I always have an exceptional experience here at jaguar of Englewood. The hospitality is unmatched and I m always welcomed to the bagels coffee and snacks for my patronage. The guys there always deliver my car back right on time , better than before . Thank you Julian and friends !

Brought my 2017 XJ in for an oil change and multi point inspection. I waited for the car to be serviced. The car was done in a reasonable amount of time. Received a video of the inspection which was helpful. My only complaint was the coffee machine was not working.

Love this place! Customer service is always on point. I bring my jaguar here for service regularly and Julian is always my go to ! He is quick, responsive, and fantastic at explaining car terms in a way that I can actually understand. It s always good to know that my car is in good hands and that I can always call for updates at any time without feeling like a burden. They were accurate on repairs needed. Certified technicians but a bit pricey. I feel as though if a mechanic is doing front end work (ball joints, idler arms, tie rod ends, etc.). The labor costs should be discounted or absorbed to only include time. Danny in service is the absolute best. This was my second time needing working with him in order to get my vehicle in when it was convenient for me and without a ridiculous wait.
