A M A Z I N G service. I came here today after a horrible experience at another dealer and it was well worth the commute. The manager Ed and salesman Ali were absolutely great. I can t recall the name of the finance guy and the tech who familiarized me with the features on the car but they were just as amazing. The whole team was phenomenal and the service was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend.

11/10 experience with Bobby, truly. He wasn t pushy at all and let us take our time deciding what we wanted to do. It was actually an enjoyable experience and we always dread car shopping when our lease is up. We can t say enough good things about this experience. Thanks again Bobby and thank you for being so kind to our 2 year old throughout the process!

I went into Lexus of Englewood to inquire about a SUV and the sales representative Anthony Hurtado was very helpful and informative about all the cars they had for sale. Every question I asked, he answered with no hesitation! I would highly recommend you ask for Anthony if you are deciding to purchase a car from Lexus of Englewood.

It's taken me months (over a year) to source a Lexus NX 450h+ for my wife. I contacted James over at DARCARS Lexus of Englewood in Feb when a gently used one came on the market. We were not quite ready to move on the vehicle, but James kept in touch. Fast forward to April and my wife and I made a day trip from DC to purchase. James was great to work with, and the whole staff at the dealership treated us with care and respect. My wife was happy with the whole experience overall. James and team even treated us with a special gift to top off our experience to end a long day. I highly recommend DARCARS Lexus of Englewood.

I recently got my new NX here and it was such a painless, smooth transaction. Jimmy was my sales rep and he was extremely respectful of my time and helped everything move as quickly as possible. He was able to get me the car I wanted and even had me drive home in it that day! Mark in finance was wonderful! He was very thorough and explained to me everything I was signing. Mark answered any questions I had and was extremely professional. Both Jimmy and Mark were very personable, knowledgable and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Absolutely amazing experience in EVERY respect. Jimmy was an excellent sales rep! He was extremely easy to work with and actually acted as my advocate. He was fully transparent about everything and got me the exact car I wanted in about an hour. Sean, Sally, and Mark were also amazing to work with as well. This dealership really treated me like a valued customer and didn't pitch me any unnecessary add-ons. This dealership clearly values their customers which was the exact opposite experience from the Lexus dealership on Ramsey.

the service department are scammers. i brought in my 2022 gx for its 10k maintenance, requested a wheel alignment, and asked them to check the subwoofer in the trunk because it rattled.the cabin air filter was supposed to be changed as part of the 10k, but they didn't change it. the alignment was also not done, there was no change in the steering; car still pulls right. although they kept the car for an additional 3 hours, they said they couldn't replicate the subwoofer rattle and told me to use it the way it is. i'm suspicious whether they did the oil change, tire rotation, etc.i tried contacting them the following 2 days, but got hung up on by the receptionists when i told them i wanted to speak with a manager.i have contacted lexus corporate as a last resort.i can't believe lexus could give these incompetent scammers a franchise/dealer. i will NEVER be visiting a dealer that has any affiliation with DARCARS!

I've been to this dealership a couple of times asking about the same model basically, and almost every time, I leave annoyed. I've had a rep a while back ask me if my dad is buying the car for me, which is irrelevant, rude, and inappropriate. Overall, the reps are pretty pushy. Some (not all) also have a bit of a condescending attitude. And they're charging dealer markups. The "manager" came out and said that it's essentially because it's a special car... I'm pretty sure I've seen the same models at other dealerships with dealer discounts...you just gotta shop around!

Had a great experience at this dealer over the various others we visited. Our sales associate was Ali, he was absolutely wonderful to work with from the very beginning to the end of our deal. He is very personable and has a very strong communication with you so you always know what s going on with your car. He made the entire process extremely simple for us and got us the car we wanted within 2 face to face meetings. I would highly recommend anyone to work with Ali!

I had a bad experience with my first Lexus car (maybe a lemon) ?but the staff at Lexus of Englewood really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and for that I am grateful. My issue was resolved. Professional staff who treat customers with respect is important and really makes a difference in a company name. I hope I will not encounter any more issues but I feel better knowing the kind of people I m dealing with IF it does. Big thanks to Trevor and Jimmy

Nice and clean dealership and professional people with good hospitality. Omar is my sales rep. This person is very nice he explained all my questions show me everything that I need to know. If you guys go to this dealership look for Omar. to my finance manager mark G is the best guy he explained everything and answer all my questions. All and all my experience is very good. I m very pleased and happy.

Came here because I was helping my father in law get into another Lexus and I was helping him out with the purchase. We worked with Joce and he was great. Joce assisted my father in law in reaching the number we hoped for and walked him through the process, taking the time to explain things thoroughly. He also spoke Spanish which was helpful, being it was my in-law's first language. Definitely one of the better car buying experiences I've been a part of.

Excellent service. Wanted to take the time out and thank Ali, my sales specialist. He was excellent throughout the process, a true gentleman. I am not one to post reviews, but I was so impressed with my experience with the gentleman Derek Levy that I just had to share. Derek was extremely patient, knowledgeable, honest and not pushy at all. He made my most recent car experience actually enjoyable. I absolutely love my ES350. This is an A+ dealership and Derek is an amazing salesperson. I would 100% recommend and will be back when it's time for my next car.

Our experience with Omar at this dealership was truly amazing! He provided such great help from giving us a thorough introduction of the car to helping us with the entire process of buying the car. When visiting DARCARS Lexus of Englewood, ask for Alex French. All the salespeople there are great but Alex is exceptional! This is my third Lexus since 2018 but by far the most pleasurable and comforting experience of purchasing one! It s usually nerve wracking but Mr. French eased my nerves and made sure the numbers was in my favor also. Thanks to Alex, I left DARCARS Lexus in a 2023 ES 350 F Sport and loving every second of it. The purchase experience is just as smooth as the driving experience!

I brought my mother to the Darcars Lexus of Englewood after a horrible experience at another Lexus dealership in Ramsey, NJ. We had the pleasure of working with Alexander French who demonstrated exceptional customer service throughout our entire process. He took his time and was very thorough in explaining all of the features of the car and the advantages of buying the Lexus brand. I highly recommend this location my experience was amazing overall I just recently purchased my first car and moved to a different area. The service adviser who assisted me Shirley helped me the whole way through and answered all my questions without fail. The process was smooth allowing me to get out of there in no time. I love this location will definitely be handling all my maintenance here from now on!!
