Exceptional customer service from the moment I pulled into their lot. I received regular text updates throughout the repair process. My car was ready ahead of schedule and they even arranged the return of my rental car for me. I will definitely return here if I ever need body work again.

The people at Car Kraft have been wonderful to work with on two different occasions with two different vehicles. They are knowledgable and kind. They were professional to work with each time. The first time we used them, the car had extensive damage and they were communicative and fixed the car quickly. They even told me about a rental car company that would pick me up right at their shop to make it easier. The second time we used them, they did not charge me for looking at the car to determine if there was an issue that needed to be addressed. They are honest and very helpful. I highly recommend Car Kraft.

I have worked with them twice and I have always had a pleasant experience. They inform you of all the process upfront, give you a good timeline, stick to schedule, and most importantly they return the car sparkling clean. I would highly recommend them if you need a worry free and happy experience.

Highly recommend these guys for all your auto body repairs. They will make sure your vehicle gets fixed back to OEM factory specifications where most other body shops resort to using cheap parts to cut cost. Car Kraft offers superior service

Great service, was well informare through y the process of repairs. They were very helpful and Andrew was great when I informed him that there was some damage that occurred during the fix to the inner door panel he immediately said he will order the new part and inform me once the part comes in so they could replace it. Would definitely recommend.

Please beware of this establishment. This place was recommended to me, b va so I stopped by for a quote on a small bump I had. Was no accident or police report ever even filed for this. I was shopping around and made the dreadful mistake of coming here. They took pictures of my vehicle and it s vin report. I asked why they needed all of that information just for a quote? And I asked is this getting reported, and I was told no, that it was so that they can formally execute a quote in writing for me. I decided the bump was not worth me fixing since I was in market for another vehicle.Wow, well I went to sell my vehicle yesterday with the tiny bump still there, and these people reported it to carfax! So I had to bring down the price of my UNDER MILES, well taken care of and loved 2020 vehicle because it lost equity due to this report! I am so upset at how a business can do this to someone who was just was shopping to see if I even wanted to fix a small bump! By the way, their quote for me to fix the bump was $2,500.Thank goodness I sold my car even with the ridiculous report on it, but I will NEVER return here and I want people to be aware that they will report your damage, even if it was no accident and extremely minor! I came in 11/27/23 and that was the same day they reported to carfax! SHAME on this business.

The guys there are simply great.I was very suspicious at first, as I needed to put my BMW after a collision. It was my first time that I needed a body shop.Started with only getting the adjuster estimate, but immediately got convinced that this is the place that I should put my car inthey did an excellent job, kept me updated, helped with making some choices, and verified that I am satisfied when I've picked up my car on timeWould recommend to anyone

My world's cutest SMART car got vandalized in post-Covid drama... This team had the patience to work with me across several waits for parts from Germany and helped me convince the insurance company to cover the repairs (as they should have). Thanks, CarKarft team!

I really can't say enough good things about Car Kraft. My car looks better now than it did when I bought it. Literally! This is the second car I have brought here and their service was quick, consistent, and respectful both times. They coordinate with you on car rentals, they helped me understand insurance lingo. During the ordeal getting our Audi repaired after hitting a rock that destroyed its transmission, Car Kraft stood out for its excellent customer service and straight forward advise. We trusted the quality of their service since they were a part of the "Select Service Provider" network of our insurance company backed up by a lifetime warranty on repairs under this program. Full disclosure: due to business arrangements under this program Car Kraft did not end up performing our repairs but the great customer service from the front office staff (Pam and Ethan) was greatly valued. Special thanks to Ethan for his in depth technical knowledge that he shared freely as well as his always prompt responses to our calls. It was clear from our dealing with all the staff that this is a business that takes special care making good customer service a priority.

My car was done sooner than expected, they were flexible in terms of when I could bring the car in, work with rental companies and My insurance and were just all around friendly and professional. After being rear-ended on 287, on our way home to NH, we needed to quickly identify a collision repair facility, and did so using these very Google reviews. How so not wrong was that choice! When we got there, being an engineer, I started to chew the fat with Ethan, the guy who was going to coordinate our service. Our conversation about cars and automotive technology included the topics of desmodromic valves and Ducati's to active electromagnetic suspension systems, which were all topics Ethan was quite knowledgeable about; beyond that he's a guy who loves to modify cars, so his knowledge is not just from reading (as you might expect). At that point, I had absolutely no doubt we were at the right place. Not surprisingly, we wound up with an absolutely perfect restoration of our beloved Honda Civic (which had the hatch and "trunk" area all smashed in).But possibly beyond that, the customer service was exceptional. My chemical sensitivity led me to be rather concerned about having to drive the car back to NH, breathing chemical fumes from chemicals that could have to be used in the restoration. (I had a previous experience with a repair to this same car, resulting in my having to drive with all the windows down for several weeks.) Ethan was incredibly understanding, and took every extra precaution, from a technical standpoint, to mitigate any possibilities of remaining chemicals off-gassing in the car before I came down from NH to pick it up. This resulted in absolutely no sense of even a molecule of solvent or other chemical vapors when I finally was able to retrieve the car. The ride home was just such a relief, both from a standpoint of how good our car looked, to the chemical free internal environment.This is the kind of place, that if our car was ever in another accident, I'd almost want to take it down to North Jersey just to have these guys restore it to "like new" condition.BTW, the repair was actually done faster than originally estimated. Basically, you don't want to go anywhere else to have your favorite car fixed...Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I have never needed body work done on a vehicle but after being side swiped, I had no clue where to go. I let my insurance company pick a location and they sent me to Car Craft Auto Body. They made my truck look better than the day I picked it up from the dealership. I was even impressed with how they replaced the after market chrome accents that were damaged with them same ones without even having to be asked where I purchased them. Drop off and pick up was a breeze. They have great customer service. They handled and walked me through all the paperwork. I received text regularly with progress updates. My truck was ready ahead of schedule. No one ever wants to get into a fender bender but thanks to their work, it doesn't look like I was ever in one.Service: Body & Trim

I was the victim of a hit and run and came for a bumper and headlight repair.From the start, Andrew was very accommodating and helpful with any questions I had. The repair itself was done very well and my car looks good as new. Overall, the experience was very smooth and professional. It definitely took the sting out of a bad experience on the road.I would come back if I ever had any issues again.

I had to go in to get damage to be repaired on the side of my car. Throughout the entire process, I was 100% satisfied with the service I received. When I brought the car in for the initial estimate, they went into detail what the damage to the car was, putting my mind at ease. When I needed to drop off the car for the appointment, I received great customer service. And to my surprise, when I picked the car up, not only was the body of the car repaired (and looked brand new), but they even cleaned the inside of my car! It definitely needed a good cleaning.Needless to say, I will be returning to car kraft for any future body work and would recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was hit in the back bumper and tailgate. Car Kraft was able to do the repair in a quality manor in the time they said it would take. The only issue I had was a misaligned tailgate when they originally told me the car was ready. They held it for one more day and had that completely corrected the next morning. It s actually better aligned than it was when it was new. The staff listened to me and wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied and in the end, I was.Service: Body & Trim
