They were extremely helpful, and were able to meet the accommodations of my car accordingly. I actually had a class at 2:00, and they were able to get my car taken care of before class and i was able to get to class on time. John was very helpful with my father and I, and made sure that my car was going to be properly taken care of. I had a new tire in no time! Very pleased with this place as always and couldn t be happier!

My new go-to place for all things my car. I had a flat tire this morning, and luckily, Mavis could fit me in. Michael was great at explaining the issue, and they were able to fix the tire vs having to replace it within an hour of dropping it off. Thanks for ALL your help today, great service, and quick fix.

The team here is like family!I initially walked in to describe the issue I was having with my car, and right away, Victor a concerned tech, got down to inspect What I describe, before even taking my car into the servicing area. My car was placed on the lift, he brought me in to discuss some additional needs of my car.Dee, the manager, swooped into understand the new dilemma I was having. His initial persona, and demeanor, instantaneously exuded genuine intent.Long story short, not only have they earned my absolute trust as a lifelong consumer, but I have built the beginnings of what feels like genuine friendship :).

Outstanding service! I brought my car in to fix a flat and was immediately attended to. Didn't have to wait at all. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Service was extremely fast and got called in less than twenty minutes when my car was ready. Almost felt like a NASCAR pitstop. Highly recommend this location! 5 Stars!

Dee and his team took great care of me. I had interactions with Stephanie, John, and Victor as well, who were amazing as well. They were honest, friendly, and professional. I was very happy with their level of service and the turn around time to fix my vehicle. Thank you!

Mavis in Fair Lawn has taken care of me a few times in a jam. This time they plugged a tire at the end of the day so I didn t have to get up and get back in early to do it the next day. They also offered me great pricing for when I m ready to change out all four tires. Stephanie at the desk was AWESOME. See her when you go in and she will be nothing short of great when it comes to service.

Had an awesome experience here. I called on a busy Saturday before a snowstorm to have four tires mounted and balanced on my 2018 Kia Stinger. Drop off was easy and everyone was super friendly. On top of that, I had my car returned to me in a very timely manner. I appreciated seeing that they took the care to cover the seat with plastic and protect floor of my car. I have taken my truck here as well as two antique cars I own and will definitely continue to do so!

John helped me today at mavis and was so pleasant and helpful. They explained everything to me thoroughly. Got me in and out fast! And even was cheaper than the other places I went to with the same exact tires! Would recommend

D and John were excellent. There was a nail in my tire, and rather than tell me I needed a new tire, they were honest and simply fixed the hole. Gave me great advice on a couple of maintenance issues that I need to have taken care of and did this within a half an hour. I m a realtor and therefore rely heavily on my car and to have it done so quickly and so professionally is a blessing for me. Thank you, Mavis.

Had a great experience today. According to BMW my rim was cracked and in need of a new rim aka $1000. Spoke with D and Stephanie and they guarantee that they will take care of me and not try to sell me a rim or tire, low and behold haf a screw in right tire, why only cost $42 for inspection valve replacement and repairs.

Stephanie & Jason were absolutely professional and kind towards me as it was my first time with a nail in my tire. They were exceptionally kind and patient! Very helpful through and through. I highly recommend seeing them for anyone with any car troubles. Excellent service!!!!

I am ALWAYS very happy with my experiences with the Mavis on River Rd in Fair Lawn. From the initial phone call to pick-up of my car after the repairs are done, the service is great. The people are friendly and the waiting area is clean. Highly recommend.

Scheduled a 9am appointment for an oil change, they even called to confirm the appointment. When I got there I had to wait at the check-in counter for 45 minutes while the guy looked through the computer to check me in for my oil change appointment? Turns out they didn t have the filter for my car, even though they called the day before. Seems like that would have a been a good time to check if you had all the parts needed to perform the job. The guy called Advanced Auto Parts to see if they had the filter, which they did. I was then told it would be an hour just for the filter to get there from .5 miles down the road. So after waiting 45 minutes for the guy to fumble around in his computer, then being told it would at least be another hour before they even started on the oil change, I decided to cut my losses and get out of there. Additionally, while I was there, a guy came in complaining about how he had work done there and one of the lug nuts on one of his tires was never replaced. I had never seen such an unhelpful response from the lady behind the counter mechanic isn t here today so I don t know if we can do that guy was looking for his lug nut I dodged a bullet with this place, you should too.

I had an issue with my steering wheel vibrating and shaking and pulling to the left, so I took it to this Mavis. I communicated my issues with the staff, and they told me it was a balancing issue. I told them that I think it was an issue with a tire. They balanced my tires and didn't check the tires themselves. They told me the problem was most likely fixed, and when I drove away the issue was still there. The problem was still occurring the second I drove away. The steering wheel was still shaking and pulling to the right. I then took my car to the Mavis in Newton and they diagnosed it immediately. I bought new tires and the problem was fixed. Car is perfect now.

Stephanie and Emani and Mavis Tire on River Road in Fair Lawn NJ were amazing!!!!! I had gotten a flat tire and it was very close to closing time and they were very accommodating that waited for us till we got there even though it was close to closing. They were super nice. Got everything changed real quick and had me on my way to get on with the rest of my travel plans I would highly recommend them here they are amazing!!!!

I had a very bad experience with Mavis Discount Tire. I had to wait for a hour for them to do a simple tire service and after a hour they told me they can t do it. The workers are very rude and disrespectfulNot professional. The over charged me to many times. In the first place they gave me different price and the final price was triple.The quality of tires they put are very poor and expired. I strongly NOT recommend it to NO one .

Average. Dont do any more than they have to. Probably not paid very well and for that I blame the directors and executives that determine the company's trajectory. Satisfactory work.In other areas, they could and should be better neighbors and keep the outside cleaner. Bottles, plastic and paper litter the parking lot. They should consider themselves lucky that the town provides a garbage can in front of their store.

Mavis did a great job helping me quickly replace my TPMS sensor. Other shops were charging way more and Mavis honored a competitive price. They were also very quick. Thanks John & team for all your help today.

Rude service. Misleading mechanics. They knew from the beginning of the transaction that I was a veteran and proved to me that they don't care about service members of the US. Every staff member I spoke with was either incredibly indifferent, belligerently rude or was directly lying to my face with a smile. I will NEVER bring any business to Mavis Discount Tire. They made an unfortunate event 100x more frustrating.
