I worked closely with Ron who is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. It s a home run to find someone with Tesla experience who s certified to help and shoot ya straight. They don t let you do too little or too much to your vehicle. Timetables are great and prices are fair. It s rare these days! I m happy to have them in town right here in Fairfield. I even paid over phone and picked up car after hours. Thanks for making me feel comfortable guys!

I went here on Monday 3/11 to get the suspension on my Tesla Model Y replaced. I drove over an hour to get this done and I must say it was absolutely worth it. Ron was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and professional. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated the experience he provided me with throughout the whole process. Teslas are not easy to work on but their knowledge and experience made it look like a walk in the park. The mechanics completed the job in about 3-4 hours and I cannot be happier with the quality of work they did for me. Their prices are were very fair and they are very honest; unlike some of the places near me. This will be my go-to shop for any other repairs I need moving forward regardless of the distance. THANK YOU SO MUCH RON AND TEAM for such an amazing experience- you all deserve a raise!

Fairfield Auto provided excellent service. Ron went above and beyond to find the issue that was causing my car to stall out. He thoroughly explained the process in a way that was easy to understand. I'm glad I found this place because it's difficult to find honest mechanics that offer affordable prices.

Good shop with good guys working there. Its refreshing to actually find a mechanic that takes care of the issue without bringing the car back multiple times. I recommend this auto shop to anybody looking to get quality work done.

This place is a hidden gem. Don and Mike are true professionals who put the true meaning of service into their company. Very accommodating and friendly. The price for service is exceptional. Mike and the team at Fairfield were recommended to me by my employers, who in turn have experienced outstanding service over many years. I no longer work in NJ, but make the trip out from NYC (45 mins) whenever I need my car looked at- I know I can trust the guys at Fairfield to give an honest assessment, provide excellent work, and charge reasonably too. I've tried three different mechanics here in Manhattan who all tried to rip me off and/or did substandard work. At this point I would even pay whatever it takes to get my vehicle towed to Fairfield, should the need ever arise.

Was in Fairfield overnight for business. Car wouldn't start in the morning and jump-starting with co-worker or AAA didn't work. Needed to find a local shop to get it working so I could head back to Baltimore that night, so I went online and found FSC.Had the car towed there at 1:15, explained my situation (over the phone) and they ran diagnostics, did the repair for a reasonable price and had me out of there by 4:00.Drove 3 1/2 hours back to Baltimore and my car is running great.Would definitely recommend these guys if you're in Fairfield area and need work on your car.
