I ve been coming to this shop for a few years now and I have found that both of the Jay s are honest, thorough, kind, and qualified. I enjoy the safety I feel driving away knowing my car was in such great hands.

After a stressful auto accident, I was lucky to find Jay s garage body shopI have started it with Daniel and John. Their team was very kind and friendly, the quality was GREAT. Price was fair and I got the great experience, which is he kept me posted on progress of my car on the phone until finish the work.So, I did not wonder when it would end how it is going. It was trustworthy.In my case, This is a shop I can recommend to anyone else that values great work.

Bought a Groupon wash and wax from thesesguys and could you believe 8 hours later I went to pick my car up because the manager forgot to call me he said! And my car was dripping wet with marks and dirt on my bumpers.This place Sucks! Don t waste your Money!Your local Car Wash will do a better Job!

Stay far away from this place! Managers and mechanics are extremely untrustworthy and unprofessional.I brought my car and new alternator in for a simple installation and after they were done, the battery light had come on and the battery was still not charging. They also told me that I needed a new alternator belt which would cost me $80 including labor which was huge red flag for me since the belt is $20 and takes only a few minutes to do when replacing the alternator. Anyway, I brought to their attention that the battery light was on (battery voltage low) and they immediately told me that the light was on before I brought it to them and that they would diagnose it for $250. I was confused and tried to get some answers but they kept insisting that if I paid an additional $250, they would diagnose their own problem! I immediately smelled something fishy so I refused and took it to another mechanic. I paid $90 for a diagnostic at the other mechanic and was told that Jay's Garage had not installed the alternator wire when doing the installation! I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but these guys are clearly scammers who try to take advantage of other people. I went back to Jays to confront them with the situation and they gave me the nastiest attitude. I demanded a full refund which at first they refused and only offered what I paid for the other diagnostic fee. They gave no apology but instead said they learned their lesson in never doing an installation when someone else brings the part. They completely refused to acknowledge their wrongdoing and at this point I decided it was not worth my time arguing with them anymore so I left. If you are in the area, take your car to Gel Chris Automotive Repairs 10 minutes away instead. The owner is honest and will take care of you.Stay away from this place at any cost. They will intentionally cause issues with your car and try to take advantage of you!

AMAZING staff! Was recently introduced to Jay's Garage. They've had my Mercedes CLS550 for a few days now and so far I've been treated with UNPARALLELED service. Andrew (Who is absolutely amazing) has kept me informed on every step of the process and is even working hand in hand with my warranty provider to get repairs done to my car. 100% recommend these guys ESPECIALLY if you care about your car being in the right hands! Will be coming back for any future repairs.

I just got off the phone with an incompetent employee who was rude and indifferent to my questions. I wanted to bring my car in for repairs and he told me to wait 7 days for police report and nothing they could do. This is not my first accident and this was the first time they didn't help refer rental cars, go through my insurance initially OR offer additional information. Great way to lose customers! Stay away!

The worst body shop in history I been dealing with body shops all my life this one is the worst one Maserati dealership sent my 2018 lavante to them they did a horrible job tha the dealership had to correct the car the rite way don t let this body work on ur vehicle ther real bad wow

Stay away!!! No attention to detail, detail. Charges detail prices for a simple wash and wax. They did offer to re do it at no charge but I ll never let them touch my car again.

This is a second car they repaired for me. Both cars look like new after the service and they did this very quickly. Best experience with a body shop I ever had.
