Was not sure what to expect. I had to search for a little to find someone as they seemed to be renovating, but when I did they were awesome. Everyone was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I was able to get the appraisal for my sideswiped Sienna taken care of quickly and easily and will recommend for sure going forward!!

Unfortunately, people keep hitting my car... and I've had to take my wheels to Parkway Toyota Body Shop on two separate occasions. In both instances, PTBS did a phenomenal job and I've driven away feeling like I have a brand-new car. The crew at PTBS is also very friendly and personable, which makes the pain and inconvenience of needing to have your car repaired in the first place a little easier. Despite all this high praise, I do pray that this is the last time I ever need to have them take care of my car... Of course, I may need to move out of NJ to guarantee that

A body shop can be used for either an insurance covered repair due to an accident, or to repair self inflicted damage caused by brushing too close to a garage wall or other stored item.When I had an insurance covered accident, Luis, the manager, made sure that I got Toyota parts. He and his workers didn't cut any corners on the job and made sure that the colors matched perfectly (it is a 4 year old car!) and even touched up the bumpers to really give a "new car look"! He handled all of the paperwork and the insurance company check covered the total expense.When I scraped the paint off of the passenger door side, Luis worked with me to try to give me the best price that would cover the cost of the painting since I was paying "out of pocket". The job was superb!It goes without saying that Luis made sure he had all of the parts in house before starting either job. This ensured that I would not use up the rental car allowance while out of stock parts were unavailable due to shipping delays. His crew is very friendly and knowledgeable; when he was unavailable, Chang, one of his guys, was very helpful in suggesting the best way a certain repair could be made to minimize the cost without sacrificing the car's appearance.I would strongly recommend that Englewood Toyota Body Shop be used for any vehicle damage repairs!

Excellent and friendly service. Luis, the manager, took great care of us during our time spent at Parkway Toyota. Our side mirror was fixed in less than 10 minutes and then they went out of their way to assist us with another issue, at no additional charge. Would definitely visit again!

That photo was taken today (03/26/24). My windshield cracked and when I opened the hood to replace it, I found today that the hole that was supposed to be fixed with a clip had been glued with a strange adhesive instead of a clip. The service from this company is really poor and infuriating. I have had many other problems with this company.

Totally agree with other reviews. 5 stats is not enough to rate them. They provided the greatest customer service. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

Had my 2018 Camry repaired here November 2018 for a collision. Upon first glance everything looks good, but when inspected further I can see that while the body work itself is okay, the paint job is really subpar. So much so that I had to bring it back to be repainted and I can still easily find flaws in the work. If it wasn't so far away from my home I would take it there again for a third time.

I recently had my 2018 Toyota Tundra repaired at this body shop, and I must say, the workmanship was outstanding. I brought in my Subaru Outback for a repair to the front bumper. They did an outstanding job repairing the damage and I think they threw in a few little touch ups. The front of my car looked good as new. Why didn t I get into a small fender bender before this? Luis is very nice and is amazing to work with. He helped me out with some timing issues in picking up my car. Overall I highly recommend them! Thanks for fixing up my old but beloved 2011 Subaru!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am so thankful and happy that I came across this body shop ! My car was hit and scratched up while it was parked. Was given body shop options and it made sense to go to Toyotas Body Shop. They were honest and professional and really made me feel special. I have to thank James for the amazing job and I have to thank Parkway Toyota for the amazing job and service. 10 Stars!!!!

I got excellent service from this body shop. I was worried that my car wouldn't look quite the same, however, I am more than pleased with the work done here. The people here are the worst. They took so long to fix my car and did the worst job ever. Put a scratch on my spoiler. Louis is such a dishonest crooked person. I never wanna deal with this place again. Please don't take your car here. They lost their toyota certification and dont have good painters anymore

First of all they took over 1 month to fix my car. They did a really bad job on painting and attaching my bumper. Bumper fell off on one side in less then 2 months. I m really disappointed because they are part of toyota and thought they would be doing the best job possible. A guy named Kevin worked on my car so try your best to avoid this place.Service: Painting

My family and I brought our car in to replace the bumper & repaint over car rust and I must say it looks fantastic!Parkway Toyota Body Shop is awesome and I would recommend anyone to go when having car issues and questions! OMG what an experience!! Jim and his staff are very professional and awesome to talk to. I am a very picky person and let me tell you I am totally satisfied. What a great job repairing the dent in my drivers side door. Repairs Great but be careful on your Pickup days/times if working with Insurance companies and them. They told Insurance company they were ready but they were not. Supposed to pickup the car at 12 but when we called that morning, they delayed until after 3pm.... They still told Insurance company they were ready so it cost us $ (1 day rental car) as Insurance expected us to pickup that day ! Good repairs but watch your timing with them!

Great people besides Jim. Seems friendly and helpful enough but will talk behind your back when you're not around. Also check your finished paint job very carefully. There will be imperfections that will go unnoticed to the untrained eye and could cause issues in the future if not corrected. Not necessarily the technicians fault, but lack of recources and cutting corners through expenses will lead to improper repairs.

Brought my 2010 4 Runner in for a collision repair here. The staff offered me the highest level of customer service I have ever received. They worked around my hectic schedule and treated me like family. The repair was flawless. Definitely recommend this shop.

Great experience here with 2 different cars, one wrecked by the wife, and one wrecked by the daughter. (Not at the same time thank God)... Finished products looks so good it took my anger away over the accidents. Very professional and handled every aspect of the process. Made it easy. Special shout out to Jim who runs the place... class act.

I couldn't went to a better place. Management so kind and professional. Couldn't get better service. excellent job done, couldn't be any happier. I will recommend to all my friends to go there.
