Every call goes to a voice mail, w/o any indication of the business your calling. Needless to say, if you can't answer your calls or alert perspective customers that this is indeed "your" business ... I went somewhere else

Had an utterly amazing recent experience buying a new boat from Rich Ketchow at 2 River. He met every mutually established deadline for preparing the boat and purchasing a new trailer for it. He then delivered it over 100 miles away on the promised day. He spent hours with me going over the Starcraft s features from bow to stern. Cannot say enough about how knowledgeable and customer friendly he and Amanda and Kayce are! Highly recommend!
