Every time I visit Land Rover in Englewood it s always a pleasure. Everyone is great and very processional. My sales rep is Benjamin Cress and he goes above and beyond to make sure my experience is an enjoyable one. Since buying my car back in 2022 I have had an excellent experience with customer service at Englewood Land Rover jaguar to up keep my car. My service advisor has been Julian and I feel my car has been well maintained. He always works with my schedule to ensure that my concerns are met in a timely fashion no matter how pressed for time I am. But most importantly he takes the time to explain the necessary work, does not do anything extra and follows up after. I ve been quite satisfied with my car and the care that it has received.

I had a very good experience with my sales guide Andreas England. He answered my questions before and after the sale. It was a smooth process because of him. I only wish the finance department was presenting their various maintenance and insurance programs before the sale. This would have made my experience even better by being able to consider these programs in my budget.

I never thought going to a car dealership was going to be smooth experience. I love going to Land Rover Englewood! Christian Landin-Garcia was been my go-to salesperson. He is so phenomenal to work with, very helpful and kind, my family adored him. Christian patiently answered all of our questions, explained the features, and even took the time to demonstrate how everything worked. Christian's professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. I highly recommend Christian and Land Rover Englewood to anyone in search of a great car-buying experience! Amazing service from every single department. My sales guide was Andreas. Andreas provided excellent customer service. He was always willing and wanting to help me through the buying process of purchasing my vehicle. I can vouch for all the staff here and say they are eager to help you with anything. They don't fool around with you like other dealerships may do. No extra or hidden fees, no high pressure situations. I highly recommend paying this dealership a visit whether you're looking for a new or used car. I am more than happy with my purchase. This would be the fourth vehicle we have purchased from them between the jag and Range Rover lines. Our sales associate has been consistently pleasant and service can t be beat. Have recommended people to them that also couldn t believe how great they are to work with. Even the finance team are fantastic just go there, there won t be any disappointment!!!

UPDATE!*** thanks for replying to this post , Alexander Prisco but my review is meant for your dealership as Garth Brown is the general manager for your location and Paramus.I ended up going to Land Rover Parsippany to bring my CPO Jag to get serviced and NOTHING was needed and the most amazing service tech Bob said to go and see Chad bc we had an appt with him. Bob was so honest not like LR Paramus where they lie and tell you you need work on your car for money. We ended up buying a CPO Range Rover HSE!!!! Chad Drake was our salesperson and we were thrilled with the high level of service he provided. He blows any salesperson from Englewood and Paramus OUT OF THE WATER! Pls go see CHAD DRAKE AT LAND ROVER PARSIPPANY!!!Thanks for not returning our calls Reggie, called you TWICE regarding a few issues and you said you d call back and you never did. Folks, this dealership with Paramus will treat you amazing until there is an issue and if you speak up regarding a problem. The customer is always wrong and these dealerships are always right! Reggie, you showed your true colors. We called to speak with Garth and was told by coorporate to only speak to him and you called us back and couldn t even resolve or try to do anything and we are not sure why you got involved bc clearly you are not equipped to handling issues.

Mouhamed Fall,I just wanted to thank your for your honesty and dedication while selling me my new 2024 Range Rover sport dynamic car a few weeks ago for my self.I've always been wary of car salesman, often with good reason, but you've definitely redefined that stereotype.Thank you so much for answering all of my questions honestly, and making that process not as painful as it otherwise could have been. We are so happy and thankful with the car we purchased, and very content about the purchase price. I think honestly the whole scenario was a pretty ideal situation when it comes to buying a new car.You can be sure that if I have any friends looking to buy new cars in the future, I'll be sending them to (Land Rover Englewood) and telling them to ask for Mouhamed. They mistreated my family and kicked us out. They REMOVED the engine on our car and put it in the trunk!! Then told us to take it somewhere else and to leave!! THEN they charged us a $1200 diagnostics fee. My family and i are working on a lawsuit because they will now speak to us! If anyone has questions or wants to see records of all this please reach out. Do not trust this dealership or service department.

Mr. Mouhamed Fall is one of the best sales person that I had the pleasure of working with. Checked out the car in the morning, brought in the trade in the afternoon, out of the door with the new car in an hour.I am a strong believer in dealership experiences, and Land Rover Englewood really knocked the purchasing experiences out of the park. This is my first time purchasing anything from Jaguar/LR family, and it really gave me a very good impression about the brand.

I wish there were more stars to express the experience I had at Land Rover in Englewood. From the first day I was there inquiring about the Defender to the day I drove it away, the communication, expertise, kindness, and patience was over the top. I worked very closely with Oliver. He went above and beyond. Can not say enough positive things about our experience with him. I look forward to being a part of the Land Rover family!Ps and the big gold bow was the icing on the cake!!
