I ve brought my car for service here a few times before and it was as expected but I came in to get a recall checked in mid January and part of the recall was fixed but a part needed to be ordered for the second part. I was told I would be called when the part was ready. After 7 weeks exactly, I decided to call them and was told the part was already in. I made an appointment for that weekend at 10am. I arrived at 9:49 am and sat for over 3 hours for a 5000 mile service and a spiral cable replacement. The first spiral cable replacement took an hour and service usually takes an hour. So at maximum I thought I would be leaving by 12. It s 1 pm as I m writing this and I still haven t gotten my car back. Luckily I didn t plan to do much else today. I will be bringing my car for service where I bought it from now on.

Had a great experience and wanted to share. My truck was dead in my driveway had it towed to the Service dept. On arrival Kelsey helped me in the service department, I explained what happened in great detail and she said she knew the right person to correct the problem.By the end the day Kelsey reached back out to me with a diagnosis and 2 options for repair. If I wanted to proceed they could order the parts and by the following day could complete the job I agreed.Around 3:30pm the next day I received a text stating the truck was done This was great news, my daughter and I were at a doctor s appointment and we finished up late at 5:45. I took a chance to see if could make it there before 6pm but was too late, it was well after 6pm we got to the door and it was locked. One of the reps inside noticed me at the door and invited us in. I stated I was there to pick up my truck but understanding it was late, I could come back tomorrow, he offered to help and looked for the invoice and keys. I started asking questions about the repairs he said he wasn t sure but noticed the master tech was still working in the shop and offered to get him for me. Next thing I know the master tech came out and greeted me He went over all the repairs and how it was all done. Mike answered all of my questions and even mentioned the good condition of my 14 year old Tundra.Everyone went out of their way to help me even after work hours. It was honestly the best experience I ever had at any dealership. I couldn t be happier

I brought my car in last week and had kelsey as my service writer. Not only was she very patient with understanding my issues from a previous service I had at another dealership but made sure everything was handled correctly. She was very nice and knowledgeable about what the issues were with my car. Hands down the best experience I ve had at a service center in years! Thank you, Glen Toyota!

The service I received for getting my Tacoma fixed did not disappoint! Professional group of service employees. You don t receive the typical hassle some company s give you when you get your car repaired. I felt important. Would highly recommend Glen Toyota Service.

first time coming to this service center. most of the people i came into contact with seem to hate their job. i got there, the valet or whoever just told me to get out of the car. didn t say hi or greet me at all. he was looking at me like i had 10 heads because i was waiting him to say something. handed me my ticket and just kept about his business. i had to ask where to go and what to do. bruce was very helpful, informative, and personable. after the service, i was setting up my gps in the service garage and some rude white gentleman told me to get out, i tried to explain i was setting up my gps and he told me to pull off and leave. not everyone, but some of their workers are just plain rude. they also didn t dry my car after the wash but that s the least of my worries. if you don t like your job, don t be in service.

I will never bring my car anywhere else to get serviced. Glen toyota is always dedicated to helping with any issues with my car. Ask for Bruce and he will be sure to take care of you.

Came in for the 10,000 miles maintance work. Made it easier for the mechs cuz we have a trd and we have the skid plate on. We took it off for them and even the drain cover. Once we got the truck back hubby went to put everything back on only to discover that the plug was never tightened so it was leaking oil. Called immediately to let the shop know and the service person apologized and said it be dealt with. They are a good place but doesnt hurt to double check the work .

Usually they are good and straightforward about providing information but last time I called asked question then what she told me!?? I was on the line for couple minute only music and music then I cut off the line.Now I am thinking instead of calling I may be visit store one day.

It was just an oil change. The price is affordable , the only thing I'm not too happy about is that they offer you a complementary car wash with the service. This was the second time that I had to remind them about the car not having been washed, and I had to wait longer for the service to be done, and that is not professional at all.

This is very friendly and professional service shop, the best Toyota place. Can't even compare with one in Cliffside Park. The wait is not that long, they are also price conscious, and takes all Toyota related services. Always enjoy coming here.

I transferred my Highlander Hybrid service to Glen Toyota because I was unhappy with the service I was getting from my local dealer. So far I am very happy with the Glen Toyota Service Department, and they have chargers in their spacious waiting room for my phone.

Worse parts center i have used for Toyota. Toyota is such a big company and if you buy the parts from them and pay with Credit Card they cahrge you 3% as Credit Card Fees..... this is unbeliavableand plus customer servie was also worse..i had argument with them for the same point and then i was ready to buy only one Oil Fileter but the person refuse to sell me even on Creidt Card of Cash transaction.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the service here!!!My car sounded weird last week when I turned on the engine. I called on Thursday, and they were able to schedule me on Saturday. Turned out I needed a new battery, just as I thought.THANK YOU SOOOOOOO MUCH!!!11/21/23I brought my car in today because the tire pressure light came on. I'm so thankful and grateful they were able and willing to service my car without an appointment! And they didn't even charge me for it!!!THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!01/27/24Went today without an appointment because the low-pressure light was on. I thought I just needed air in my tire(s), but it turned out that there was a nail in one of my tires! I'm SOOOOOOO thankful and grateful that they were able to service my car on a busy Saturday !!!! I love this place !!!

Worse service center I ve ever used. The last 2 times did the recommended service they suggested and within a week had issues with what services we had completed. Including a hybrid flush which pretty much required me to redo the hybrid system for $5000. They never give you the customer the time of day when there is an issue and don t even try to ask for a service manager that position doesn t exist. Will bring my Toyota to East coast Toyota over Glen Toyota and you should as well

2023: A year later and they still are awful. Imagine coming into a dealership and telling them the exact issue. Alternator and squeeze braked pads. Then having to wait a whole 9+ hours to just be told they did no work. They never called, I called 3 times and they told me they were finishing up the car. This has been the worse communication from a mechanic I have ever had. Don't go here. The reps will just keeping stringing you along and not communicating anything.(Only good thing, they are cheaper than Toyota Ramsey)2022:Over priced service with obvious negligence by workers. Mechanics replaced water pump and did not probably connect wires from car battery. My car broke down later that day and had to be towed. I don t know why I pay high price for negligence service from the automaker themselves.

There is such great quality control and customer service at this shop. It's clean, it's efficient and they work with integrity. I can't say enough good things. I came to Glen Toyota after another dealer/service center closer to me tried to scam me out of warrantied service that was guaranteed on my car. If you read google reviews closely, you'll realize this is basically the ONLY Toyota dealer service shop worth trusting in all of North Jersey. I knew enough to know that I was being hustled at the other dealership (Toyota Universe in Little Falls, go at your own risk) but I'm sure people fall for it all the time. The reps who handled my case at Glen took the time to understand that my situation WAS covered by Toyota's "customer service program" (not technically a warranty, but still covered in full) and didn't hard sell me on any other BS that I "might need" like an oil change or a tire rotation where a dirty shop can easily find a hundred other things to quote you on, especially if you're driving a higher mileage car. Integrity and transparency and friendly, honest service will ALWAYS be worth an extra 15 or even 30 minutes in the car, for me, to know the job is getting done right and you're being treated fairly. I generally work on my own cars, but if I ever need factory service again, you can be sure this dealership will be first on my list.

Listen the people who work here are nice people but how do I pay for a (160 dollar 1 hour diagnostic )of my hybrid system and then you tell me everything is perfect that all that is needed is a small 12v 227 dollar battery and while I m driving down fairlawn Avenue 1 minute later I literally get stuck with the car flashing hybrid system overheating! Makes no sense at all! I have to push my car to my home in 90 degree weather with asthma! So now almost 400 dollars later my car is the same as it was before I brought it in and obviously they won t reimburse me for my wasted money. They want me to bring it in for more tests and spend more money when I just paid them to test out my hybrid system and it obviously wasn t done correctly. So why should I have faith in them to get the job done correct the second time? Again the people who work here are nice and respectful but I lost faith in their diagnostic for my 17 prius. Very disappointed in what I believed to be a respectable business.Service: Electrical

Took my car to be serviced there, as I often do when the car is due for service. A very competent service Center.Management and staff are courteous and attentive! They ensure that customers are satisfied with their service at reasonable cost! I've been dealing with them for over six years.Continue the great work Glen Toyota...!

I am writing on behalf of the treatment my son received, who was in for an alignment appointment yesterday, He was told 1hour to 1,1/2 hours tops. he checked in at about 12 they didn't finish until past 3. Over 3 hours inexcusable while he lost time at work . We for one will never use this service again. We have 5 Toyotas in the family. I was never so disappointed.

I arrived at my scheduled appointment yesterday. I was not greeted properly. The two service attendants did not handle the situation properly. Upon arrival they couldn't find our appointment even though my wife had a confirmation email on her phone. The other attendant who wearing a red shirt, dark beard and on the short side was very rude when speaking to us. He repeatedly made an a point to tell us they were closing at 4pm. When scheduling an appointment it looks as though the last appointment is at 5p.m. Needless to say I didn't get the oil change that my car desperately needed. I was very disappointed with the way everything was handled and I left without my oil change. I will not be bothering with this dealership again.

there was a noise from the steering box of my car, I told them about this situation, they called me a day later and they said they fixed it, but they didn't even do a test drive and they took $ 810 from me, but I realized that the fault was not done, I went to Toyota Glen again and told my complaint to a staff member named Nick. he called me the manager and we drove the car together, he heard the sound from the steering wheel, then nick came to me again and said we will charge you money again for this breakdown, it is impossible to accept this situation, they took $ 810 from me and did not fix my car, they are defrauding people, definitely do not go to toyota glen. they are deceiving.

They misdiagnosed the reason my car was overheating and fixed the wrong thing. Kept overheating, and my engine got ruined. If they caught the problem, I wouldn't have had my engine get ruined.

Don't take your car here. They damaged our car and then tried charging us over $500 to fix their mistake. The guy we dealt with, Rich, is rude and has no manners what so ever and on a previous service when I paid in cash he made a snarky comment about "you women making [his] job more difficult. Completely unprofessional.

I have been coming to this location for a while, I rather come to Glen Toyota service for my car maintenance or any problems tofix. Freddy was my advisor very professional and helpful, went over the car inspection report & advised me which repairs need to be done urgently without pushing me to do other repairs need to be done down the road for maintenance.I highly recommend them.Thank you

Ever since I purchased my 2013 Toyota Corolla from their dealership, I have been going to be their Service Department to keep up with the maintenance on my vehicle. To this day, from car is in great working condition. Besides the work they do on my car, they have a very welcoming environment, they are very professional, and they even have a waiting area that is spacious with a custom coffee maker. I would highly recommend them!
