David the manager at Meineke in Fair Lawn, was the manager in Passaic for many years. He is friendly, helpful, kind and fair, in addition to being extremely knowledgeable about car repairs. He always takes good care of us when we bring our vehicles in for repairs.

I started coming here a few months ago, great service and staff! The manager Sam is very friendly and goes above and beyond to make it easy. They are extremely accommodating to my schedule and they do everything correctly. Highly recommend!

I started coming here got my tire fixed oil change, etc.. The staff was very professional and friendly and helpful and he said the car will be ready. The car was ready that I like. Thank you my Meineke.

We had a great experience with the folks at Meineke Fair Lawn. David is great! We had an issue with our Jeep during the holidays and David made sure we were able to get in and get it fixed in a timely manner. Great customer service! It was also fairly affordable.

I am a long time customer of Meineke and take all 3 vehicles for service. Reason for it is the professional attitude of their staff and honesty. Recently I took my Volkswagen Routan for service as it did not start. Meineke thoroughly checked and fixed it. Manager called and I picked it and drove to home. Very next morning it failed to start. I called the manager who helped to get it towed to their shop. The tower proclaimed the culprit to be the alternator so I told manager about replacement. Manager insisted for thorough checking and not simply replacing it. They tested all parts related to electrical system. The manger called me and asked if they can keep the vehicle overnight for more testing. Next day he called and told what was done and that it is ready for pick up. I was surprised to learn that they did not charge me and explained throughly the way that the problem was fixed. I truly appreciate the honesty where other shop could have charged me doing unnecessary replacements of parts.

I give this location in Fair Lawn 5 stars. The manager Michelle is terrific, and so is the staff at this location. I had a bad experience at their Englewood location were my car that they had serviced was returned to me making knocking sounds, and they refused to fix the issue. I called this location. Michelle listened to my issue and told me to bring my car in, and they would see what they could do.She was very professional and kind. They fixed the issue, and there are no more sounds. At no charge.I am very grateful to them for helping me when the shop (Meineke of Englewood) that originally did the work would not take the time out to fix an issue they created.A great BiG Thank you to Michelle and her team in Fair Lawn.

The biggest sham, not trustworthy what so ever even after being under new ownership.Avoid this mechanic unless you want to be taken advantage of. They are not honest and far from trustworthy.Take ur car elsewhere.Trying to protect everyone.

I used to get good service and good prices. The recent visit I got wrong items and the cost was more than double the average cost I found in the market. If the cost is higher than the quote I got from the authorized dealer and the parts are lower quality so I think no way I will be coming back and it is the time to switch.

Five stars all around, the storefront is easy to find, the inside waiting area is clean and has coffee for clients waiting for their cars to get fixed. Its warm in the winter and cool in the summer. They also have wifi.I live close which is also a plus, everyone here at Meineke is cordial and nice.Especially Monica the service writer. People that give happy and smiling service are 100% better, then grumpy faces in my opinion.And its a good thing when you can find a mechanic that gives you satisfactory service everytime you come here.

I needed some electrical work done on my Madza. Done some research the prices were so expensive. Called Meineke base on their reviews. They were an answer to my prayer. David he was my angel. Everything that was done was explain throughly step by step also the cost. David and the workers was very knowledgeable, respectful that showed me that they really care about the customer. I highly recommend going to Meineke located on Broadway, Fairlawn NJ.If I could give them ten stars I wouldn't hesitate.

Great service, stopped by for a quote for 5L full synthetic oil change and he said $80. Came by later stayed true to his word and the technician did a great job. It s driving sooooo smooth. I m gonna come back here for my next oil change if the price is the same.

It was an experience never the least but they were persistent and eventually rectified the problem. Everyone that I dealt with was polite and respectful . Thank you Englewood and Fairlawn for all your hard work.

Mechanics are very knowledgeable of mechanical issues. Staff is very hospitable and it is a very clean environment. Mechanics show care and concern about your vehicle needs.

Sam was the best. I came in to get something fixed as recommended by my dealership, but he noticed that they were trying to rip me off. The issue was much larger than what they originally wanted me to fix, so he gave me multiple solutions. No hassling or hustling me - very straight forward and HONEST manager. The mechanic was also super friendly and amazing. They deserve more praise.

Very disappointed in GREED !!!! I stopped by with brake light lightbulb asking to replace and they wanted $70 !!!!!! Will happily take business elsewhere. Mom and Pop shop charged $10 . SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES

Sam and his team took great care of my car! I always come here for oil change but this time my care needed extensive repair. They were able to have me come in earlier than expected. I had scheduled the appointment on Friday the 24th but they had called for me to come in on Tuesday the 21st because all the parts came in. Worried that I wouldn't have my car until the next day to drive to work, they were able to accommodate me and had my car ready by 4pm. Awesome service and Sam is a great manager.

Did a resonator delete on my Dodge Challenger on top of mid muffler delete and they found the perfect note I wanted. Sounds like a gigantic Cerbeus growling! Highly recommend their great service with detailed knolwedge. They do know how to handle muscle cars.

I've been here about 3 times now for different things and I have no complaints they are honest, have excellent customer service. And they listen to the customers needs and theywant to get the job done correctly the 1st time. I will be returning. I still feel the same way prices have increased a bit. But that's expected, when on problem was corrected and an unexpected problem popped up they did everything in their power to correct the new problem a the original price. Which I appreciate. I will be returning when needed.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Service was extensive and well done. They relayed everything in detail and even offered to Uber me a ride to the shop because the repairs took two days instead of one day. No complaints! Review update 3/13/2023: I had another issue with my car and came back to Meineke since the original job was under warranty. They fixed the warranteed issue, but another issue came up. I really became suspicious when one job was fixed, and then something else would go wrong, and this continued for about a week. But Sam came through twice. He covered the additional repair costs twice, and I didn't have to pay a dime. I'd say it was his way of assuring me, they really weren't taking advantage of me, and I really appreciated that. And every time I brought my car in, they really worked hard to figure out and resolve the issue. Excellent service and very respectful. Thanks, Sam, for being such a great human being.

Great customer service, specially from the general manager Mr. Sam. He explained to me step by step detailed information of what was going on with my car and my options to sove the problem. Service was excellent, the mechanics in the back very friendly and respectful. I'm super happy and recommend this place to anyone. Keep up the good work!
