I had such a great experience buying my car from here. Jared was super great and very knowledgeable. He made sure all my questions/concerns were addressed and he walked me through every step of the way. When it came to paperwork, Kevin was incredible. He explained everything and got us approved and on our way super quickly. I ve never had such a pleasant and seamless experience at a dealership. I m definitely a forever customer. I recently purchased a used BMW X3 from this dealer and I couldn t be happier with the entire experience. Mariah, my salesperson was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. She made sure all my needs were met from the initial contact to the moment the vehicle was shipped to my home in Virginia. Kevin, the financial manager, was very professional and responsive as he worked with to complete the transaction.Overall, an awesome experience!! And of course, I love my new ride.Many thanks

I had a fantastic experience with Abel who helped us purchase our dream Lexus NX. From the moment we walked into the dealership, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we got the perfect vehicle for my needs. Kevin (Financial Manager) and Abel patiently answered all of our questions, explained the features, and even took the time to demonstrate how everything worked. Abel's professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. Great experience leasing with our salesperson, Charles. He made the experience seamless from start to finish. Charles took the time to bring the vehicle (two vehicles actually!) to our home for a test drive and to explain the vehicles. He respected my time and was prompt, reliable and overall offered great customer service. I would recommend Charles and this dealership to friends and family.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this vehicle dealership. I drove 1.5 hours to the dealership after negotiating a deal over the phone and getting assurances on certain details, only to discover that the transaction had been totally misrepresented and wrong. Lanique, Tomika, and the manager gave false information and tried to assign responsibility for the error to another person. It is outrageous that there is such a flagrant lack of accountability and openness. They not only wasted my time, but they also didn't keep their end of the bargain. It is my strong recommendation that you do not do business with this dealership because of their complete lack of honesty and care for customer satisfaction.

Wonderful experience working with Kevin Grant. He was very professional from beginning to end. He sent high quality videos and pictures of the vehicle because I live in Texas. He also sent very clear instructions on what to do when the vehicle was delivered.Process was pretty flawless. There were hiccups with the delivery but this was not on the dealership nor Kevin. He even stepped up then and handled the situation like a true professional. Sometimes I wonder if great service still exists but Kevin has assured me that there's still hope!I love the vehicle. Great as advertised. Thanks Kev!!

I recently purchased a pre-owned Subaru from this dealership, and the experience was excellent. Abel, the salesperson, was very straightforward and there was no pressure. I was able to test drive it as much as I wanted, and Abel let me look it over as thoroughly as I wanted to. I researched the vehicle and we were able to agree on a fair price.Kevin, the finance manager was excellent as well. No gimmicks or surprises, and when I returned to finalize the sale, everything was ready when I got there. Could not have gone smoother.Overall very satified with my experience here. I would highly recommend them.

Worst purchase experience of my life. Stay far far far away from this dealership. They will lie to you to earn your business, gate keep you from getting the help you need and tell you that YOU are the problem for your car having something wrong with it. Where is the Sales rep that sold me the car that has all these problems no one will help me with you ask? He left 2 weeks after fishy

This review is based on my experience with the Sales department and Mr Evan ..I thoguht getting a Maserati would be a great experience but this was the worst experience ever encountered with a car dealership and I m a person who buys and leases many vehicles over the yearsI leased a Grecale Modena from here and not happy with the way the Sales department treated me . The vehicle already had 2000 miles on it and they didn t disclose to me until I asked that the lease starts from 10 miles not from the 2000 miles the vehicle had on it . Unfortunately I had signed the paperwork already and have to pay for mileage I did not put on the vehicle which is very very shady , Also the SUV was delivered to me with 2 scratches on it and they didn t even offer to fix them,This is a Maserati !!! $85,000 SUV,Not some cheap car All they did for me was take $20 off the monthly payment after I complained otherwise they wouldn t have done anything. This is the color combo I wanted and has the air suspension that s the only reason I took the Suv with the minor scratches . The vehicle also needed a wheel alignment and I was back 2 days after delivery. This should have been taken care of prior to delivering the vehicle to meLet me add the service department was very professional and took care of the wheel alignment immediately and has since solved a speaker issue I was having . Service department is great !!I will be contacting Maserati USA customer service to make a complaint about this dealerships unprofessional salesTactics. Hopefully they treat you better then they did to me .

I recently purchased a new Maserati from Engllewood Maserati, and I had an amazing experience. My salesperson, Elliot, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and made the entire process painless.One of the things I appreciated most about Elliot was that he was never pushy. He took the time to understand my needs and budget, and he helped me find the perfect car for me. He also went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase.When I picked up my new car, I realized that it didn't come with a second key. Elliot was immediately apologetic and promised to get me a new key as soon as possible. They had a vendor order the ey and come to my office to program it.Overall, I had a great experience at Engllewood Maserati. The sales staff was friendly and helpful, and they made the entire process of buying a new car a pleasure. I would highly recommend Engllewood Maserati to anyone looking for a carI forgot to add just be ready for a dealer fee of over $3k which I had to talk them down on. They said it s there fees so just be aware
