Super amazing service. I got referred to proline body and chassis by a friend. I ride and race mountain bikes and unfortunately I went off a cliff and my bike got deeply scratched to bare carbon. Took my bike here and holy cow words can t describe the perfection and work they did. I couldn t be happier. Todd and his staff are super helpful and when above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I definitely will be a returning customer. Here are some before and after photos. I brought my car in for repairs under an insurance claim and the car was deemed a total lost. I decided to keep my car but when I went to pick up my car it was returned to me in a worst condition than when I brought it there. I would not recommend anyone to take their car to this shop.

Sean and this entire facility are nothing but honest, reliable and knowledgeable professionals. The entire process was SUPER seamless. And no question felt like a dumb question. Everything was explained perfectly! I was able to pick up my car a WEEK before the set date for pick up.Truly amazing! Would 100% recommend them to anyone! Car was washed and charged when picked up as well!

One of the few places locally that repair Tesla s. Mind was rear-ended with moderate to high damage level. Geico arranged for me to drop off the car but the shop had no notification I was coming. Nevertheless and despite being busy Sean assured me this wasn t my problem and accepted the car. He was very professional and nice and advised me of what needed to be done and the timeline for the repair , which was lengthy due to parts availability. I received several updates concerning the repair through text along the way. The repair came out out great and I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Great Experience from beginning to the end. I dropped off my vehicle and was arranged with enterprise right at their location. I received text messages regarding repair updates on my vehicle and my vehicle was ready before promised date. Minor issues noticed after pick up were handled immediately and I am extremely satisfied with Proline! Would highly recommend their services for autobody repairs!

Had two accidents that required a lot of work on our minivan in the past 3 yrs.Came to this place both times bc of how well they did. Simple process, straightforward explanations, and handled followups really well. Car looked like new both times.I'll go to them for all my body shop work as long as their service and straightforwardness stays good.

Proline body and chassis did an amazing job on my car the turn around time was quick they kept me informed on the progress of the repair which I really appreciated Sean was also very helpful and professional big thanks to the whole staff !!! Team here is very responsive and professional. Very transparent on the repair process and kept me up to date on hiccups (out of their control) at the end of repairs and still delivered an enjoyable experience. Would recommend going to them for repairs

This is my second time interacting with Sean and the crew, and in both instances they made sure that the work is done right, with my expectations ending up being exceeded for both quality and attention to detail. The interactions with the staff are invariably great, and the rates they charge, given the quality of their work, are more than reasonable. Most heartfelt recommendations for this business.

Took my car for an estimate to this Allstate authorized auto body. First sign of trouble was the estimate for a small dent took a week and multiple emails, then over three weeks of calling and sending emails to schedule the repair never got a response back and was always told someone would call me back that day to schedule. Wasted 4 weeks with this placeTerrible customer service- if a company doesn t want your business they should just be honest instead of wasting customers time. Lost a month of my time - AVOID EVEN CALLING

Got into a front end accident in my Tesla model x got in touch with proline they set my appointment up fast Matt was helpful and easy to communicate with during the whole process got text updates and was done under the time they said it would (2 weeks) they are Tesla certified and they KNOW what they are doing the job came out AMAZING perfect panel lines, and blend. Would definitely recommend

This service station is working with Geico Express office. The staff here is friendly and professional. Once car is in their hands they will call you few times during the fix process: once after estimate is ready, once when the work is started and few times to give you updates.Loved the customer service here.

Sean and the team do awesome work here! I had damage to the front passenger side of my SUV. This shop came highly recommended and they definitely didn't disappoint! Terrible experience and cost me hundreds of extra dollars.6 Week turnaround time which led to out of pocket rental costs. Had to visit 3 separate occasions because repairs were done incorrectly. My headlight had glass inside the housing unit and clearly damaged or installed incorrectly. I have one broken new headlight.They stated they would reach out to manufacturer a month ago. I haven t heard anything since. On the contrary I was able to secure a replacement in a week from manufacturer.Not to mention Sean is extremely unprofessional as every e-mail written is in all Capital Letters.Stay far away.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

If you're looking for a professional and trustworthy body shop your search ends here. Todd and his team were friendly and was able to give me a reasonable quote compared to the other shops I went to. When I explained that I was not going through an insurance company, he ordered the parts, and painted them before putting them on so the down time was less than 2 days. When I got my car it looked brand new and very clean. Usually going to a body shop is very stressful but I was pleasantly surprised by this whole experience. thank youServices: Painting, Body & Trim
