I worked with Alex to purchase a new 2024 Jetta Sport. We had been to 4 other dealerships in the area and had not so much as touched a Jetta. Alex was very helpful, I never felt pressured, and he gave me plenty of time to consider options. He offered to work with me to find the perfect fit for what I was looking for. He was fair and honest, made the effort to get me the best deal I could. I walked away extremely pleased with the process and got a great car out of the experience.

Very thorough. Very friendly. Very efficient. Genuinely concerned about your vehicle. Pricy, as dealerships are apt to be, but worth it considering the peace of mind knowing your vehicle is getting the best care.

Everyone was extremely professional, kind and helpful. This is the best place to bring your vehicle for service! They helped me with my Audi and answered all of my questions.I would like to specifically mention employees MJ Taggart and Shawn Ayoub who treated me very respectfully from start to finish and who made me feel that everything was going to be okay. 5 out of 5 stars! Highly recommended!

We purchased a used 2019 VW Jetta from your dealership about a month ago from salesman, Steven. As of today, we have yet to receive the plates and registration. Each time we call the dealership, we receive the runaround along with all the managers are in meetings and will call us back. We spoke to the receptionist ,Jaylene, who informed us they were still waiting on the title of the car and unable to obtain plates until they have the title. A follow up call made to the dealership the following day -spoke to Craig, who noted the title of the car has nothing to do with the plates and he will get to the bottom of it and requested we call back today after 10am. No assistance was given. Plates are still not in. Ratings given for This dealership is a 1 star. No one truly cares about the customer only making sales and profit. The temp plate will be expiring on Sunday, 12/18 and we will be unable to drive the vehicle purchased as a result until this is resolved.

I am a bit confused about all the poor reviews. I was there the other day, the staff and service were great. I called the day of to set an appointment. Frank was more then accommodating to my schedule. I was told the service would take a hour so I went prepared to be there at lease a hour or more. To my surprise I was there for a little over a half hour and my car was ready!! While I was waiting they offered me coffee. Frank was very detailed and informative about my service options. He was not pushy at all about what I should do he just explained to me all my options and things I should consider so I don't acquired additional costs down the line. The staff here is very professional as well as very knowledgeable. After my car got serviced they offered me a car wash which I refused (it was going to rain the next day)I called other Audi call service centers in the area prior to going to Jack Daniels and no one was as polite and helpful as the staff here.I will continue to bring my Audi to Jack Daniels Service without question.

This has been the absolute worst car buying experience ever. Everyone I have spoken to sounds very shady and deceitful. They have the absolute worst customer service, no one will return your calls or emails and they pretend to be swamped at all moments of the day, promise to call after hours and then never do.Here is a summary of my terrible experience:I found the car I wanted listed online at Cars.com that was available at their dealership. I asked them up front, I m out of state, will there be any problem selling a car to me in California? They said, No we sell cars all over the country. I said, Okay, great. On Friday, I went through the entire buying process with them, offered to pay full price, plus cross country shipping. I sent over my financial information for buying the car, and gave them copies of my driver s license and insurance information. Will sent me all of the updated tax information for California, and they added on a $995 inspection fee and a $195 etching fee. I said okay fine whatever. On Saturday he called me asking for my card number for the deposit and down payment. I gave it to him. Then I asked should I set up shipping for the car now? He said no, we ll do that on Monday. Then he said he was going to talk to the DMV in New Jersey and he would get back to me.Monday comes and I don t hear anything from him. I call multiple times, they say he will get back to me. Once he finally does, he says that they aren t going to sell the car to me because I live in California. He said, My manager said it s company policy. I said, What? You re telling me this now? That doesn t make any sense. You ve known that I lived in California from Day 1. I asked him to explain. His explanation made no sense. I called the California DMV and asked them if I would be able to buy a car from New Jersey they said, sure no problem, you might need to get it smogged that s all. I asked Will if his manager could please call me to explain exactly why they were not selling me this car. He said, Sure I will have him call you. He never called. On Tuesday I called and asked to talk to the manager to explain this situation. I got a hold of another salesperson and he spoke to the manager and said, he will get back to you. He never did.On Wednesday I called again and spoke to a receptionist and said, I d really like to talk to the manager, so he can explain this whole situation to me. The receptionist said, He is very busy he will call you after hours tonight. He never did. Here I am waiting for a call back that I will clearly never get because they don t even have a legitimate answer as to why they decided to cancel my purchase. Extremely shady! So, I m left to write this review as a warning to anyone who is considering buying a car from this company. Clearly customer satisfaction isn t important to them. I d stay very far away from Jack Daniels if I had a choice.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly service rep who explained what services would be performed on my car's 20k mile checkup. It was quick and after I had dropped off my car, I received updates via text and email including a video recording of some of the checks done on my car. This was impressive but I wish the video clip showed more. Anyways, when I went back to pick up my car, I was greeted again by the friendly service rep who handled the transactions and sent me on my way in less than 10 minutes.

I read the reviews here and was slightly concerned, but I take all reviews with a grain of salt. However, my car was very due for an oil change and checkup and it'd be another two weeks before I had a free day so I called early to see if I could come in the same day. The girl who answered the phone was very polite and helpful and was able to give me an appointment later that day. As I walked up to the front door I was greeted with Chris opening the door for me and got me settled and my car was off very quickly. Both staff members were very nice and courteous!I have to say though they should lower their voices with personal conversations. The receptionist who answered the phone started complaining about a customer who called and couldn't remember the receptionist's name. It's rude if there are other customers in the waiting room, she shouldn't have been bashing the caller. Its not professional.Other then that I was very pleased with the service I received and how I was treated, they even washed my car! I'll definitely be returning due to the wonderful service I received and proximity.

I have been a customer of JD for almost 20 years. Always a good sales experience, but the improvement in the service department is the reason for the five star review. If it's routine maintenance or something more, there is no substitute for dealer service. The team at JD is thorough, fair and, most importantly, attentive. They talk to you, work with you and provide a level of attention that money can't buy. I had a rough couple of days with my A4, but they helped me get my car back in shape and charged almost nothing to do it (warranty extensions and courtesy pricing). I'm a very happy customer.

Bought a car from out of state through Jin Ha. He was extremely helpful in making the deal work smoothly. Made sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision.

Went to get my front driver side speaker fixed because it popped. The worst service I ve experienced, they said it ll take an hour and a half and that I ll get a phone call to pick it up. Never got a phone call, instead I called multiple times after 4 hours just to find out it was done . When I finally go to pick it up they tell me the parts were ordered and that I have to come back in about a week or so. So they did absolutely nothing to the car and didn t say anything. They pull up my car and it isn t even washed. Wasted a whole day and got nothing done. Go to a different service department.

I just went to the service center for some Audi coolant and wipers. Steve provided beyond exceptional service. He even came outside in the pouring rain to install the new wipers for us. If you're ever in need of Audi/Volkswagen parts, make sure you talk to Steve. 10/10 would definitely go again

PLEASE RECONSIDER TAKING YOUR VW FOR SERVICE AT JACK DANIELS MOTORS IN FAIRLAWN NJ, they are crooks. I took my vehicle there in December for an oil leak which should have been covered in the Warranty however, I found out that my warranty has just expired, they refused to honor it even though I had called prior to Thanksgiving to schedule. They were too booked at that time to take the care in and provide a loaner. So I met with Lexis brought my car in and received a call 4 days later with an estimate of $1800 dollars to fix 2 oil leaks. With an additional estimate for other items they found wrong with the car in total $2800.00 dollars. Since I was not prepared for such a huge expense right before Christmas. I decided to only have the 2 necessary oil leaks fixed. This repair cost me $1800. + tax et al. I tried to negotiate the bill asking VW of America if any of this would be covered under the Vehicle Warranty or if they would allow my extended warranty to partially cover since it had just expired and they were icy about my request which escalated to the warranty company everyone denied me any discount or courtesy price reduction. So I charged the repair. As of February I noticed my pavers were stained with Oil and the leak has started again. So I just dropped the car off last week! So much for getting a good quality repair. I would say they are crooks that have very little work ethic, just out to rob the consumer!!! TB continued as I still have not received my car back it has been 1 full week. VW Passat 2014 BLack.

My wife and I have purchased/leased 7 cars from your dealer and still the service department has failed me. Purchased the car Feb 2020 and since May 2020 I ve experienced on ongoing low oil issue with my 2019 Tiguan. The explanation went from a normal car function to now being accused by your service manager Joe of being an aggressive driver. Last issue is warped rotors with 10mm on brake pads but it s also a normal occurrence. Truly awful experience...

The way you evaluate great customer service is not really when everything goes right. I believewhen you have an issue and you may not be satisfied and the employees make sure theyshow they will fix the problem and care about you being a satisfied customer, that is great service! That is what the Service Manager Pedro did. I must mention the employee George Saunders who goes out of his way to make a customer feel valued and appreciated. His service is definitely exceeding the typical car dealership experience. thank you guys! CIMONE CAMPBELL

I personally did not want to give even one star but I guess I have to rate servuce. Today will be my last day for Jack Daniel's loyalty. No more Jack Daniel. Service orientation is absolutely not even equivalent to Hyundai or Kia. Service manager is not customer oriented. If I have one reason I am not coming back, it will be the Audi receptionist. Dear all minority customers, be wise when you buy a new Audi or Porsche. I drove 80mph or sometimes 90mph get to Audi service to pick up my car, guess what, people keep coming after 4 pm to pick up a car when I was told I need to take off work early next day again. First I waited nearly 1 hour for lift on first service. 2nd time, I was never told to bring a copy of Insurance for courtesy car. Problem after another problems.

Jack Daniels Kia in Fairlawn, New Jersey provided excellent service!!By texting a step-by-step video of the condition of my car - visually showing and verbally explaining detailed info, I was able to actually see and understand the service that was to be performed. With today's high-tech, high-performance automobiles, Jack Daniels is certainly in step and up-to-date with the type technology need toprovide the best service information that customers want for automotive service maintenace. Many Thanks John Nunley of Jack Daniels for a memorable automotive service experience! Special thanks also extended to Chris, Brian [tenhnician], Emily, Charlie, Sarah [sales] and Ashley- a tech genius!

Probably the worst service I've ever had! To start, I had my Touareg in twice because the AC started to smell like rotten eggs because the water had been sitting somewhere in the AC instead of draining out of the unit. After the first service, it still smelled and now the AC started draining inside my car. At the second service, they fixed the draining inside the car but never the ever growing smell. My answer to the issue still not being revolved was "we cleaned everything we can". Thanks JD. AND they returned my car with a broken door handle, passing it off as if it was loose....when it came off in my hand as I was closing my car door to leave I was shocked. They straight out LIED TO ME. They did tell me that they would fix it and would have to replace the entire panel, as you can't just order the handle. THEN THEY REPLACED JUST THE HANDLE and left the torn leather on each side of the handle. BUT WORST is they didn't align the cover panel over the window controls properly so the they now GET JAMMED and you can't even unlock the rear windows anymore because the button is jammed down under the panel. WHO PERFORMS SERVICE LIKE THAT??? They don't care. They want you to spend top dollar but don't give you top notch service. They followed up with a call if we were happy with the service and when I explained that we were absolutely NOT, the manager was supposed to call us but NEVER did. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE.I have three words FIND ANOTHER DEALER

My husband just made his first payment on his car and not even a day after a warning light comes on. We bring the car in to be prepared as it is under warranty and get a loaner vehicle in the process. Today I came to pick up the loaner and it turns out that they only take credit cards to cover any incident not debit/credit cards. I find this very inconvenient because now we only have one car to drive. This just adds to the terrible experience of the two weeks it took them to sale is the car in the first place. I will not buy or lease another vehicle from them

Michael Chang was awesome. Thank you Kia service team for all of your help. I used the Jack Daniel's Motors app, to schedule an appointment for a screw in my tire and an oil change. They took my Nissan Rouge in without any questions. The best thing is they even gave my car a wash before I took it. Thank you so much!

This is purely a service review and is long overdue. I had my pre-owned TT towed in after breaking down in an intersection. They assured me the car was fully functional after replacing the fuel pump and claimed they test drove it. I picked it up and two minutes later was stopped dead on Route 208. I panicked, called them crying, mascara all over the place. Traumatic to say the least. I finally sputtered to the side of the road where they came back and got me. What did they give as a consolation you ask? A free oil change! They re lucky I wasn t seriously hurt. I have zero faith in them to repair their own cars and traded it in for a Mercedes elsewhere the next month.

This place is horrible. No one pays attention to anything. The only good employees that they had either left and/or were let go years ago.My car was totaled two years ago and I have repeatedly asked to have my number taken off their calling list, yet no one seems to care enough about customers to honor that request. I still get phone calls, voicemails and text messages asking me to bring my car in for a service. Hey, guess what, I can't bring a car in for servicing if it doesn't exist.

Surprised this place is still in business. Service department is the worst I have ever been to. They systemically justify reasons up-selling unnecessary and costly services. I am certain none of the techs have passed Audi Tech Training and that they are pressed by management to circumvent warranty covered repairs in hopes of making a quick buck with a fraudulent service. First of all look at your oil change receipt, the oil used is not approved by Audi. Second, my complaints of oil consumption were waived off as normal . I finally had enough and went to Bell Audi which immediately preformed a consumption test (which I failed) and repaired my engine under warranty. Jack Daniels is a joke. No one should put up with this sub-par excuse for a service center when there are fantastic options within easy commuting.

I have been taking my Audis (Q5, Q7 and S5) to this location since 2014. Reliable service at its finest. I usually give them a call a couple of days early to reserve my loaner car. This is an official Audi service center so expect to pay a little more compared to small indy shops around but I would rather have my mind at ease than pay a little less for the same service.

I will never again go to Jack Daniels Motors:Jack Daniels Motor scheduled the service on my VW Tiguan with two days in advance, March 4th 2017. The car was dropped off as scheduled and my nightmares begin. Their service representative Michelle, gave me a run around with excuses and the car was not ready as promised by the end of the day. I left the car for one more day, giving then a second chance to get it done. Guess what, on Monday March 6, 2017....the car was still not even looked by the end of the second day! Besides that, Michelle is an obnoxious, rude and arrogant person. The manager of the service dept. was called in and offered me a loaner and a 20% discount for service that they never even gave an estimate for...because the car was not even checked. After my refusal to accept their excuses, they gave me my car back and I found another place to take care of my VW Tiguan. Please do yourself a favor DO NOT GO JACK DANIELS MOTORS....IT IS A NIGHTMARE!

Terrible Service and Management of Jack Daniels MotorI have a 2017 Audi Q5 (6810 miles), on 09/01/2018 I had oil change in the Jack Daniel Motor's Audi service center. Service completed in same day and I was told the car was in excellent condition .I picked up the car @ 3:55pm and only 5 minutes after I left the service center, my car suddenly stopped in the street due to engine seized. I saw oil all over on the engine and other places as well as drooping on the ground, I took some pictures. I called the service center but it was closed at 4:00pm. Another Audi service told me to contact Audi roadside assistance, and the car was towed back to the same service center at 5:40pm same day.19 days later, the service manager Ted Higgins told me the car has been fixed, they replaced parts including cylinder head. and repeated what he said "every thing is going to be fine, we will make it like a new car Mr. Higgins never explained the damage caused by Jack Daniels Motors' wrong doing. We learned from mechanics that seized engine is a serious damage, even if it can be fixed, it greatly shorten the lifetime of the engine, reduce safety and resell value. We should get a new motor or new car.I have not received any letter for apology, information on the damage and remedy. I asked Mr. Higgins and wait for response.I had the brief meeting with Mr. Higgins and general manager Terence Taggart on 09/26/18. Mr. Taggart said briefly "you can trade in your car to buy another one, or we give you coverage on engine." He promised to put something in writing and I could pick up next day.On 09/27/18, I called several times but could not get hold of Mr. Higgins (he supposed to give me the paper). On 09/28/18 morning I called again but Mr. Higgins is not available. However, I got text message @11:01am from the Jack Daniels saying "Thank you for returning your loaner car..." then I called my wife at home and realized the loaner car on my drive way was gone!I spoke with Mr. Higgins in the afternoon and was told "Mr. Taggart will not give you any thing in writing but he honors what he said" I don't even know the detailed information he said. The Jack Daniels Motors never show they want to take responsibility for the damage caused by its wrong doing. Under this circumstance, we request a new Audi Q5 or a new motor need to be installed in another Audi authorized dealer.

i recently brought my 2000 audi tt in for repair. the power window on the driver side wasn't working. i figured it was a loose wire or some simple fix being that the car, although 13 years old, has only 28,000 miles on it. i was told that the motor and another part needed to be replaced. cost to me, $1414. also it would take 5 days to get the parts. i have not spent that in total over the entire 13 years on this car. it is extremely babied. i originally agreed to do the work but it was really eating at me that it would cost so much. i looked up the motor online and it would cost me $250 to replace it. where do they come up with the price of $1414!. the next day i called and cancelled the work, i only had to pay the diagnostic fee of $143. i picked up my car, and low and behold, the window now worked! up and down, up and down. that's some shady business practice wouldn't you think so? obviously the window motor is fine and they just wanted to rake me over the coals. they wanted to charge me to replace parts that had nothing wrong with them. also, you do not need multiple bad experiences to advise customers to go somewhere else. draw your own conclusions from my experience and make an educated decision. but if you ask me, drive right by this place, don't stop.

Be very CAREFUL with this dealership as they do not care about the consumer but making money. They can sell you anything that looks good on the outside but has many problems that they HIDE from you. They sold my fianc downpayment he had to take them to court. They sold him a lemon car! Send me an email if you would like to hear the whole story! I would pay every single person money to stay away from this place !
