I had my car serviced for 5k today. JOE in customer service was the kindest staff I have ever met there. Joe did the paperwork so fast and accurately with smiles all the time and was there to help me receive my second key when I returned to pick up my car and showed me how to use it. Thanks, Joe! You r the best!

Had a wonderful experience at this Lexus service center. Gabriel Torres provided all the information I needed during the service. Gave me a time frame which I feel like most customers would love to know at the initial process of the service. Overall, a great customer service.

What more can we say about servicing all of our vehicles here, besides simply - they are the absolute best!The Service Center is always clean and inviting, the Valets welcome you with a HUGE smile, and I can t say enough about our Service Advisor Robin ! We love love love her. She is amazing professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and very accommodating! We receive constant updates on the status of repairs and maintenance on our vehicles while they are being serviced. Yoselin is another friendly face always engaging clients with a warm smile. You are treated like family here.

Love coming here to get maintenance on my car. They are thorough, professional and friendly which is important. Woodrow was great and knew a lot about my car. He even gave me good advice for my next service. I always enjoy the perks of getting complimentary water, coffee and a car wash. They really know how to treat their customers.

For over 8 years I ve brought my car here to get serviced and nowhere else. The biggest reason why is because of my service advisor Robin Stock. Her customer service is impeccable, she s very detailed and communicates with you throughout the entire process. The care she shows your vehicle is as if it were her own. Thank you Robin!

Great experience! My servisor advisor was Shirley. From beginning to end she kept me updated. She updated me with all the recommendations and itemized everything with absolutely no pressure. Explained very clearly how all the repairs would benefit the vehicle and my lexus driving experience.She is a hidden gem, look forward to recommending her and the dealership to my fellow lexus drivers. This is the only place I trust to service my car, AND Robin is the only person I trust with my car! What more can I say about Robin? She is the best service coordinator that I have EVER had the pleasure of working with. She is truly, truly amazing. She is so knowledgeable and personable. Robin treats all of her customers with the utmost kindness and respect. I trust Robin implicitly with all of my car service needs. She absolutely works to help all of her customers, and she has their best interest in mind. Her recommendations for my car have always been necessary and needed.Recently, I went to service my car for an oil change. However, while doing this, Robin informed me that the next time I come for an oil change, I would need to change my brakes. I appreciated this so much because it allowed me the ability to save and put money aside, so that at my next oil change, I wouldn't be surprised. Robin is truly best, and the Lexus Englewood Service Center is the only place I trust to service my car.

I spend a lot of time going back and forth from NY and NJ so sometime I come her and sometimes I go to their sister store in Kisco. But at this location I ve dealt many times with Woodrow the service advisor and he has been great! This time when I came in he was busy so I was told I had to go to Gabriel. Talking to him I found out that he is new to this location he was very polite and a very nice young man - a pleasure to work with. I m really happy once again with my experience here and will definitely keep coming back here!

Came in because my tire got damaged on the way to lunch. Was serviced without an appointment & it took not very long, the service advisor Gabriel that assisted me was very helpful & answered all the questions I had in regards to getting this fixed today. I love this place. They always take care of you and always go above and beyond. THE ONLY Lexus dealer I'll go to. I've gone to almost every Lexus dealer in the tri-state area, and only DARCARS has been fair, honest, and helpful when it comes to buying a car new or used. 10/10 recommend this location! I was previously having my truck serviced elsewhere and after coming here, I won t leave my truck in anyone else s hands. I received a warm, friendly greeting from multiple employees who took my information and sat me with Luis, in the Service department. He was very knowledgeable on my truck and its specs, asked if I was interested in seeing the newer models, and really took care of all my truck s needs. My car was also detailed in addition to the oil change and I m feeling brand new again! The team kept me informed and were accurate on the timing of the service completion. Under promised and over delivered! They were also nice enough to have a loaner car ready without wait. As a mom, I appreciate this as the last errand I want to do on my free time is to get my truck serviced. Luis and team were awesome. Couldn t thank them enough!

I recently had a wonderful experience with Shirley at Lexus. I needed to get my car in for service quickly, and Shirley went above and beyond to make it happen. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the service process to me and answer all of my questions. My car was ready for pickup even sooner than I expected. Shirley was even there to greet me when I arrived. She went over the service that was performed and answered any additional questions I had. I left the dealership feeling confident that my car was in good hands.I highly recommend Shirley to anyone who needs Lexus service. She is a true asset to the Lexus team.

Great service! I had to do some work on my laptop while waiting for my car service, one of the staff showed me a quieter office area I could use. Shirley was particularly most helpful with updating progress with my car service. To top it off, my car was washed and cleaned before handing it over to me. Overall, it was a great service.

Had a good experience today with Shirley De Los Santos in the service department. I came in with a number of specific concerns regarding a vehicle I just purchased, and she was very helpful in providing me with everything I needed and then some. I came here seeking a seamless experience after a bad one at another Lexus dealership. I was very happy with the result. Quick wait time and good local food options while you wait.

We got our very own first Lexus GX460 in Lexus of Englewood. We had a great experience here!My spouse inquired online first & the sales rep Tae assisted him straight to the point without any hustle. At the store, Ali the sales rep assisted us. He was very professional & accommodating as well as Mark the finance guy, tech Luis & Ed the manager.They re all easy to speak to.NO pressure, NO stress.! Staff is not very friendly or helpful. The front desk operator could hardly be bothered or even smile. Had to ask for explanations, and no one was willing to spend time about my $3400 invoice. Charges are $229/hr labor, and they spend a lot of time, so be prepared to pay a lot for anything they do! May be worth it, but think twice for routine work. Gave them the benefit of the doubt after a bad experience a few years ago. Won't be back.Addendum: My dissatisfaction occurred when I came to pick up the car after the work was completed, not when the service agent provided his explanation about what services were required and what they would cost (two days prior). I asked the front desk what the labor hourly rate was and she told me to go visit the service agents. The one who was at his desk (my original service agent was not present) was surprised and confused I was asking him a question. I asked him my question, he answered, I thanked him, and left -- I wasn't going to bother this gentleman any further and he clearly didn't want to be disturbed. The owner who responded to my initial posting expressed surprise at my reactions and wished me well.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Battery

This is my second time being disappointed with this location. Furst time my car was scratch up and I had to bring it back for them to fix it. This most recent time my car was in the shop for about 2 months due to them being backed up and not having the part needed. The issue was I called multiple times to get updates before someone called me back. Then I was told my car would be ready on a Friday and could come in. When I got there on Saturday they could not find my paperwork and the car wasnt ready for another two weeks. My experience has not been good. Lack of communication and bad communication.I will say Grace at the front desk was very helpful and apologized for me coming in when the car was not ready.

First time visiting this dealership's service department after years of driving past it on my way to work, but never taking the chance to stop by & check it out, as I was regularly taking my vehicle and prior ones to another Lexus dealership on Rt46. Due to an emergency issue, I had no chance to take my vehicle back to my original dealership, and then called Lexus of Englewood and was very lucky that they were able to squeeze me in. All I can say is, after dealing with Mr. Daniel Lamas, I think it is safe to say that I will no longer be taking my vehicle to Little Falls100%, (unless they pay me to) hahahah Anyways, I appreciate both Daniel and the mechanic who was nice enough to allow us both into his working area so that he and Daniel could give me a 1st person tutorial on what was going wrong w/my vehicle. I may not have chosen to do the work at this time, but still feel the need to at least express my gratitude to those two gentlemen, especially Mr. Daniel!!!!

Not thrilled one bit with the service department here. They scratched 2 doors after I bought my car and was ready to pick it up back in October. Somehow nobody noticed a huge scratch going from the driver door to the back door. They fixed it but didn t have the door film trim so they said to come back which was not a problem for me. Upon coming for the trim for the FIRST time I waited 4 hours when realistically this should be a 20 min max service. After 3 weeks this trim started unsticking and dirt got in the bottom which just shows how poorly it was done. I came back today specifically right when they opened so I was first to get it refixed and the service advisor didn t know I was coming when the salesman had emailed him about it. He even came up to me and said he moved me up which was a fat lie as I still had to wait 4 hours. You would think they would care more about the customers that had damage done at their own service department by the employees but clearly not. When asking the service advisor about an ETA time about 2 hours in, he said he would go check for me but never did. When the car was ready the door film I originally came for was NOT done so I don t know what they did with the car for 4 hours. The advisor had the valet guy fix my trim in less than 5 minutes in front of me in the dropoff/pickup area. I can confidently say the service advisor did NOT understand what I was coming in for and wrote something else in even though he had been emailed the issue. It never hurts to ask if you don t understand what a customer wants. I would recommend taking your Lexus to a different service center as maybe they would put more effort in for the customers cars they damage. Would leave 0 stars if I could for this experience honestly.

I worked with Shirley and the time spent was great. They really helped me to make the right decision to take care of the repairs to my car. Shirley kept great communication throughout the whole process. Overall most people there are personable and helpful, would definitely recommend going here for Lexus repair needs.

I m so impressed with the Service I received at Lexus today. Robin was wonderful and deserves a 5 star rating while Grace was like a warm blanket providing comfort and confidence.
