Shout out to Ricardo and Rafael for helping me yesterday. Lets start with Ricardo, I called inquiring about a post. I explained to Ricardo myEta which was MINUTES before them closing, without a hesitation he said come in we will take care of you. I make it on time, but it took me 10 minutes trying to find the complex. I called Ricardo and he patiently explained to me how to find his shop. By the I got there its past 6pm and these gentlemen remained open just for me. Great price for the tire and A1 customer service. Rafael helped me instal the tire. He was very nice and efficient. Thank you gentlemen!P.S- I can tell they deal with high end vehicles as Rafael was meticulous handling the rim and vehicle.

I purchased two tires from here on Jan. 10. One of them turned out to be leaking as I had to fill it about 5 times since it was put on. I called today (Feb. 1) to bring it to their attention. I was told to show up and it would be looked at. I get there about 30 mins after calling only to be told that I can be helped in 1.5 hours as there was only one employee there and he had 2 customers ahead. If I wanted to wait that long, I would go to Firestone. I call the same number that I initially called and no answer. I drive back home because I do not have time to wait that long. This has been my go-to spot for tires, not sure what has happened lately. I have even recommended this spot to friends, but I will think twice before doing that now.

They went over and above for me. I was driving from New York to meet someone else to buy used tires from because I didn t know of this company yet. The link that was provided from the other person brought me to the wrong location which was like 20 minutes away as I pulled into that parking lot. I ended up getting a flat tire.. I called Bavaria Tire they came right over, took my tire back to the shop, along with another one of my rims and install the tires for me. Had I known about them from the beginning I would ve went to them first, but they did me a favor and helped me out.

Just got two tires from them for my crown vic and let me say, the two workers there were beyond amazing employees, they did excellent work, were friendly, and even funny to talk to while they were working. I will definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for used tires in the future. Great job!!!

A friend of mine told me about how good they are and how reasonable their prices are, so I went to find a fast-quality service with a great attitude *Note: Waze will take you only to the main road but Google Maps will take you to the front door.

Liars, like little girls, starting from the owner to the both employees they will give you a hard time, not honor their warranties and denied services and products that they installed is what to expect from them, if I had them on a ring I would make them bleed like niagara, but they are not man enough to agree to that all they do is just talk, like beaches.

They installed 2 tires on my ford explorer a few weeks ago. They need to work on their customer service skills. Its a tire shop you cant expect alot. They removed one of the tires from the machine and it was scratched up in the inside. Its better to go to the ford dealer pay then and they use plastic tools to remove the wheel weights and balance them using newer machines plus I get free coffee and a car wash. I wish them the best of luck just need to be fair in telling the truth of what happened. Maybe others have great experiences with them. I didnt. Would i come back here? Yes but on a car with steel rims and its old i dont care that much about it.

I changed my tires last week from there. Couple days later just wanted to check the pressures. One of them was 68 BAR, one of them was 49 BAR, all the same. This is not acceptable, this is very dangerous. I am sorry guys but you should pay attention what you do.

Great place for decent used tires. Sold me a set of 6/32 tread all seasons for $250 balanced and installed. My car is AWD and a needed a matched set which was no problem for them. Quick service, no BS.

Been an oncoming customer since 2015. I love the quality of the tires. I have multiple cars in the family and especially leases. Great place to go to before a lease return is up. I recommend all my friends, family, and clients to come and get the most proper tires. Ask for Ricardo! He is the man!

Ricardo and his crew must be one of the most genuine auto businesses I've ever worked with. Having owned 6 different cars over the past several years has provided me with the opportunity to meet many local people in the industry and Bavaria Tire is one of the best! Awesome service for great used tries! The owner was very helpful in picking out the best tires for my car. After driving with these new tires, I've notice my ride is much smoother. Would recommend over getting brand new tires!

Had to replace worn out tires on a lease return vehicle. Ricardo is very helpful and was able to find the replacement tires with exact brand, specs and speed rating. No issues during lease return. Recommend Bavaria tire for good service and pricing.

Insanely knowledgeable and extremely helpful. These guys know their stuff and work fast. They have the best prices for German cars and are very friendly. I was in and out in less than an hour for 4 tires mounted.

Horrible experience here. Don't let the reviews fool you like they did to me. I scheduled an appointment days prior. Upon getting there, walking in there was no one at the front desk, no one in the lobby. After over 20 minutes of waiting I walk past the doors through the towers of tires to try to find somebody, the attendee was on the phone and told me to sh. I proceeded to tell him I had a scheduled appointment where he met me with hostility and rudeness... Highly unprofessional tone to speak to me as a paying customer who had made a scheduled appointment. Waste of my time, recommend you don't do the same.

Best tire store in New Jersey. I come up North From Kendall Park New Jersey because Ricardo knows how to take care of his customers. I ve been buying tires from Ricardo for 3 years and will not buy a tire from anywhere else..Thank you Ricardo..

I replaced 4 tires for my Mercedes GL550. The used tires are almost new with unbelievable price and the guy is pretty nice! Great tire store!

Great service. Bought my 2013 BMW X5 at Richard Catena Wholesalers in Teterboro NJ, saw the Run Flats were nearly bald. Talked to the salesperson, they called The owner Ricardo who is a gent and boom, they offered me a good set of used Michelin Run Flats (about 80% tread remaining) installed here or drop the price of the car. I took up on the offer, drove here about 30 min drive from Teterboro. Ricardo did the install himself since it was about 5 pm on a Friday and he was the only one left in the shop. Took about 1.5 hours but well worth the wait. Little tricky finding this place, tucked away in an industrial loop. I know where I ll be coming back for future tire purchases. It ll be Worth the 45 min drive from Staten Island, NY.CheersStephen DiBari

Who would have thought buying tires could be such a pleasure. These guys are friendly, honest and reasonable - don't bother looking elsewhere if you need tires.
