replacement parts for any vehicle in stock and on hand.The environment is Covid19 friendly.Now for the one and only 'con' which is it was a little slow yesterday because we just got a huge snowstorm so they probably had a lighter staff than normal. Plus I have about 4 seconds of patience for waiting on average so even this con is probably not worth writing about.

Unable to have a battery installed at 9:15 am on a Friday. There were two people working there and I was told there is no one to install a battery. Employees unconcerned, unprofessional and rude. Called the Advance location in North Bergen and was told the same thing. Went to a different auto parts store and bought and had a battery installed immediately. Avoid Advance if going to have a battery installed.

They don't honor Advanced Auto online pricing, even for their perks members. I would like to support different companies, but not if they don't honor their online pricing. TO RESPOND. How can advanced auto not honor their own online pricing! That's wild. What's worse, they said it was a package deal. It was not.

Quick and easy order pick up. There was a discrepancy with item shown in stock online and in store product availability. Diana quickly resolved my issue by matching the online price with another item available in store.

I just had a battery change under warranty. I believe his name was Bryan. He changed and installed it for me with no hassle. It was also free replacement as stated. Easy peasy!

1&9 went there little over a year ago and lets just say walking out while saying an 8th grader would given better service, Thought it may have just been a bad day. Was there this afternoon and Ive gotta say, if the register guy is special needs slow? than I apologize but if dude is just that STUPID than WAWAWOW,,Honestly its seems as if they R actively seeking to shut the place down, Didnt even give him car make and model and he says UMM YEA WE OUT? I look from where I was standing and pointed it out? Mr owner be careful, God knows the $ you lose

This is the best place to go to if you need something for your car. Very helpful employees and they have a wide selection of oils, antifreeze, washer fluid, and anything else you'd need.

Purchase a battery and not even avyear later. The battery went. I went back, they did a test and according to there finding the battery was good. So they charged the battery for a few hrs. Than a couple of months later the battery went again. I went to my mechanic who checked the alternator and he said it was charging, had a good connections. So i brought the battery back for a new one and was given a super hard time for an exchange of a new one. Definitely will not be going back again.

First time here but the staff was very super friendly and very helpful. They do not bother you when you tell them that you already know what you're looking for. Prices are good and selection is excellent.

Very unprofessional staff, nobody greeted me upon entering the store and nobody attended to my needs after waiting for an associate for 15 minutes I walked out. Never coming back to this place again terrible customer service and zero common courtesy.

My car wouldn't start when I left Noches tonight and figured it was the fuel pump. Fortunately they had it in stock and it was priced aggressively. I was fortunate enough to deal with Jose Martinez who walked me through everything. He was very thorough and made sure everything was in order before reinstallation. If it wasn't for him I would have had to pay for towing and a fuel pump. Thank you Jose!

The staff is really great, they helped purchase the car battery that i saw online,told me which one was better fit for my car.So I took advantage of online discount, and they installed it on the spot for free!

I purchased a new car battery and tried to return it a couple of days later and STORE MANAGER: DAHIANA MONTAN VASQUEZ refused to give me my money back. She made up her mind as soon as I entered her store based on my appearance it s the only logical reason she might have.I went to another Advanced Auto Parts and was refended my money no questions asked.My message to Mrs. Montan Vasquez is that start respecting your customers.I don t recommend this place.

Placed an order online and although it said pickup was ready there was no part. One of the employees told me that they will order it but when I came back that same employee stated he doesn t remember this interaction. What a waste of my time.
