My friends and I have been going here for years. John and his team always does a great job! Fantastic quality for a fair price. John is great at communication and works with your schedule. From fixing both body and bumper damage to matching specialized paint, Euro AutoWorks is a reliable quality shop. They have provided the same level of quality on my Audi Q5 as they did my Land Rover. Replaced the control arms in my Audi. Had another mechanic on it and couldn't figure out the problem. This is where you want to take your car and have nothing to worry about. And they're the only place where you can take your car and you don't get it back with extra dings or scratches. Best in town.

The service and advice are excellent and honest. They don't try to upsell you with service that you don't need. Fully transparent which I appreciate it. I bring all my cars here. I recommend everyone do the same.

Took a while to get parts from Mercedes, but once they had them, it was quick and effective work. My R230 Mercedes SL55 was having some Vario roof issues and the folks at Euro AutoWorks did a good job in fixing it for a fair price.Just brought my car for a second repair, this time the ABC system (suspension) is leaking. Sourced the part myself and they were quick to fix it.

Euro Autoworks really knows their stuff. I go here for my Jaguar because no one else knows how to fix that nightmare. If you have nightmare like I do, go there for fast, knowledgeable service.

John (the owner) is top flight when diagnosing complicated issues and can work on anything. His lot is not just filled with Mercs and Bimmers but all makes and models of high line euro and exotics. When he provides an estimate it breaks down parts and labor with images of the vehicle and it s emailed to you in prompt fashion. In simple terms, he combines a master mechanic competency with a treat you like family approach that results in a first rate experience.

Euro Auto Works did a fantastic job finding the problem with my my 2016 Mercedes Benz GLA 45 AMG. Got into an accident (driver side head on) and went to Mercedes Benz to get the body work done and fixed do to insurance. I get the car back all is fine until I notice when I hit the gas at high speeds or when my engine is warm all the power that used to go to the engine and push me into my seat was gone. Brought it over to Euro Auto Works and they found the problem within 30 minutes and I was back on the road with the car running brand new. These guys are legit and only do the best for their customers.Service: Engine repair

I brought my GLC43 AMG to Euro Auto Works for new OEM front brakes and rotors. They were able to overnight the parts from MB and installed them the next day! Jaimie behind the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Their quoted price was the best in the area and they provided incredibly speedy service. For once I feel like I wasn't taken advantage of! I am so grateful to have found this place. My car was originally burning oil and there was a problem with my sensor as well. John and his wife Jaime were both extremely helpful and so caring. This place always puts their customers first and makes sure everything is done properly. I know absolutely nothing about cars and even when I didn't John explained the procedures and parts to me very well in a way that allowed me to understand. Both John and Jaime are extremely kind to their customers and they always make sure that your car and your experience are all great! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who needs their car fixed, especially since the workers do the work thoroughly and they make sure that everything is well. The problem with my sensors required a full day and a full night since there were leaks. John explicitly told me that there would be no cost for fixing the leaks and he even made sure to drive the car to make note of any other problems (there wasn't anything)! Just the gesture of offering to do that meant alot to me and my car works like it is a 2021 model ;). Thanks so much to Euro AutoWorks! This place is AMAZING !!Services: Engine repair, Oil change

Definitely a Maybe but a NO without research!!The place looks professional,clean and they seem to know what they are doing.Don t judge the book by it s cover...the price is equivalent to dealer. Atleast with dealer, you'll get a loaner while they repair. Check around before going.Initially on the call were told that they will use original Mercedes-Benz parts and will have 2 years warranty on parts and labor. But if something breaks i got to take the car to dealer as part of warranty. After much hesitation and caution, we gave them a go ahead to proceed with repairs.2 days later, we get a call that they need to charge for additional 2 hrs labor for a broken bolts.We went to the shop to find out the status after 3 days, the owner seemed to not care much about how he addressed our concerns and dire need for the car.Pick up day: we are being told the parts were aftermarket and not original. When we mentioned that they told us to provide original parts he was like yes yes they are original.Then comes the warranty: where the mechanic mentions it s a one year warranty on parts only and would have to pay for labor. Then after mentioning about discussion on call went in the system and checked but refused to include on paper.Ultimately, the person on the phone may not be fully connected with folks in the shop and you may end up getting varying response. Please get everything in writing.We paid $1600 which includes $300 extra for labor which they added later on and then for the parts purched after market.Please do your research before selecting. It may turn out that dealer may work out better for you.

Today I took my Mercedes ML350 over to have them look at the AC/Heating unit. Jon already ordered a blower motor, fairly sure that was the problem. I went there around 10:45 am and they took care of it right away. I've been having my car maintained by Euro AutoWorks for 5 years or more and everytime I go there I get treated with a friendly, helpful attitude from all the employees. The prices are better than the local dealer and the work is impecable. John has the ultimate ratings in his service work from Mercedes Benz. My car has over 152,000 miles and is running like new. I assumed my vehicle would be taken care of seeing the high end cars they work on but unfortunately Patiently waited 3months on a Diagnosis then payed what they asked $$$ only to find out later that day they did damages for me to discover. Don t assume your car will be taken care of here. Lesson learned

What stood out to me about my first visit to this shop is that they could have charged me a bunch of money to replace my water pump, but they didn't. Instead they just did the oil change and tire rotation that I requested, informed me of the small leak in the pump, and advised me that there's a pending class action settlement with the manufacturer that will cover the replacement. I looked it up when I got home and sure enough I am part of the class. In the meantime I can just add coolant as necessary.

my name is Giovanny and john the owner is by far the most honest and knowledgeable mechanic I've been to, when it comes to any car he instantly just by driving my car he knew what i needed done and does the job fast!This mechanic saved me from being scammed from the BMW dealership when they try to force work on my car priced over 3000 dollars that i did not need done, it is always a good feeling to know the person you do business with is a honest mechanic.

Euro Auto Works is a very professional place to go. John explained what was needed and gave us his professional option on what we need for our vehicle. John is always cheerful and does a great job repairing my vehicle. I certainly will recommend him to all my friends and family. Great mechanics and really takes the time to make sure everything is correct.

The guys at euro really do it all. I used to only take my Porsche to the dealership. After John did an amazing job on some warranty work on my wife's Mercedes I'm never servicing my vehicles at the dealership again. These guys know sophisticated cars. Prices are great and the lot is secure.

John inspected my BMW when I bought it. He did a very complete job, provided a list of items for short and long term maintenance and then gave me an estimate that I used to return to the dealership for warranty service. He even provided a complimentary follow-up after the dealership provided repairs.Recommend, especially if you have a German car. He's an expert and generous with his time and knowledge...

When I woke up to a check engine light on my Audi A6, John was very willing to help, diagnosing my problem and getting me back on my way quickly without an appointment. He was pleasant to work with and very informative. I would recommend any Audi, BMW, or Mercedes owner to stop by.

I had an appointment to take my car to Mercedes dealership. Price inquired with others who had same repairs done to my car. Needless to say they were ridiculous! I then began to Google "reputable Mercedes auto repair shop" & Euro Auto works popped right up! Came in the next morning and I must say, they've got a customer for life! I want them to remember my name cause I'm suddenly going to be a regular from now on. Excellent service with top notch skills. So thankful to the Lord for having found John & Andy!

Excellent mechanics and John the owner is absolutely the best; he s straight forward with you and lets you know exactly what your vehicle needs done immediately and also gives you an estimated time frame as to how long do you have before the possibilities of something else wearing down. Very knowledgeable. I have brought all of my cars to Euro, from my Mercedes and Volvo to my Jeep. Top notch service. They wont try and sell you something you don't need. If it needs to be replaced, they will tell you and give you a very fair quote. If the repair can wait, they will tell you. Customer for life!

New to the area and was looking for a local shop that specializes in European automobiles. Called to schedule an appointment for an oil change which was no problem. Upon arrival for my oil change, I had notified the person at front desk that I had my own oil and filter which he said was no problem. Tech pulls in car and within 20 to 30 mins or so my car was ready. I had asked what the price would be for this service and I was given a price of $60 which is ridiculous considering I had brought in my own oil and filter. I asked $60??? And the owner said yeah we checked your air pressure, refilled your windshield fluid and the tech stated that he had cleaned my engine bay complimentary. No reason to argue so I paid him and left. Once I had parked the car at my house and opened the door I noticed a greasy handprint not only on fender but also door jamb and dash area. I popped open the hood and of course there was oil splatter and a terrible clean up job. Needless to say I will not be going back. Overpriced and messy.
