When the touchscreen on my relatively new Mustang went dead for no reason, these guys wanted over $1,500 to fix it. They even had the balls to charge me $200, just for the privilege of looking at my car!!! Wowwweee, what a racket. Great job guys, you robbed me for $200 and now I will literally never bring anything to the dealer again.Perhaps you forgot about the concept of "lifetime customer value", because you just made mine a big fat goose egg ($0) whereas you could have had a loyal Ford driver for life. Oh well! It's good to have options...Anyway, after doing a bunch of research I decided to buy a refurbished screen online. Found a local shop to install it in less than a day and my screen works perfectly, all for a fraction of what it would have cost at the dealer. Stay away from these crooks.

Spring 2023 I just pick up my 23 F150, this is my sixth car that I have gotten from Englewood Ford. The staff is amazing and Sal the sales manager is always an excellent individual to work with. Here there no none sense, they treat everyone fairly, with respect and don t waste customers time. I as a long time customer, I recommend them to anyone needing to buy or service their vehicles. Thank you Englewood Ford for being my trusted dealer of choice.Fall 2023After going back-and-forth between a Bronco and an Explorer, my wife finally picked an Explorer that Sal suggested that wasn t even on a radar. She automatically loved it. This is our seventh car that we have gotten from Englewood Ford. The staff is amazing and Sal the sales manager is always an excellent individual to work with. Every experience and interaction I ve had with Ford of Englewood has been exemplary. I owe most of this to Chris who works directly with the customer. He is warm and engaging he takes the time to explain what work needs to be done. I appreciate that because you hear horror stories of women at dealerships who get overcharged. I recently had to tow my car to Ford of Englewood from NYC. The whole experience was top notch. Chris followed up with me a couple of times and my battery was still under warranty. Thank you to Ford of Englewood for still being some of the good guys!

The service department here is awful. I left my car three times for the same problem, but they didn't even look at the issue, conveniently stating that the car does not have the problem I raised. Although they will fix all recall issues (for which they already got paid by Ford), they don't seem to care about all other problems. Please do not waste your time and money there. Avoid Ford of Englewood at all costs.

Had a great experience from beginning to end at Englewood Ford. I traveled from Long Island because this location had the specific F-150 I had been looking for. I had the pleasure to work with Ramon as my salesman. He was professional, kind and efficient. Sal the sales manager runs a great operation! Wish this location was closer to me, highly recommend Englewood Ford!

My family & I have leased from Ford of Englewood 3� in about 10 years. We are very pleased w our continued choice to either lease or finance Ford vehicles. The sales staff always provide a calm comfortable no pressure environment. Everything is always handled in a professional positive and proficient way! The maintenance staff is just as accommodating & informative to the customers most urgent concerns or repair suggestions etc. Thank u Ramon & Sal once again. We appreciate and really are enjoying our Ford lease!! I've gotten many compliments in 2 days on the Escape. Lol. Sincerely JRA

What an amazing experience. I took delivery of my brand new 2022 Ford Bronco Wildtrak Adv. Sal was very patient and professional. He explained everything, did a complete walkthrough of my Bronco. Also, the dealership promised that I will get the Bronco at msrp when I initially built it and they kept their promise which made me very happy! They do good & honest business and I will be happy to come back in the future. Extremely delighted with my purchase experience.

Called to inquire about buying out my leased Ford Explorer. Unfortunately my original dealership, Rye Ford, has since closed down permanently, so I decided to give Englewood a shot.I spoke to someone over the phone in the sales department, who insisted that I needed to buy from the original dealership. I tried to explain to the salesperson that the original dealership has permanently closed but he kept ignoring this clarification, yelling over me can I finish, you need to go to the ORIGINAL DEALERSHIP After stating for a third time that the original dealership had closed permanently, he finally paused and said yeah? Let me check if that s true. To which I laughed. He then said you re laughing at me? Fine, I m going to have to hang up then. Which he then did.Definitely one of the more baffling experiences I ve ever had over the phone. Take your business elsewhere! I ll be following up with Ford Corporate today to report this dealership experience.

Sales was excellent! But the people in service ran by someone called Chris are the worst, they don t know nothing about service or fixing cars, my recommendation is get the car there but any service do it in the dealership in Rutherford.

Usually don t leave reviews but just got a lease on a 2022 Ford Explorer Limited here a couple of weeks ago. Worked with the manager Sal Aiello. Sal was a true respectful professional! Totally transparent on every aspect of the deal, no shady behind the scenes stuff that I was getting from some of the other ford dealers I spoke with. Would definitely recommend them!

I brought my Mustang here to perform an airbag recall (both passenger and driver). I was hesitant to bring my car to a dealership, however have been getting calls, emails, and letters near weekly from Ford to have this done. After leaving it for service, the first time I went to retrieve it, not only was the airbag light on, but they completely scratched up my passenger side dash panel (that covers the airbag). It was also covered in some sort of grease, and clearly indicated that it was sloppily tossed on the ground when they did the recall. I left it there for them to address both issues.2 weeks pass, and not a word from them. I call them for an update, they say they fixed the airbag issue (that caused the airbag light), but also claimed that they were not responsible for the damage to the passenger side dash. They claimed the dash was not removed during the recall (a lie, which is easily verified online via videos and the workshop manual). There are also other instances of other dealerships doing similar damage when performing this recall on Mustangs. The only difference is those cases were resolved by the dealership, as they had some level of integrity. This place is clearly full of sloppy mechanics, and even worse, dishonest liars, unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes like children. I now have to go through Ford directly for remediation. At this point, I don't even trust that the airbag was correctly installed (it clearly wasn't the first time).If owning up to and replacing a scratched up piece of plastic is not worth their reputation, just think about what else they would be willing to neglect on more serious botches they commit under the hood.Edit: The response tells me to call Brian Daniells, the service manager, to make things right , however this is one of the guys that lied to me saying the panel wasn t removed (I have him recorded saying this) and accused me of bringing it in already damaged.

I m a Marine veteran. I was inquiring about any offers or services these people may provide however, I get dismissive answers and hung up on. It s crazy cause even on Veterans Day with all this football and appreciation for veterans, FORD proves it s just marketing.

Having moved around the country a lot, I have tried a lot of Ford dealers, and unfortunately most have been bad. This is one of the very few that I have actually liked - I found the Englewood service department is polite and very attentive. Went for some basic routine maintenance but I will definitely be going back and using this as my dealer from now on.

A great Ford dealership! We brought our dog, Apollo, with us for our car's oil change. Because of the heat, the wonderful staff allowed him to wait inside on the cool floor tile. The service area was busy, but all clients appeared happy; the waiting area is roomy, comfortable, and clean. We highly recommend Ford of Englewood!

I have been purchasing Ford from Englewood Ford for over 20 years. My rule is I complete the deal or am gone in 60 minutes and have never not completed deal. Best dealership anywhere! Sales Manager is the best!

Ford of Englewood is an Outstanding dealership for both sales and vehicle service with a big emphasis on customer care service. Friendly, honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, personable staff who make you feel good about buying a car there and servicing your car there. Fair and reasonable prices and highly skilled technicians in the service center. I highly recommend FORD OF ENGLEWOOD.

Just got a mustang mach e like 3 weeks ago. Before I got the car I was told by Sal we giving an inspection to the car before I give it to you. On the first day the most important feature for me because I have a tiny garage, parking assist didn't work. I WENT BACK right away the tech was not there so come next week to check that. After I left the car park assist doesn't work and they on back order for the park assist piece.First road trip in the car I found out that the DC fast charger was not working in the car. Also I got power train malfunction/reduced power.Today I call like 5 times and I never got an answer.

OMG! What just happened?? I left the house in my VW and came home with milk, kale, and A BRAND NEW FORD SUV!!!!Had been wanting one for a year .. but had terrible experiences with Paramus, Hackensack, and Woodbridge and didn't think it would be possible right now.I got a random, great offer for my car and headed to the Englewood Ford around the corner.Was dreading it actually, and told myself I'd go with first guy that says "hello", not play any stupid games, and leave in five minutes.Walked into a nice, peaceful atmosphere and a man said "hi" to me with a SMILE, then asked me how I'm doing!!!I wanted black but Ramon showed me a beautiful white one. It was shiny and had the leather and sunroof which I wanted.He went back into the magic room, you know how they do .. and came back with .. a reasonable number !!!Fast forward an hour .. I was putting the new key on my ring while Ramon took care of my insurance and whatever else I needed.The money man Sal played ZERO games, there was NO make pretend or bs. (Is he ok???) And Ramon entertained my every whim.The whole thing took about two hours max and I can't believe I enjoyed a buying a new car experience !!!Life is short and these gentlemen made mine better.BUY A NEW CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

From the moment my family and I walked into dealership we were greeted very nicely by the owner Ron and the sales associate Ramon Pena. They did nothing but show us courtesy they were not overwhelming like a lot of sales people are. From showing us the vehicle to signing the contract the process was very easy. I would definitely recommend Fotd of Englewood to my Family and friends.

Brought my new Escape in for the brake recall. 10 AM appointment but had to wait approximately 45 minutes before car was brought in. Also, asked about my passenger door which hasn t been shutting right since I bought it and was told there wasn t anything noticeable. Lube was applied anyways but did not fix the problem which was then brought to the attention of another service employee. He agreed the door wasn t shutting properly but I went home without the problem fixed. Not the greatest of experiences on this day.

I've been going to Ford of Englewood for over 20 years. It's always a pleasure working with them. I can't say enough about them. Why go to one of those big dealerships where your just another number. Great dealership. I worked with Sal for most of the transaction. He was top notch. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. When it came time to sign the papers and complete transaction Ramon helped close me out and he was very good as well. Sal had all the paperwork ready to go and i was out of there very quickly. I would recommend them for all of your Ford needs.
