Got my new car from Benzel and Busch. Joanne is patient, responsive, professional, and yet very personable. I put down the deposit and factory ordered the GLE in April/May when dealer started to take orders for the new model year. Since then, it was then a very, very long process from MSRP release, option changes, allocation confirmation, production schedule, and so on. Although there were few hiccups, Joanne was always there for me (email, text, and call) to answer my questions, modify my build, and provide me with updates on the car. I finally collected my new car last week. Couldn't be happier when saw it in person. This is my first purchase from Joanne and B&B since I moved here, surely I can see myself come back again. Highly recommended!Joanne - Thanks again!! You are amazing

Went to lease a new car and had an outstanding experience with no problems. Jieun was such an efficient account representative who helped me with an easy transaction. She was super communicative, welcoming, and thoughtful which led to an amazing experience overall. Moreover, the whole environment here at Englewood was a great workplace environment. The rest of the staff was so helpful and welcoming. Thank you for the great experience Jieun & Mercedes-Benz in Englewood. Love my new car !

I recently visited for a routine oil change on my vehicle, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The customer service at this dealership left me extremely disappointed and frustrated.Firstly, I was shocked by the exorbitant price I was charged for a simple oil change. The cost far exceeded what I had anticipated, and I felt like I was being taken advantage of. The lack of transparency in pricing was truly disheartening. To make matters worse, when I picked up my car after the oil change, I noticed a BIG nail in one of the tires. I immediately brought it to their attention, explaining that the tire was perfectly fine when I left my car for service. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they insisted that I purchase a new tire at my own expense. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. As a loyal Mercedes-Benz customer, I expected better treatment and care. The fact that they prefer to shift the blame onto me rather than rectify their own negligence is deeply disappointing.I strongly urge potential customers to think twice before visiting them. Their disregard for customer satisfaction and their willingness to add unnecessary expenses to the already pricey services is a clear indication of their lack of professionalism and integrity. In conclusion, my experience was marred by terrible customer service, excessive pricing, and the addition of a nail in my tire, for which they refuse to take responsibility. Save yourself the frustration and seek a car dealer that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

I had a great experience with Lamont. He was very proactive, courteous, and informative, I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable at any point. He answered all my questions and was very communicative. He is great at providing after sales services too. I had an issue with a noise on the car and he helped me book an appointment with the servicing team and they fixed it. He also offered to book regular maintenance appointment for me. I made my purchase using my credit union car loan and I experienced absolutely no issues. If I m buying a Mercedes, Lamont will always have my business.

I recently purchased a MB E350 from Benzel Busch.Great dealership to work with, reliable and courteous.I can t say enough great things about my sales person Eli Kalajian. He is extremely knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and helped me every step of the way. Thank you so much Eli :) Great finance department, my paperwork prepared and never pressured me into additional extras like some finance managers.

The facility is beautiful, which matches the sales staff. I saw what I wanted, test drove it and bought it. I left the same day with my new car. In a little more than a week I went back for my registration. They put the plates on and off I went. No muss no fuss. I truly would recommend this facility for your next Mercedes purchase.

Purchased my E63s AMG here, the car was (unknowingly to me) repainted, it also took me MONTHS to receive title on this car. Never buy cars in Jersey, I learned they have very loose car sale laws. Especially Benzel Busch, as a Mercedes dealer I would of thought that they stand to high ethical values, obviously that is not the case.

So, I bought a certified preowned AMG 63S at another dealership. At the time of purchase, I added the wheel and tire insurance and was told it would be honored at all Mercedes Benz dealerships. I guess no one told Benzel bush of Englewood about this, because when I got a flat last week and brought it to Benzel Busch, I was told they DO NOT honor wheel and tire insurance bought at any other dealership other then their own. In order for me to have the tire replaced under the insurance, I had to have the car TOWED to Paramus!Paramus Mercedes not only fixed the flat, but replaced a second tire, fixed two rims and realigned the wheels.Shame on you Benzel Bush.

Word customer service everBefore 1 month i spend around $1100 for repairing my headlight and right now it s not working again so when i went back to them they told you need to replace full headlight. The new headlight it cost $1700 so first time i told them if you want you can replace the headlight but they told no you don t need to replace it so why i will spend $1700 now because i have already spended $1100 before 1 month for that thing and they guys are just fooling me about the charges and headlight issue. Please if you want to fix your problem visit any other dealer not this one.

My car had to be towed to Benzel Busch Mercedes Benz due to an engine misfire. I asked them for a courtesy vehicle because I need transportation to get from home to work to school and they said my vehicle was 40th in line before they even looked at my car. They also stated that my car will be sitting in the shop because they are not able to look at it for another week or so. They told me they didn't have enough loaners for me when I saw one that was sitting in-front of the service drive. I will never ever recommend this dealer to anyone because of how unprofessional the managers are with getting back to customers and how they treat their customers. This place is a mess and I regret bringing my car here. They do not treat their customers like how other dealerships do. The service manager was very rude to me when I went into his office to speak to him about the loaner. He specifically stated, "We cannot do anything if you are unable to commute from home to work to school" What kind of a professionalism is that? This is a Benz dealership, not a Nissan or Hyundai dealership. I paid a lot of money for my Mercedes and this is how I get treated? Such a shame.Update 12/5 : I received a call from the service manager this morning with a very rude attitude and customer service. He stated "Why are you writing a bad review about our service department or the dealership in general, that's not gonna help you or me in the long run. I did everything I could to help you but you're still complaining." Very unprofessional mannerisms towards customers and disgusting attitude that no customer should receive. I worked at customer service in the car industry and still do but have never treated anyone in that way regardless of there issue of being there was because they needed help on their vehicle or in service. They stated that my car was the first one that was going to be looked at, I go in and they state they ordered parts for the vehicle and will not be ready until Friday or Saturday. How am I supposed to get to work? How am I supposed to get to school? Everyone has their own lives and a multi million dollar company should not be treating their customers like this at all. I went to the dealership in person to see if there was an update on my car since I work a block away and I saw 2 loaner vehicles but they stated that "I couldn't have one." Unacceptable customer service. Won't be bringing my car here again even if they forced me too.

This review is directed towards Service Advisor, Tim TorrellAfter reading several negative reviews, I feel a sense of validation for my experience during my visit on 3/19/24. I called in early that morning because my engine light came on a few days prior causing my car to misfire. My car felt unsafe to drive. I had my car towed to this location because it unfortunately is the closest to my house. When I originally called, I spoke with a woman and asked her about loaner options, as I needed to get to work the next day and already called out to be there that day. There seems to be a script that Mercedes reps use to switch and bait and lure you in. I was told that the car needed to be diagnosed and that manager approval was needed for a loaner which implies there are loaner cars available at the manager s discretion. I was assigned Tim Torrell as my service advisor, and I have never in my life been treated with such disdain and disrespect. There was ZERO customer service from the moment my guests and I sat down. I explained my frustrations to Tim about being stranded with no car. This then turned into a verbal back and forth and when I called him out on his unprofessional behavior he was unapologetic. Not only did he fail to greet me and my guests appropriately, he was belittling and had no empathy towards this major inconvenience. He kept repeating that there was nothing he could do and that I d have to figure it out. He continued to say that loaners needed to be booked 2 WEEKS in advance. Who plans for their car to malfunction?! How does a brand like Mercedes find this acceptable?!I left feeling angry, unheard, disrespected, and I was completely mortified and disgusted with Mercedes as a brand. When you pay for luxury, you expect a level of superiority with not only the product, but also the customer experience, and the people who represent this location fall short of that. I ve had better experiences with customer service from LEXUS of all brands. Their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL in comparison to Mercedes. When I voiced this to Tim he proceeded to say, Do what you got to do implying that he couldn t care less whether or not I continued business with Mercedes. Who says this to a paying customer?! What was even more appalling was his manager witnessing his unprofessionalism and appeared unphased by Tim s behavior.I find it interesting that they pick and choose which customers to send links to submit a review. I was evidently unhappy with Tim s service and requested to work directly with his manager moving forward. It is no surprise that I did not receive an invitation to provide feedback. Based on prior reviews, it seems the Paramus location is doing something right, however, if Mercedes does not step it up I will not be renewing a lease with this brand ever again. DISGRACE.

I was very disappointed with the service and treatment I received at this dealership. In more than 35 years driving luxury cars this has been my worst experience. Starting with the rudeness of the persons receiving my car to waiting over 45 minutes for someone to see me, only to be told by the advisor "what do you expect when you drive a 100,000 thousand dollars car" after I expressed my concern for the $900 oil change. My problem wasn't the $900.00, but rather the response i received. Upon picking up my car I was told to wait for someone to bring my car. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, I finally had to go and ask for my car keys so I could drive off by myself. To top it all off, I was at least hoping that my car would be washed and cleaned as i was told. To my dismay that was the worst car wash job that I have ever seen excluding the time when my 10 year old son had attempted to wash it.Overall, I am very dissatisfied by Benzel Bush Mercedes of Englewood. BTW, i never received the customary email asking me to rate my experience, i wonder if this was intentional or an oversight???

My car was totaled by a texting driver 5 months ago. Every time I would find the perfect replacement, the dealership would want to charge me over MSRP and it was infuriating. Then I found a great car at BB. Even though I was in Colorado they answered all of my questions and never pressured me. From initial contact, financing, purchase and shipping they were amazing every step of the way. They also didn t try to charge me over MSRP for the vehicle. After 5 months of being jerked around by dealers, I am so lucky to have found BB and the perfect car. Matthew Papparazzo went above and beyond, and so did BB.

Exceptionally great staff and service. The whole team is professional, friendly and no nonsense. Very helpful and accurate information was provided over the phone. Prices are fair and exactly as listed. Brought my car in for a trade and got out with my new Mercedes in about an hour. Worked with Michael and was very impressed by his ability to make the process go very smooth while doing it all with a friendly attitude and smile. I have visited other Mercedes dealerships and this one is exceptional. Looking forward to doing business again here.

Without no doubt we enjoyed our experience at Benzel-Bush Motor Car, the crew was really nice and helpful, the same day we can change our car. Of course Mercedes-Benz is an extraordinary brand and the cars are amazing, but is very important to get high-service-quality, the attention, the atmosphere, and the full experience, it is not about just change a car, it is everything. We had a couple of issues, but they did their job beyond the expected.Of course we are pretty happy with our visit, if you are looking for a good dealership, I think this is the best option.

Beware of this dealership and of Michael Ehrlich. RUDE DISRESPECTFUL WILL SWEET TALK AND MAKE PROMISES AND NOT FOLLOW THROUGH JUST TO MAKE $$$. I started my search for a car early in the summer. When I was told a quote for the PO I was told I could remove the tire and wheel protection at the time of pick up if I changed my mind and that the $1000 deposit was refundable. Closer to the vehicle arriving I decided I didn t want the tire protection. I conveyed this to Michael. You would think he would just back out the cost of the tire and wheel and adjust the monthly rate accordingly. A million emails had been exchanged at this point and I had every single one of them saved. You would think he would stick to his word and back out the tire and wheel and nothing else would change. Wrong. He backed out the tire and wheel for some reason the monthly quote and down payment went up. Why? No idea. When asked to explain he basically said the time to negotiate is over take it or leave it. I then called him with a good friend of mine on the line who had purchased a benz from englewood so he was well versed in the procedures. He cut him off repeatedly insulted his intelligence and would not let him speak. I have never witnessed such rude behavior in my life. This left such a bad taste in my mouth. To be honest all we wanted is an explanation that made sense. But when we asked questions we got derogatory disrespectful comments and such impatient behavior. Customer service went down the toilet. But it gets better. I felt really wrong about purchasing someone who had insulted us -unapologetically. Thereafter I had conflicting thoughts. I even emailed him the other emails as proof of what he had mentioned before. It felt like he just wanted to manipulate the numbers to his own advantage. I think he felt the pressure so he eventually acquiesced to the original numbers he had sent me for the cost per month and down payment without the tire and wheel package which was an additional 2500. A car leasing experience should be celebratory. One you look forward to. But after having been shouted at and me and my friend being insulted and told to keep our opinions and questions to ourselves I decided to purchase from a different dealership. Michael kept messaging me repeatedly. When I answered that I will not be purchasing the vehicle he cryptically responded too bad the prices dropped dramatically. Shocking right that toward the end of the month when every dealership is trying to meet their quota for sales suddenly the rate dropped. The cherry on top was when I called to speak to the manager about the deposit which I was told was refundable should I change my mind he refused to give it back to me! $1000 lost. Again just another piece they didn t honor even though it was clearly said to me at time of purchase order. They were vengeful about me not getting my vehicle from someone with no respect for their customers time money or intelligence. I would never go back to this dealership. The manager and Michael Ehrlich are rude disrespectful and don t care about customer satisfaction at all. To this day they have refused to give me back my deposit . Stay away!!!!

Great customer service. Very trustworthy and professional employees. I recently purchased Certified Pre-Owned Car from Jay Lee who was a wonderful salesman and extremely helpful. He was quite accommodating and ensured that I had a smooth process in purchasing my vehicle. He helped me to make the right decision by being honest and transparent. He took the time to answer all my questions. I felt quite happy and secure with my purchase. I would highly recommend Jay Lee for all those looking to purchase a car.

Very disappointed that after purchasing several Mercedes from this dealership including a G63 they still wanted to charge $30k over MSRP after a 2 year waiting list and deposit. Not the type of customer satisfaction one would expect from Mercedes.

This review is solely on the Service Advisor Mona. Just terrible I had an appointment for Express Service A ($336) and tire replacement. When I arrive 10 minutes earlier than my appointment (1:30pm) someone in the front checked in me. Surprisingly it was quiet and only 4 customers including myself were waiting. I didn t complain since it was lunch time. I patiently waited for the Service Advisor to help me. She came over the waiting room pass 2pm. Then I am told I need Service B which costs about $920. I was shocked since that was not what was advised to me earlier when I made the appointment. I kindly declined the service instead asked for the tire replacement. I asked if I need 2 front tires replaced or all 4. That took about 30 minutes for them to get back to me. I authorized for the front 2 tires since the Service repairman said the rear 2 tires are fine. Now it s 4pm, still no car and no update from Mona. It s so slow here and I see her chatting I walk over to the front desk and ask if I can get a status on my car. Mona s colleague calls me over to her desk that my car is still not ready. Meanwhile I saw my car rolled out an hour ago. It is her job to provide status update. The other Service Advisors I had previously were better and professional. I will not return to this location.I normally go to Mercedes Benz Paramus, this time around I decided to come here because the prices on Express service A and tire replacement were comparable.Make sure to compare prices between other Dealership service centers. This location charges more than other locations. The prices are significantly higher starting Express Service B ($853 @ Paramus vs. $922 @ Englewood). The tire prices are about $70-$80 higher with installation for 4 tires. If the service quality was excellent then I would not share this negative feedback. Quality is worth the extra $$$, which I don t mind paying. Today s experience definitely cost them a loyalty customer.*** UPDATE*** after another hour of wait, finally left at 5pm when I get home and see the end result just sloppy work. See the picture.

Now that I finished my lease. I'm posting this review.I leased a 2019 e53. They picked it up from me for their scheduled service, their valet blew through a stop sign and was t-boned few blocks away from my store. They took 5 months to repair my car all the while I was paying my full lease of an e53 and driving in a c350 loaner. I was told, the valet was fired.Guess who dropped off my car 5 months later. The same "fired" valet. At least he apologized.
