My first time here. Everything was smooth and easy. I like the technology they use to inform you about the status of your vehicle, so you can make an informed decision about what to approve and what can wait until the next visit. I'll come back. I liked the facility and the people who attended me. Thank you.

When I purchased my Prius the experience was great .I have been taking my car to serviced ever since.The last service I had done was this past January.All went well but my car was not washed as was promised when I checked in.They said it was too cold .I was ok but it was 40 degrees.As I was driving home I past hand washing outdoor car washes and they were washing cars.When the service center called to ask if all was ok by Nick I expressed what happened when I left and he couldn t believe the car washing center was closed.He offered to reimburse me for my expense to have my car washed.He was not a man of his word as I still not have been reimbursed even thought I sent him my reciept twice.Probably won t return to Parkway Service Center.If I can t trust or believe the manager then how can I trust the dealership.

Worst experience ever! Waited over 4 hours for an oil change with an appointment. They did the diagnostic and said I needed a few minor things and somehow I walked out with the car in worse shape than I came in. No issues with the car, just came in for an oil change and now making an appointment to fix what s broken after I came here. Overall, horrible experience! Save your time and money, go somewhere else.

I've been a client at this location for a little over 6 years, and they never seem to disappoint. I recently had to purchase a new vehicle.My sales rep was Irving Guzman & he worked alongside Jenny from finance. They were great!!! They were professional, very patient, friendly. They understood what I needed and accommodated me appropriately.

Service was fine, but my sunglass was missing after the service performed. I'm 100% sure that it happened during the service.After calling the service center 3 times about this, they said they'll call me back asap, but I still didn't get a single response from them yet.I'm not going back to dealer ever again for any service or future car shopping.

Professional and prompt service. The Service Writers provide a comprehensive report of your vehicle's condition and suggestions on work needed to be done with your approval. Thank you. Glad I have somewhere to go that I am assured will maintain my Toyota vehicles.

Very clean and comfortable. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Did take about an hour longer than they quoted so plan extra time into whatever they quote for time to complete work.

I've been coming to this service department a few times. My service advisor on last visit was David Fernicola, he was great knowledge, polite and kept me updated on the work that was done. The work was completed ahead of time and was happy with the results. The entire team is great starting with the staff that inspects your car on arrival, to the advisor and mechanic.

The Service here is outstanding!!!, i usually deal with Paul at the desk, What a Doll. Shout out as well To Arnel and Chris. The service is quick , so i'm not wasting my time, you just drive up and they take the car off your hands , no waiting at all ,and they always give me a car when it's done...I love my CHR...and when my lease is over i will definitely be back to Parkway..Seriously 5 star service

Now those days they try to reap you off... Went there to lease a car, and they wanted 11 800$ on top or MSRP ... We are making the same money regardless of inflation... I hope they go out of business soon...went there to lease a RAV 4 Prime.They want $ 800 a month with $8000 down payment for a 3-year lease with 12k miles a year.. price for the car is $ 46 000 plus taxes.. They present the me this, and residual value after 3 years (remaining to pay for car if you keep it) was $ 25000.I told them that if they showed me that they lease or sell one car for that amount, l will make the deal...lol they didn't because they couldn't..this is absurd ..

I recently had to get my 2018 CHR serviced at Parkway and I must say I was very grateful for such great assistance and professionalism. I was helped by Jimmy in the service department and he did a great job of getting me situated while I waited for maintenance to conclude on my vehicle. Fast and easy, great job!

We have been coming here for 10 years now. The past couple visits were not good experiences.Last time went in for an oil change was told that there was some kind of fluid leak and they quoted over 1k to fix. Since there was no issue with the car nor ever saw evidence of leak. I decided to wait for the next oil change (at a different place) to see if the same issue come up. long story short, today went for an oil change again, no leak issue noted, instead the guy said our ac evaporator is dirty and needs to be cleaned. $175 for the cleaning so we did it. After we got the invoice and looking through the diagnostic report, nothing about a dirty evaporator , it is listed as a dealer recommended service which really means unnecessary. Needless to say, we will be going elsewhere next time.

Worst experience. I went to buy a used 2018 highlander XLE. Little did i know the car was been driven by manager and his family. Upon seeing the car there was car seat with grease stains all over the back seats. The car was presented as i was buying a car from some local dealership. I did not expect this representation from such a big dealer ship in Englewood. On top of that when the sales men spoke to the manager about our issue he said i wish you good luck in your search Wow!! At least have the courtesy to accept your mistake and have the cars cleaned specially during a pandemic.

Took twice as long as quoted time for my oil change and tire rotation. They told me my car was ready and checked out, however when I went to get my car it was still up on the lift and they had not yet done my tire rotation. Usually receive excellent service, however this time I was very disappointed in the lack of communication.

The service department is rude. I was trying to call to get my car serviced but I kept being placed on hold. When I finally was able to talk to someone for more than 30 seconds all she did was sigh as if me giving her my info was a hassle. She then hung up on me.

I live in the Bronx but have my car serviced at this location because they are fast, efficient, pleasant and the large TV in the waiting room makes all worth the wait. I highly recommend this Toyota for all your service needs.

Thank you Parkway Toyota service dept for helping me maintain my vehicle. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Facility is up to date and the waiting area is comfy.
