Great place to take your car. They are very friendly and helpful with my insurance process. And very quick too. They started the process quick, arrange the rental car right away, fixed and delivered my car the time they promised. I have crazy working hours even they delivered the car in my work place. They re awesome!

To whom it may concern ,I just got my car back from this shop . I am very unhappy with the service. The shop did not put the rubber guards on the door cause the guy said he didn t have double sided tape , they left clips from who knows where on the passenger floor of my car I paid these people 1200 dollars the front desk person told me the job was 2 days kept my car for 5 . I don t even want to take it back to them for the rubber gaurds or clips on the floor . These people are not trustable . They were rude every interaction I had other than the initial time I met them . I would highly recommend going to somewhere else. Who leaves clips on the floor ? So you can show me proof you didn t put back my quarter panel correctly . Why would you take a rubber gaurd that came stock on a car if you can t put it back on . The owner or the front desk person, whoever he is just a loud mouth person that knows it all even though you re trying to conduct a normal business transaction .This guy hung up on me multiple times different days because he was too busy . It was my fault for still going to this shop , I should ve took all the warnings.That s all

I just had my beater car painted white and it looks brand new. It looks like a $2000 paint job and it cost me nearly half of that. Value is the key word here.Kevin provides an incredible value for the services that he provides.He has since painted the bumper of my second car,installed headlights,car speakers,mud flaps,etc.All of his work is top quality. He was very accommodating in scheduling and even had a worker drive me home or paid for an Uber ride.Kevin is a hands on boss. He doesn't sit on his butt and watch his employees work. He's the hardest working guy in the shop ... a real car guy! Some shops won't do smaller jobs and want big large profit types of paint jobs. Not here. Kevin is more concerned with providing service instead of trying to get rich.He is not perfect ,but he is willing to learn from his mistakes.He knows that he has to maintain very high levels of communication with his customers and stay very close to estimated times for completed work.His two negative reviews were the result of poor communication about deadlines etc.But it takes two to tango and I initially had an issue with estimated work completed time and the necessary work to get my car to look like it does now. But I hung in there and worked things out with Kevin and couldn't be happier that I did

This review is long overdue . The most honest genuine auto body shop I have ever been too. You can tell it starts at the top with the owner Kevin and trickles all the way down to the staff. Moved to Elmwood park 2 Years ago and needed Mechanic read some reviews for parkway auto and took my car there.. not that I like going to mechanic but Kevin has always been honest and looking to help out... I had Mechanic work done here and also body work and I've been pleased with the work. Highly recommend coming here.. thank you Kevin and your crew

I went to Parkway Auto to get my car painted from black to white. I'm VERY satisfied with the work that was done to my car! Kevin was a pleasure to deal with! I recommend anyone to go here! He told me it would be done at a certain time and it was. I'm a VERY happy with what I picked up from Parkway Auto =)

Kevin and his staff were professional, courteous, timely, and did an excellent job on my car. They stood by their work, held themselves to very high standard when it came to their work, and did additional work on the car to make it perfect. We would definitely recommend Parkway Auto Body to anyone.

Great service. I brought my car in with a lot of work needing to be done, and it was completed quickly and efficiently at an affordable price, and Kevin and his crew were great. I will definitely be taking my car back here for more services to be done!

My Friend went to take his car here for a new paint job. Mind you this was a est. $2,800 job. The estimated time was 1 week, 2 weeks maximum. After being neglected and patiently waiting for a Full Month (4 Weeks), we decided to stop by to see the progress, to our surprised the car has not even been touched. Nor prepped or even sanded... ill be surprised if they even looked at the car. I am not trying to bash the company just simply writing an honest review as to what my friend and I experienced. I hope this review is helpful for those who are thinking of getting work done here,(as this review reflects their work ethics) and maybe even bring attention to those in charge of this place to step it up.

WOW !!!!! Hands Down The best Shop you could chose to have work done at. I Have to respond to what the others wrote about this shop because I highly disagree with there reviews. If you stop by this shop any day of the week they are always packed with cars and there to help anytime. We have been going there for years and also get the best services possible.
