I had the unfortunate experience of being rear ended. The company that was responsible for the repair suggested that I go to Mitchell's to get them to do the work as they are the best in the industry and this company uses them for their fleet.The staff at Mitchell's received me and took record of the damage explained possible delays in shipping due to strike at the time, and contacted me once it was time to come in. They had the resources to arrange a rental in the meantime as well.These days bumpers are electronic so they made sure that everything looked great and working properly before returning it to me looking like new (even cleaned my mats)They also returned to me a missing credit card (i probably dropped it when getting gas one day) which is a very vulnerable position to be in, but they made sure to hand it to me and there were no unauthorized charges on it as well.They were highly recommended to me and after my experience I would highly recommend them to anyone. Best experience ever. Did everything they said they would & even better. Their customer service was too notch. Everyone was friendly. I am very satisfied with my truck. You can see where I was hit & the new door, fender, rim, & new mirror they fixed HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

I have been a returning customer of Mitchell's Auto Body of Englewood NJ, for 10+ years. I am never disappointed in they're work. Just recently they replaced my back door with trim, excellent work as usual. Steve, John and staff are always professional, pricing is fair, and work turnaround time, efficient. I recommend this Body shop percent. You won't be disappointed.

My GM dealer recommended this shop. Their many good reviews also helped for me to trust this shop. My car is fixed like you can't tell it was damaged to begin with. Amazing business! I was looking for a mechanic in Englewood and this business came highly recommended; I wasn't disappointed! The employees were unbelievable knowledgeable and kind, and pricing was extremely reasonable. They care about their customers, they were nice enough to help with other damage on the car that I wasn't expecting. Don't hesitate to bring your car here! I will be recommending them to everyone and will be back!

I highly recommend Mitchell's Auto Body, they were absolutely top notch with everything from start to finish. My SUV was hit in an accident and it needed a few repairs. They did an amazing job by bringing my car back to brand new in little to no time while working with my insurance flawlessly. They even dropped me off at the car rental place. I went to Mitchell s to get my car painted, and when I got my car back it looked absolutely SPECTACULAR! The service was great and the workers were very professional. The boss (Steve) was very helpful with getting me a rental car to use while my car was being fixed. He also fixed some little scratches on my car for free. If you are looking for a place to get your car fixed you should ONLY go to Mitchell s because no other place will fix your car for a great price and do a spectacular job on your car! I brought my Mercedes in for two scratches and a small dent on the left side of the car. I left it there on Monday and picked it up Wednesday! The guys at Mitchell s did an amazing job! It looks like nothing ever happened to it. My quote was also very reasonable and affordable. They ended up doing more work than what I was quoted for, but still honored the quote he gave me. That was very professional and kind of them. I recommend them for any auto body repairs!

If you are looking to get professional work done on your damaged vehicle Mitchell s auto body in Englewood NJ is the place to go . Steve and the rest of the staff were great, very detail oriented and attentive to all your needs. They will do whatever it takes to get the job done and done perfectly. I just got my Audi A4 rear bumper done by them and it came out immaculate.... will definitely be returning in the future if necessary and I will also be recommending this body shop to everyone ! This place is all about service, above and beyond. I got my car fixed in less than the estimated time, and it looked brand new when I picked it up! The guy who runs the place, Steve, is the nicest guy you'll ever meet, and so are the rest of the people working there. Don't settle for less than the best, this place is great!

I am not one to write reviews and I am extreamly skeptical when it comes to getting my car repaired in fear of being ripped off. Steve and John made me feel immediately comfortable. They worked with me financially and gave me options on how to repair my 06 scion TC. They were professional and punctual and did a wonderful job fixing it. I would highly recommend this autobody shop to anyone. Seriously, don't go anywhere else you won't regret it... They are honest and hardworking people. Truly appreciate the work they've put in. Will definitely recommend to all of my family and friends.

This place was recommended to me by a friend. I got into an accident, had front end damage, also had a dent on the side. I also paid to have the car detailed. Everything took about a week. The paint matches perfectly and the car looks brand new. I've had my car back for over a week now and everything is running perfectly. Very pleased with the work done and will definitely be bringing any vehicle that needs bodywork to this shop. My vehicle is a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

I brought my Hyundai Elantra to Mitchell's Auto Body based on recommendations from my family members. I must say, I was beyond pleased with the service! Initially, I was told the repairs would take at least a week, however it was done in only 4 days!! Steve was very kind, helpful, and went to great lengths to make the service affordable. I am so happy with the way my car turned out...looks as good as new now. I'll never take my car anywhere else!

Fixed up my Jetta here after getting in an accident. They helped me out through the whole process. They called all the places for you and made sure I had to do as little as possible. They called up all the insurance companies for me as well as the rent a car and set up everything. I just had to bring the car over and it was done. They fixed it up in less than a week and my car is looking and running like new. Highly recommend for the superb service and quality of the repairs. Ask for Steve or his uncle. They're awesome.

I came here for new brakes (which were much more affordable than Mercedes for OEM) and to check dashboard lights that were flickering on a 2011 C300 4Matic Sport. As I pulled in, to my luck, my car shut off completely. I obviously had no idea what was going on, but one thing I was certain about was that Jon and Steve were genuinely trying to help me find the root cause rather than sell me a fake repair idea. After a diligent check, they discovered my car had flooded under the floors where all the wires were located. Needless to say, I had to call insurance as we had just faced a rainstorm that weekend. Comparing this experience to prior auto body s, I can say this is my new go to for everything! These guys have even given me advice on my new car search and how my insurance claim would probably go. I ve been in contact with them since, and they check up on how everything is going. While I was there, it was clear that they are a part of the community as every third car was honking and waving as they passed the shop. Steve and John, thank you!!!! You guys saved me a headache and I appreciate your genuine will to help! I m grateful my car shut off where it did. You guys are amazing! Had the pleasure of using Mitchell s auto body shop last week! My car got hit and I had been dealing with all kinds of auto body shops for over a month and when I finally went there for the first time everything went so smoothly! Not only did Stephan go through everything with me and offer to deal with the insurances they finished the job early as well! My car looks like it s brand new! Steve and his crew are terrific. My car looks like new, following a front end collision. Also,I was constantly sent texts reporting the status of progress. Car was returned cleaned and in a timely fashion especially considering this was during the pandemic. I first found this place years ago through an online review when I needed some work done on my car. They gave me the best price and the work was done perfectly- could not have been done better. I then recommended Mitchell's to my parents, who have both had work done here and had the same experience- perfectly done work for the lowest price.I just came back to get body work done on my car for a lot of different areas of damage. I priced this around, and Mitchell's had the best price. I got my car back today, and it's perfect. Not only did they do the work I asked for, they also fixed a lot of smaller things I didn't mention. And they didn't charge me anything for it. My car came out looking brand new.I can't think of any reason why I'd go anywhere else. The best quality work for the best price. I live in Hoboken, and it was worth it for me to drive all the way up here. I'm just super happy with my car right now- maybe you can tell?. Here's to hoping nothing else happens to it. But if something does, I know where to go.
