They are okay. They are one of the few tesla certified body shop in North NJ.They did okay job repairing my model y and keeping in touch as the repair progresses. There were times i could not get hold of them since they were too busy, but generally, they were helpful and got back to me within a day.

Stopped by this morning for an estimate on my Tesla Model Y. Matt was super kind and reassuring. He told me the estimated wait time for parts and service. Also, the quality of the work in the shop looks really good. Can t wait for them to work on my car.

Unfortunately, I was rear ended by a driver who wasn t paying attention. This was my very first accident and I was worried about finding a good body shop. I've read countless stories about body shops doing inadequate repairs and not matching paint correctly. This is my first car so the thought of going through that was nerve-wracking. I dropped my car off on 2/18 and the employees who assisted me with the intake process were very professional and polite. They called me and gave me an estimated time completion date and to my surprise they were right on time! 2 weeks later I picked up my car and it looked as good as new. They even cleaned it, inside and out. I'm not sure what they used but it still smells amazing and it's been a week after getting my car back. I will be returning to this location should I need any work done on my car.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

AVOID THIS BODY SHOP. UNPROFESSIONAL SAD EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS. The insurance company gave them a certain number of days to complete my vehicle and for some reason they didn t complete my vehicle on time. This caused me to pay 6 days of my rental out of pocket, $204, for absolutely no reason. MIND YOU MY VEHICLE WAS NOT COMPLETE THOSE 6 DAYS AND WAS STILL AT THE BODY SHOP. When I told them to refund me for the 6 days they blamed the insurance company and said they should be paying for it, we can t approve this. If my vehicle was complete and I hadn t returned the rental, I wouldn t have a problem paying for it. But this is a complete joke. Having a customer pay the price for your slack and lack of professionalism and responsibility. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS .

My insurance recommended them for my repair needs. (Tesla Model 3 underbody damage) They responded very quickly and professionally. They also emailed me when there was progress made or when there was a part they were waiting for. 10/10 would recommend.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I had my GPS antenna for my Mercedes SUV, repaired at Prestige Collision Center. From start to finish my wife and I were beyond amazed at the service provided here. The center s appearance alone was just beautifully set up and very clean. They went above and beyond with their customer service skills, especially Lilli and Christina. They were professional and knowledgeable with handling our car repair. They explained everything in full detail and even washed our car after the service was completed as a courtesy at no extra charge. We would recommend this repair center to anyone. With great customer service and reasonable prices, trust me you will be amazed! We definitely will be returning here for all our car needs.

Got into a small accident in my Tesla, so I needed a place that was certified to work with Tesla s. From the moment I arrived, I felt so comfortable. Diana was so friendly, informative, and helpful. My car was ready exactly when they told me it would be. I received updates from her the whole time my car was being worked on. Justin helped me when I went to pick up the car, he also was very helpful with returning my rental. The whole process was smooth and pleasant.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Prestige collision seems to be a real class act. the place is clean. I felt super comfortable leaving my car there. the staff is extremely courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. Diana at the front desk was very helpful and informative. She was able to respond to all my questions. When I called for info, they got right back to me. Very professional outfit! Very pleased with the professionalism shown by Christian, Kim and Danielle. They kept me informed with updates on the work being done and helped coordinate with my insurance company. I was also pleasantly surprised by the extra detailing they provided so that my 10 year old car looked practically brand new. When my family, friends or neighbors ask me where I had my car fixed I will not hesitate to let them know it was Prestige Collision. Please avoid this place at any cost. Especially, Tesla owners. I will list out my issues in another comment. 1) On the day of pick up after fixing the car, they informed me Roof Glass was broken & they said it's part of the accident, which was a clear Lie. 2) And they asked me to come next time to drop the car to fix the glass, again on the day of dropping they informed me that glass was not available to fix.I made around 20 calls to just get updates. Worst place. Please avoid.

This is my first time using Prestige Collision Center the center s appearance alone was just beautifully set up and very clean. The team was very professional from start to finish. I chose this location as it is marked an "Elite Collision Center" on MB website, which means top notch work. Definitely was not disappointed. From the moment I called with my inquiry they were very courteous and gracious in explaining how the insurance claim process would work and how they could assist. Mostly dealt with Samantha on that part. It was pretty tough reaching my claims adjuster, but they got it done when another body shop could not. Jay walked me through the initial car estimate and set proper expectations. I also requested an estimate separate from this accident and had some things I wanted checked which he was nice enough to write down for me and help with. Christina was exceptional each time I walked into the office. She was very welcoming and treated me like family. I witnessed a customer give her an extremely unwarranted hard time for something that was clearly out of the auto body's control, but Christina handled the situation very professionally and even went out of her way to give various options- which I am sure is not part of her job requirements. She called me when my car was done, set up for my rental to be picked up, and made sure I had no questions. Edwin walked me through pick up along with Jay who were both very patient and informative. Very helpful team and my car looks GREAT! They also have a wonderful warranty!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my new car to Prestige after getting a chip in the paint. I worked with David, who was very professional and very diligent in getting me a great price for the work that was performed. He got me on the schedule quickly and was able to get my car back to me earlier than expected, and the work was great. I am very pleased with the work that was performed, the car looked just like new. If I ever need work done again, I will go back to them, overall great customer service.

This was my second trip to Prestige, but the only time they were able to perform the work. The first trip was over a year ago and unfortunately that car was totaled, but one of the gentleman working on the car saved the custom gear shift knob that I had installed because he thought I would want to keep it as a memento. He was right, it was a nice thought and I appreciated it very much.This trip was with the new car, it was backed into in a parking lot. When I called up Prestige, Christina got me in right away. She went the extra mile to make sure that I could get a rental car even though it was the weekend and I could not get immediate approval from the insurance company. Unfortunately, the damage was worse than initially thought and Christina and Lilliam had to contact the insurance company once again to get approval for the remainder of the funds. They took care of all of it for me. The only bummer was that I had to wait to get my car back while they were coordinating and waiting for payment.When I went to pick it up it looked great. The paint was so smooth with no dust, drip, lint, or any kind of marks other than smooth paint with a nice blend. I took it home and showed it to my fantastic boyfriend who has experience writing condition reports for cars, shop experience, mechanic experience, and car auction experience, in other words an all around car guy and he just said: "Those guys can paint."Thanks for taking care of my baby.

I worked with several people @ Prestige, Diana Navarro, Chris and Jay. My car was at their shop for 29 days and I made quite a number of calls for followup. Honestly I miss talking to them, they were all so kind and we had a few good laughs as well. The car had body work and paint which looks great. My wife was involved in an accident and our insurance company sent us to prestige. They where very professional and handled the process of getting my vehicle repair work done and help with rental car from enterprise. The experience was great and the staff is very helpful. When the issue went beyond the body work they took the car to the dealership for diagnostic and replacement of sensors and when we got the car back it was perfect.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had an excellent experience with Prestige Collision, especially Karen and Mike. They did excellent body work, showed great customer service and worked quickly and easily with my insurance company. They took excellent care of my car, and it looked brand new upon completion of work at pick up. They even threw in a little bit of extra service that was free of charge. The facility is beautiful -- clean and modern. It's the best place to bring your high-end car if you want superior, efficient service. They even ordered dealer parts rather than 3rd party parts, as well. Thank you Karen and Mike for a great job! Highly recommend to anyone.

My car had an accident in July. I immediately filed a claim with the insurance company and got an estimate from the body shop. But they didn't start fixing my car until October and three weeks later, they didn't fix it perfectly. They ordered the wrong part twice and my car is still waiting for the part. The rental period covered by the insurance company has already passed. They didn't tell me the exact date and place to pick up the car, so I went to Inglewood to pick up, but the car was in Paramus, so I picked it up the next day.Service: Body & Trim

Good service. Better follow up. The reception staff were never too busy to check with the shop regarding the status of my car. Rental car pickup and drop off were handled as well making it a hassle free experience. When completed the body shop guy (sorry can t remember your name) took the time to go through the detail of the repair and answer question. Most importantly they did a great job with my car. I highly recommend Prestige. Great staff. No offense if I don t plan on seeing you soon. Jim

Worst costumer support ever there timelines are off like crazy car has been in this place for over 3 months and still haven t gotten it back and on top of that they created a dent on my car and that one dent it taking them 1 month to fix just really back and this is of August 2022. About to fill a complaint to Tesla to get them removed cause they definitely don t deserve to repair a car like that. Of any of you have had issue please reply so we can make the case stronger.

They continue to disappoint. We have been waiting for our car for over a month. There are no updates or emails about what they are doing. The fender had a minor dent no bigger than my hand! It is unlikely that I will go back. They stated 2 weeks to complete and it has been over a month. They also requested a deposit to order the parts in advance. We are still waiting for paint that is on back order. It is a huge inconvenience. Never thought I would be without my car for over a month!

Prestige Collision Center turned a very bad experience into a positive experience. The entire process from setting up the appointment to dropping off my car and then picking up my car after the work was completed went so smoothly.Diana was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Great customer service and great mechanics! I have had nothing but great experiences with Prestige. They all went above and beyond for me and my car today. I would recommend Prestige to anyone who needs maintenance on their vehicle. Lilli at the front desk always makes my experience with Prestige a pleasurable experience. She is an asset to Prestige!

I just came back from the shop.I am extremely irritated by the way they handle my case. I got my car back last week. Then, I received a phone call from the shop about an adapter to be installed. I was not informed of the additional work when I was at the shop to pick up my car. I was told that it should not take more than one hour and so made an appointment for today. I made clear that I have a business meeting at 10am and need to get it done before the time. I was assured that the installation of the adapter be completed before 10am today. So, I dropped off my car and waited for about 45 minutes. Then, I was told that there is no one who could do the installation. Enough said, this is the most unpleasant experience with a body shop EVER .Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Everyone at Prestige Collision were exceptional... from coordinating with my (insured) rental car picking me up at Prestige, to walking me through each insurance/repair step, to repair updates on my damaged car, to a detailed print-out of each repair. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Went to Precision after being advised to use a Tesla certified repair shop. They were able to arrange for a tow to their shop, communication was on point. Diana kept us updated every set of the way. Even after needing supplemental parts delayed the process, they were able to answer all my questions, had a detailed breakdown of the parts and charges, and pickup was timely. Would not hesitate to recommend them if you have a Tesla and need some work done.Service: Body & Trim

I went to Prestige after another shop quoted me an outrageous price to repair a scratch. Prestige's price was one third of the previous quote. I was sent here to have my sons car repaired by the insurance company and it was the best choice that was madeDanielle in the office provided weekly updates on the car and when I picked it up everything was perfect.
