Frank was really great to work with. He reached out on my post on Auto Trader and made me a fair offer. He even helped solve a title issue on my side to expediate the process. He communicated great via phone, text, and email. His paperwork was straightforward, and he paid what he said he would promptly, before sending his guys to come get the car. Very straightforward. It took only about two days, even with a title issue. Thanks Frank!

Carmine was such a pleasure to work with, he was very friendly and helpful! We went to trade in a car after we got a quote from Kelley blue book - he was nice enough to help us as he was walking out to leave when he saw us outside when we noticed that Saturdays were appointment only days. He inspected the car and was very honest about what he found and honored the quote after the inspection. He did all the paperwork efficiently and was so nice. I would HIGHLY recommend!

I was very impressed with Concours. We sold our Land Rover LR4 through them. The car needed some repair work which we did not want to cover so there was some "hair" on the asset. They did a very professional job of accessing the scope of the work and offered us a very fair price that reflect the work that needed to be completed. The sale process was very smooth and professionally handled and above all else, they were transparent and trustworthy.I would use them again and highly recommend them.

After trying to sell my car on AutoTrader.com and getting nothing but scammers, Frank G. at Concours Motor made me a fair offer, no ridiculous low-ball offer. After accepting, he arranged for vehicle pickup within a day. The transaction was the easiest I have ever experienced in selling a vehicle. Frank has been a pleasure to work with. Overall a great experience, I would highly recommend selling your used vehicle to Concours Motor.

I recently listed my Tesla on AutoTrader, and decided to accept the offer made by Frank at Concours Motors. I could not be more pleased with the overall process, which was the quickest and easiest of any used car sale I have done. During each of the several times I have listed a car for sale online, I've found there are numerous scammers which come out of the woodwork, but Concours Motors is an established and professional company to deal with.

This review is for anyone coming here that may be selling their car to Concours Motors and wants to discern their legitimacy.I listed my car on Autotrader and Frank from Concours Motors reached out to me. After several days of back and forth and information gathering, Frank made me an offer I was (eventually) willing to accept. When it came time for the exchange (payment in exchange for title/car), I came here hoping to find some reviews similar to the one I'm writing today. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a single one! The only reviews were seemingly left by people buying from Concours Motors, not selling to. Was I safe to give them my car?I ended up meeting Frank in-person at their location in north Jersey and left with all the necessary paperwork and a check for the loan payoff along with an overnight FedEx label to send off to the bank. I felt satisfied that I was safe to leave the car behind and they would get the title after the check cleared. Everything worked out as smooth as could be and, through the process, I got to know Frank...if only a bit. Not only can I vouch for the legitimacy of Concours Motors, I'm happy to say that I enjoyed working with Frank and he was a really nice guy.Thank you Frank! Thank you Concours Motors!

I worked with Frank Gebbia @ Concours Motors who purchased my GR 86 from Autotrader. He is one of the most honest car traders whom I worked with. The transaction went fast and smoothly with a fair price. He wired me the money even before the title sign off and car delivery. Highly recommended!

I found Concours through KBB when shopping around for offers and doing a ton of research. They not only offered me better net equity on my lease buyout than the dealerships, but also made it hassle-free and very transparent. Liz is absolutely phenomenal and a genuinely great person as well. She had me in and out with a tax-free check in hand in just a few minutes, and was extremely attentive, professional, and kind from start to finish. A rarity in what's usually a very opaque and pushy industry. I highly recommend working with her and the team at Concours if you're looking to get the best bang for your buck in this wild auto market.

I just sold my car to Concours Motors, It was really a great experience. Liz contact me right after I requested a quote from autotrader and able to give me the same day inspection. Frank made the whole transaction very smooth. He's very honest and professional, there's no any haggling like other place. The whole process was only less than 30 minutes, and they wire-transfer the fund, send me all the copy of paperworks and gave us a ride home.It was really pleased to work with them.Highly recommend Frank to everyone who needs to sell the car!

Absolutely professional from the second we began communicating until the very end. I Google Searched the Kelley Blue Book value of my car, Liz called me up moments later and offered me more than Blue Book quoted me! Frank took care of all paperwork and within 2hrs of my Google Search Frank was handing me a check for exactly what Liz promised! I couldn't be more happy and would highly recommend them. They even gave me a lift home! Frank and Liz are the best...

Concours Motors is to be commended as 5 Stars+.....I sold them my 2007 Toyota Corolla and their personnel interacted with me in the most professional, honest, fair and effortless way....If you are ever selling your car to them or are buying from them, you can be rest assured you are dealing with the most reputable and respectable people with the highest ethical standards ANYWHERE....Kaz ensured that my entire selling experience was one of unexpected ease. He holds a plethora of knowledge on all vehicles old and new, standard and luxury and their true value.In addition, his courteous and delightful demeaner made it easy for me to decide on Concours Motors over several other less impressive dealerships listed as I searched for dealership authorized by Kelley Blue Book. This review cannot be complete without a genuine compliment about Andrea and her warmth and expertise as we sealed the deal. Kaz and Andrea are gems! Do not hesitate to visit Concours Motors and/or contacting Kaz and Andrea! My guess, you will not be disappointed.

Liz contacted me as I was going to another dealership. She was straight to the point and said she would give me more than the KBB values and referred me to Frank. Frank was absolutely AMAZING!. The process of selling my vehicle was very seamless. They honored giving me more for the vehicle. I most definitely recommend Concourse Motors to both Civilians and my Military/Veteran community! Selling my car to Concours was one of the best experiences I have ever had, as far as cars go. Kaz was a pleasure to deal with. I was given a very solid offer with zero haggling. I highly recommend these guys if you want to sell your car with no angst or issues. I only wish that they would also sell me a car the same way.

Frank responded to my AutoTrader listing offering the best price of the 8 offers I received. Frank made the process very easy. He wired the funds to my bank account and provided all the paperwork needed to close the deal. The following day the car was picked up. No hassles. Perfect transaction.And story gets better. Because the first transaction went so well, I asked if he would be interested in another leased vehicle I have. The complication is that this vehicle (at lease end) was already part of a dealer deal for a new 2022 lease car. When I informed the dealer I wanted to remove the vehicle from the deal, the dealer raised the price on the new vehicle by $80.00 per month.Frank helped me to reduce that increase to $28.00, and we proceeded to complete the transaction. He and his company have the connections and expertise to contact the leasing company, the bank and handle the various steps in the lease buyout where I did not have to do a thing other than give him the account number. Within days the a Concours representative showed up at my door with a bank check, paperwork, and drove away with the vehicle.Frank helped us to get a best price, everyone made a profit on the vehicles, Frank was prompt, honest and on point with all aspects of the transactions.I highly recommend Frank and Concours Motors to anyone seeking to sell and/or buy a vehicle.

Selling your car? This is the easiest car sale option out there today! I was skeptical at first but Frank sent me all his license information. We agreed on price, they made a direct deposit payment into my bank account, and they picked up the car the same day. Call them if you want to sell your car or truck.

Concours Motors in Englewood is the best luxury car dealership I have worked with - far and away the most seemless and professional car-trading experience I have even heard of. Over the phone and in-person, Liz and the great team at Concours immediately showed me that we would be able to reach a serious and equitable deal. I was around 18 months into my lease and kept the vehicle in pristine condition (and had equity in the buyout). Concours Motors recognized the stellar condition of the car would make it easier to sell and they were able to give me an offer above KBB due to their expertise. If you're reading this, call them up and bring your car over and see for yourself. You'll probably be the next 5-star reviewer.

I originally wrote a review a few days after I did business with Concours Motors. Well, that review has changed. I purchased a vehicle and traded it in for a price. Frank was extremely nice and helpful. I was really pleased with the customer service and my new vehicle when I left. About a week later, my vehicle started making noises from under the hood, so I contacted frank and explained the issue. It was like pulling teeth to get a hold of concours to get my car fixed, and not to mention, I had to contribute to the cost of the repairs. If you re looking for a 100% reliable, safe, used vehicle, I would advise against going to Concours Motors. To sell your current vehicle? Absolutely. But otherwise, no.

The staff and experience at concours motors was a dream come true. I knew that car values went up tremendously over the last few years. I reached out and worked with Liz, after years of car shopping in this experience was absolute a breathe of fresh air! Not only did she make the whole process easy, I was paid on the spot and paid me the most out of my local dealer, carmax, and Carvana. Do you want to sell your car without the hassle of finding a private buyer? Then head right over to Concours Motors in Englewood, NJ. I did just that and could not have been more pleased. The staff is efficient and businesslike while also being friendly and welcoming. They are honest and will give you an accurate appraisal of your vehicle based on Kelley Blue Book. Need a ride home? They will arrange one through Uber. I am glad they contacted me when I made an inquiry on Kelley.

After very short notice my wife and I decided to sell our Lexus ES 350. Concours got in touch with us through Bluebook. They were very interested in the car and the next day we had an appointment for them to look the car over. We decided to accept their offer and the following day they CAME to us to pick the car up so that we did not have to go to New Jersey again. A special thanks to Liz (Elizabeth Gerimci) who responded to my text messages and phone calls immediately. She is a delight to deal with.

I sold a car to Concur and they could not have been more pleasant to work with. They were very straightforward and honest with their communications (a rarity in this industry)--no bait and switch.When I showed up the process was as simple as they said it would be. The whole thing was 30 minutes from pulling in to walking out with the check.Strongly recommend them.
