Perfect car-buying experience.I bought a Forester from here.My sales representative, Jay Choi, was fair in negotiations and got me the best deal.He was highly responsive and transparent throughout the transaction. Jay also spent time going through the car and ensuringI understood all the functions and features.I would highly recommend purchasing a Subaru and working with Jay!

I had a great overall experience at Subaru of Englewood. My salesperson, Gabe, was extremely patient and helpful. I came in as a young(ish) woman alone buying my first car, and I was never made to feel silly or inexperienced. The financial manager I worked with, Manny, was also extremely patient and made sure I understood every part of the process. I felt relaxed and comfortable the whole time, and I was never made to feel rushed or pressured like I had been at other dealerships. I m happy I leased from here, so that I can continue to be serviced and hopefully have a long lasting relationship with this dealership!I will say that when I first arrived for my initial visit, I walked in from the valet service door vs the sales door, and the two people standing immediately next to the door at a desk seemed to be too busy on the computer to even acknowledge me at first. One eventually looked up and said they d be with me in a couple of minutes, but right after that someone else asked if I was there to pick up my serviced vehicle (which, to be fair, is probably why there was no rush to help.. they did seem to be working on something). When I said I was there for sales I was of course helped right away and escorted over to Gabe s desk. It wasn t a big deal but had it gone on for another minute I probably would have been a little annoyed haha. I was already really nervous to be there so I m glad the vibe wasn t cold after that first couple of minutes. :)Overall I had a great experience with everyone there and I left with my newly leased Crosstrek. :)

I Purchased a 2022 Subaru Forester Wilderness Edition at this dealership with the help of their sales person/employee Andrew Sanchez. Andrew and the whole staff at this dealership were very professional and easy to work with. They gave me top dollar for my trade-in and I was able to purchase the Subaru of my dreams for a better price than I thought possible. I felt they treated me very fair and I got a great deal. My neighbor recommended this dealership, and in particular to deal with Andrew and she was right it was an excellent experience. I highly suggest anyone who is looking to purchase a Subaru please go see Andrew at Subaru Of Englewood . You won t regret it.

I had a wonderful experience test driving and buying a car at this dealership. The space and staff was well equipped to answer all of my questions, and doing the test drive was quick and easy. Brandon, The sales manager that assisted me, was kind, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable about the cars and sales process. He also helped me find exactly the right car to drive away with. Overall excellent experience, and I look forward to working with this dealership again as a proud new member of the Subaru family!

Bought a new 2024 Subaru WRXTR. And dealt with Stephanie Hicks. What an unbelievable experience! She handled everything from the start, and was extremely helpful throughout the process, keeping me updated and answering any questions at all that I had. Rolf Hansen and the team at Subaru of Englewood were a pleasure to deal with when deciding to re-lease a new 2024 Forester Sport. Rolf provided the perfect combination of online and in person customer service that streamlined the entire leasing experience. Even though I was coming from a 2021 Forester Sport, Rolf took the time to make sure I was familiar with all of the cars features. I would happily recommend Rolf and the entire dealership if you are looking for a new Subaru.

I came in without an appointment after my car had stopped working just outside the Lincoln Tunnel. Joseph and another gentleman (whose name I did not get) were extremely helpful and took me right in. They assessed the damage and immediately let me know next steps. Everything was quick and easy and communicated throughout the entire process. The car needed to stay at the shop for a couple days and they did not hesitate to give me a loaner car, even though I had a second car at home. Joseph and the other gentleman exemplify excellent customer service and would recommend this location to anyone.Thank you again!

My mother and I finally made a decision to buy a new car. To be completely honest I wasn t very interested in the Subaru brand. I never saw myself driving a Subaru. However thanks to Jay Choi I am very happy to say that I am now a Subaru driver! Mr.Choi was very helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to help us in anyway that he could. It was a great experience buying the car and I would definitely come back in the future.

Excellent experience buying my Impreza here. Salesman Brandon Santa greeted me and I explained what I was looking for He seemed to understand I had done my homework and we quickly came to an agreement. When I came a few days later the car was properly prepped, the paperwork was in order and soon I was driving off in my car. No "gotchas" "sorry buts" or any other surprises. The only surprise was how smoothly it went.

This is not the first time we have dealt with Subaru of Englewood. We are very pleased with the staff and venue. The staff for sales, service and parts departments is very pleasant, sociable, welcoming and accommodating.This time around, we were looking for a reliable and safe car for our son. We have decided to go for a Subaru, which is proven to be reliable and safe. We were browsing the Subaru of America webpage for CPO CrossTrek and CPO Impreza selections about within 25 miles radius from our place for our son. The link for 2020 CPO CtossTrek for Subaru of Englewood seemed very fitting and reasonable priced compared to similar cars from other dealers.We contacted Subaru of Englewood and linked with Christopher. Christopher was extremely kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. We could not have asked for a better experience. Christopher later introduced Peter to us. As we chatted casually but very professionally, Christopher and Peter understood our son s financial needs and gave us an offer we could not refuse! We ended up buying 2020 CPO CrossTrek for our son. Christopher and Peter were on top of everything and kept us in loop every step of the purchase and delivery process. No hassle, no gimmick at all! They accommodated our son s need and financial situation very well. Everything went so smoothly, and with no pressure, we had a great experience. That was one the best car buying experience we have ever had. I purchased mine and my husband's car from Englewood Subaru and have been receiving service from them for over 3 years. This place is always friendly and professional, and even if I don't remember, they contact me in advance when my car needs service. In addition to vehicle support depending on individual needs, drinks and simple snacks are also provided while customers wait, so they can avoid tedious waiting.

There was a delay due to parts not coming in as expected and what might have been staffing shortage, but the repairs seem perfect AND the car came back spotless! As clean as it s been in years. Super nice people too! We had a loaner, so the delay was of no inconvenience to us at all. Thinking about buying another outback from them.

Went to get my car a routine service as my original dealership is much farther away. The process to make an appointment and drop off the car was very easy and quick. I got updates from Samantha about necessary part replacements and the costs associated. She called me twice with updates and was accessible through text. Overall, was a pleasant experience and my car is running smoothly thanks to my technician, Joshua. The valet service for drop off/pick up was a nice feature here as well.

Very lousy and lazy service. Dropped my Legacy to replace rear brake pads. at 8:20 am according to my appointment. Tuesday nov 21 2023. The mechanic took 7 hours !! to work on it. Usually it takes 1:30 hrs to do that job. First and last time at this dealership.Also no valet service.

Have had 2 really good experiences with service. Good communication, did work on time, loaner car was available. Plenty of room to wait if work isn t extensive. Staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Recommend and I will continue I use them.

Five stars for the service staff at the front desk for trying to help me during my visit, and parts department as well. However, if I could give 0 stars for the service team that works on your vehicle, I would. I came here based on the positive reviews and ratings, but let me tell you, those stars are not accurate at all. I came in for a recall on my WRX/STI and made an appointment for 10 am. Yet, didn t leave until 3:15pm.I understand the service dept may be busy, but over 5 hours for a recall part is beyond extraordinary. Nothing happened until a member from the front desk went over the back to ask for the service timeline because I didn t plan to spend my entire day at the dealership.Additionally, come to find out, they started working on my car at 2pm. It could ve been very beneficial to let me know of the wait time expected. That way, I could ve left and came back instead of waiting for the car all damn day. Clearly, there aren t any open lines of communication between the back and front of the house. This goes back to my beginning statement, what s the point of the appointment . Thanks Subaru of Englewood.

On 8/22/23 I walked into Subaru in Englewood, NJ, I was in the process of looking for a car to buy. I wasn t necessarily going to purchased a car on said date. Jay Choi, was the salesperson who tended to us (my husband was with me). Jay immediately put us at ease, he was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the cars and process. He was not pushy and was able to answer all my questions, some whom my husband thought were silly and self explanatory. I was particularly concern about the safety of a car for a senior person. As a result of his excellent salesmanship I purchased a Forrester. The entire process was seamless, from the delivery to the consultation with the financial manager. I would recommend this dealership and of course Jay Choi.

My salesperson Gabe, ran through all options available as I was in a desperate time where I needed a car ASAP. Gabe was professional and courteous and always responded when needed or if I had any questions or concerns. The selection, test drive and transaction all occurred with no friction and 100% transparency about pricing. This dealership is Amazing. Andrew assisted me in trading both my pickup and our car. The financial manager gave us good offers to trade in both vehicles for a Subaru Crosstrek and a WRX. Both times went smoothly and worry free. Andrew kept in touch with me throughout the whole process from picking out the vehicle and closing out. We are satisfied with both vehicle that we purchased and we look forward to working with them again.Andrew is one of the BEST salesman there. He was very knowledgable and professional (I wouldn't go to anybody else). While the financial manager was also very nice and friendly.I give this experience a 10/10.

Joe was super helpful! Great experience, the dealership and service center staff was super friendly and helpful, they also offer a shuttle service and loaner vehicles for Subaru owners. The inside of the service center is also clean and accommodating with seating, if you actually opt to wait for your service to be completed.
