They definitely live up to their name friendly ! I m so thankful my friend told me about this small family owned business. You can tell they really care about the work they do. From the reasonable pricing to the in depth itemized receipt they give you at the payment. It says everything they did and found and what they would recommend doing which they verbally also tell you at the end.I got a wheel alignment, oil change, and my rear breaks done all for just 220 when I normally go to pep boys it would probably cost somewhere around 400, maybe a little more. I ll definitely be coming back here from now on to support this business.

I don t know how this place has any good reviews. This place is a scam. I paid over a $1000 for spool valve replacement and today I found out that the work Friendly Tire and auto did is what caused the leak which damaged my alternator. They did not want to give a warranty in writing at the time. I will be suing in small claims court. Don t go to this place!

I had the best experience here at Friendly Tire and Auto. I initially had my car towed to the Honda Paramus dealership and had a less than satisfactory experience. The dealership treated me more like a number than a human and wanted to charge me 3 times the amount I paid here at Friendly. They are also actually very friendly here and I was informed of everything that was happening with my car. Service was speedy and on time. HIGHLY recommend this place for service.

Charlie and his wife want you to be 100% happy with their service. Honest quotes upfront and will explain in detail what needs to be done and why. Extremely competent technician that knows the ins and outs of vehicles, especially for Honda and Toyota. He works on all makes and models. Good value for what you pay. Should call first to make an appointment because he is in high demand. Credit cards and cash.

Charlie and Wendy are super awesome. Had a flat tire that needed to be changed as soon as possible due to work obligations. They were able to fit me in right away and was able to do it within the day. I really appreciate all that they have done and gone out of the way for. Definitely recommend them to any and all. Charlie is a tremendous technician who has thoughtfully taken care of multiple Hondas for my family. We trust him as much (if not more!) than any of the Honda dealer shops in northern NJ.

Charlie is genuine and honest. I'm never disappointed or questioning the quality of service when I leave. My problems are always fixed same day if possible for a very reasonable price. This shop is a great example of why we should support small businesses.

This is a small family operated business that is professional, reliable and just simply awesome! Charlie rocks. He has been in the business for years, is very reasonably priced and is one of the most honest, hard working mechanics i have ever been to! I 100% reccomend.

Initially brought my Honda in for an oil change but now I bring all my family's vehicles here. The shop is family run, your vehicles are serviced in the bays right next to the office. Charlie is a professional, knowledgeable and professionally trained. I trust Charlie even with my non-Honda vehicles as I know he is honest, does not try to upsell me and will even let me know if I can find a service or part cheaper elsewhere.Services: Transmission, Tires, Oil change

Had really negative experience at Route 23 Honda in Pompton Plains. Came here after reading the reviews and it was super stress free. I liked the price, the mechanic was cool and most importantly got my car up and running. And props for the fish tank in the waiting area.

I'd been recommended by friend met from Lexus forum and I LOVE IT. recently I purchased 10 years old used Lexus need to done few services, Not only tire service, Done transmission oil and Full Synthetic oil changed, plus power steeling and brake fluid flush service, they use top quality stuffs and check for all other possible issues, Also done with my wife's flat tire fix and done fantastic job with full balancing and patch inside of tire, with half of cost from other places. Charlie know exactly what need to be done. This is the place you can rely and trust.

I hate to share Charlie but he truly is the most friendliest person as well as a super reputable and honest business owner.He will always give you all the options before he does any work on your vehicle. The worst thing about finding there's something wrong about your car, is not knowing what to expect in the garage. You never know what's wrong, how much it will cost you.But, this is a place we do not have to worry any more.The owner, Charlie explains everything before he starts the work. Great services and best of all reasonable pricing! Couldn't find a better mechanic to work on our old Sienna.

Charlie saved us a ton of $$$. Our AC on Volvo XC90 was broken and according to the quote another dealer gave us, we need to pay at least $2300 to fix the problem (the mechanic said he didn't go crazy on this one): we have to change our compressor and condenser because they were leaking and damaged. We were desperate and a friend referred us to Charlie. His quote was only half of the price based on the quote from the other dealer and upon examination of our car, he found that only the condenser needs to be changed. As a result, we only paid $300+ to get our super cool air! Now, no more open window on highway! What a life saver!We were so happy with the service so we bring our other car Volvo S60 to him because the brake and fuel booster was hissing for years.. It was a small noise at the beginning but getting worse recently. We had a quote several years ago from a mechanic Tim with very good reputation and good price back in Pittsburgh for $1000. Charlie changed our booster for $650. Now the car is super quite:) So in total, Charlie saved us around $2300!!! What can be said about this? He could have done the same and charged us that much, but he didn't.He also gave us free warranty on roadside assistance (towing/jump starts/flat tire), which he gives all his customer for free.I would highly recommend you to repair your car with Charlie. He is a honest and experienced master mechanic (he has a plate of certification at his garage office), who is willing to help you out when your car is broken rather than digging every cent out of your wallet. Charlie is the best!

Outstanding customer service, Charlie's work is second to none. I drove from Manhattan to get my passenger mirror fixed, he advised me it would take an hour and he nailed it. Definitely 5 stars!!
