The staff was very friendly, I needed a translator to communicate with my poor English, they were very patient and waited, which was the main reason I came here. This is something I have never experienced anywhere else! They are very professional and highly recommend this place!

I took my wife s car in because her check engine light was one. She had 9 codes popped up. They went above and beyond to pin point the problem. The manager Danny that work s Saturday mornings made sure the car was good before I left. Thank you.

Went in this morning and they were *supposed to be open at 730. Sat there for 3-4 minutes. Doors were locked, all lights were off- while the sign and online it states it s open at 730 nothing more unprofessional than not opening on time.. won t be coming back here again.

Always professional and services completed in a timely fashion. Dave the manager was was extremely helpful when it came to picking out snow tires. His experience really shows. 10/10 !!

Had a very bad experience here. Mechanic/ service rep try to make up false repairs. I came in for a multipoint inspection that I do annually. I was informed I needed $650 of repairs on things I did 1 months prior. Then I noticed they put my tires as a low 6/32 when the 2 rear were new. I was told they just checked one and put same number for all. I am very disappointed and can't trust a place like this. Making up repairs that aren't needed is untrustworthy

Friendly staff, quick service. I got there to get fix the flat tire though they were out of 'Goodyear' tires. We had to opt for another brand...I'm still clueless if they changed all tires or just one coz all look same now and the one that was flat tire was from Goodyear. One of The tire is missing the cap but it may be a simple mistake. For now I'm figuring out and confused being the first time victim of flat tire. Hope this help people and prepare them to inspect and ask questions.

Our family has been going to good year for over 40 years. I always get my tires with warranties and alignment insurance at this spot. I started getting my oil changed frequently here. This one time my car broke down and they allowed me to keepIt at the shop, tended to all my needs/requests, fixed it up first thing in the morning, and honestly they left me lost for words. God bless them.

Amazing service! Hard working and smart mechanics/technicians, they will get as much information to help you understand your vehicle and provide as many options you need, they are really considerate and trustworthy.I got 4 new tires and they are amazing, best recommendations I got for my vehicle and all of their service.

I really struggled finding a good mechanic shop that was both good in pricing, trust worthy and good service. But let me say this one has got it all. I always set up my service appointments online. They let me know when to drop by and it s never an issue. Pricing is extremely fair and I never would ve thought that a franchise brand name mechanic shop would both offer the impeccable service it has with as good of pricing as it continues to have.I have been burned by shops way too many times and I m glad to say this one gets it. Best option by far.

Can t say enough good things about the guys who work here. I m always treated kindly and with respect. Last night they literally pushed my car into the service area after it shut down. They truly went above and beyond.

I came a little early for my 8:30 appoiment for 4 new tires and they quickly started working on changing my tires. The person that was working in the front desk was super helpful, didnt try to upsell extra services that arent needed.Overall pleasant experience, I came all the way from the bronx and will gladly come again for my future tire needs.I had some debris in my cabin filter that was making an odd noise and instead of charging me for installing a new filter, he just suggested first to clean the filter. Sure enough that was all that was needed.

Very professional staff. The service they perform is much cheaper than my former mechanic, and they do it properly and with the standard. They will also give you details on how you were billed. Whenever I go here, I have a peace of mind that I dont get rip off. The service is also fast. Highly recommended.

I really appreciate the quick service and attention to detail I received by team at this Goodyear. Luckily they caught an issue with my brakes that I didn t know about and were able to fix it the same day. I ll definitely be back for future repairs. Thank you Dave and Andrej.

Danny was absolutely incredible. His energy and attitude was such a breath of fresh air in these times. I have very limited car knowledge and he took time to explain to me every single procedure my vehicle was going to have. That gave me the confidence I needed to know everything that was done was necessary. My car is running smooth as ever. Even though this location was a little far from my home I absolutely will be coming back every time.

Fantastic Service! I lol definitely be returning. I went to four other tire businesses in the area and Good Year has them beat by customer service, professionalism and kindness- Wonderful Staff! I was greeted and helped faster than it took for these other places to tell how it would take them 3 hours before they could do anything with my car- Dave and the team had me in and out of there within 20 minutes- you guys are THE BEST!!

Very nice waiting area the service rep and Tech were very nice and professional the outline the problem for you in great detail prices were very affordable would definitely go back. I wanted to also add an update as I had to go to them today and just like last time five stars. The reps are very friendly and professional they let you know up front what the problem is what's the estimated time to pick up the car and they always work with you on the price. I can confidently say they are now my go-to auto repair place kudos

These guys are awesome. Could have sold me a new tire and I would not have said a word, but they fixed the tire for $20 instead. Great service too for oil change, alignment, etc. Easy to make an appointment online, nice waiting area and short walk to coffee, restaurants and shopping while they work.

Excellent experience! I had a flat tire and visited first thing the next day. Staff was extremely helpful and diligent in getting my issue resolved.I ended up getting the tire repaired and this took about 30 minutes total, from the point of me arriving to the point where my keys were returned. I will certainly visit again for regular maintenance and tire replacement!

Yesterday was my second time stopping by, another very efficient and pleasant experience. Last time I stopped by to fix a tire leak, this time for a rowdy windshield wiper. I called, they had me in within the hour and was out in 20 minutes. I worked with Danny, excellent communication, didn t try to up-charge me, I d recommend this place to everyone. I certainly will be back when needs arise.

I went in last week to change my wheel package from winter to summer. The mechanic came up to me and told me that my rear brakes were totally gone. Took the car to my dealership where I bought it for the 40k mile service and was told all four of my brakes are in great shape. You don't think that's going to happen at a big name shop and the guy who told me was not the owner so clearly he's incentivised. I won't go back there again. I blame the service agent for enabling this behavior.

Crancky store manager as he doesn't know how to speak to customer's and I also heard him yelling at the staff about something . A very bad Experience as I have been coming here for the past 4 years and never had any issues .I hope some one takes notice of that. I usually never leave any reviews but this cant be tolerated.The service done here is great thoughJust updating as Danny is one of the best Employee as He does a great job. I changed my Rating to 5 star from one Because of Danny.

Great service, George took care of me. Came in for an oil change and he showed me bubbles I had in my tires from driving over pot holes. Saved me big time because its really dangerous and I would have never known. Overall price was fair, great customer service in and out 1 hour. Will definitely come back again!

They were very pleasant and professional. It was a last-minute purchase of new tires. I needed to return and have my tire seniors reset they took care of it with a smile. Excellent service and polite staff.
