Was in need of a repair shop after driver's side doors were backed into while parked on the street. Happened to drive by Rodger's shop by chance and very happy that I did. He's super friendly, explained the insurance process, gave me a ride to the rental car place, and even buffed the headlights as an extra freebie when all was said and done. And the doors came back looking better than new. Couldn't have been happier, would highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing customer service! I had the trunk handle of my car break off from the cold and needed to have it fixed before leaving town next week for military training. Rodger was able to fit me in last minute and help repair it! I would 100% reccomend their shop if you need any work done.

I have used Northern Valley Auto body on a few occasions. Each time I have been completely satisfied with the results! My car looks great! They are honest and professional. I would not go anywhere else.

Panel gaps, scratches and dents.The owner talks a good game and will come across as likeable. But don't trust their work. And they won't redo/warantee their work. Instead he will say that the panel gaps and other issues can't be fixed and existed before the repair.

My escape truck has been to this shop on different occasions & both Rodger & Steve have been very attentive & diligent with their performance ....my truck has come out looking like if I just picked up from dealer..brand new.. They are also very friendly & responsible , that their main concern is mainly customer satisfaction .
