We lost our key fog and our Lexus got stranded at a restaurant parking lot. Called and spoke to Jocelyn which in turn involved Luis, both were extremely helpful and professional. Within an hour or so they sent Ben the shop foreman to program the new key fogs where our car was located, so we were back driving our Lexus in no time. Excellent, awesome service. Kudos to them all, specially to Jocelyn. Thank you, guys. Tremendous customer service.

Waited 3 hours for just one tire exchange. With appointment, and tire in stock. Doesn t make sense to me at all. Should done it in any tire shop.

First time customer (used a different Lexus service center before). Mixed experience. On the technical side (service advisor, quality of service itself) - it's a 5-stars. On a logistic - 1 star. Details:Came (by appointment) at 9:42 for a simple 85K service + wheel alignment. At 10:20 (almost 40 min wait) was called to talk to the advisor (she was great); her time estimate was 1h45min (she was spot on). At 11:55 was informed that all was done, at 12:03 finished paying, and the car was called out. That took 35 long minutes and my multiple inquiries. At 12:38 the car was made available to drive out.So, a 1h 35min job took almost 3 hours in the service center. It is way too much time wasted, and much worse than in a center I used prior. It is unlikely I will return.To be fair, 2 different advisers made some attractive offers to make up for the inconvenience, but I refused on principle.

My experience with Lexus service and my service person, Joel Veriguete, is always superior and better than I have had at any dealership. Joel is extremely professional, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for the client. I find the same to be true of the entire service facility. They take extreme precautions during this pandemic to ensure customer safety (and that of their employees)........always careful and courteous. I cannot recommend them highly enough, how about 10 stars!! Thank you for everything Joel!

Abel was extremely rude an unprofessional. He sold me a defective part and when I politely asked about it, he just shrugged it off with nonchalance. Didn't know what to do with such nonchalance
