I cannot thank the owner Cathy Raga enough for her welcoming hospitality and expertise in dealing with collision repairs. I recently purchased this vehicle in November and sadly it was hit by a stolen car of teenage drivers in January. The vehicle spent two months here, but it was no fault to them because my insurance company listed wrong parts to be ordered. I like the fact that they did not rush the job and ensured that the correct parts were put on the vehicle. I truly appreciate all of your hard work as well as your brother, and the entire staff. Amazing work. I am pleased with the service that was provided. Thank you so much for such wonderful service provided.

Very quick on a quote. Nice people. Reasonable price. 10 star quality work. Honest work for a fair price. No hassle no twisting. Pulled up, lady came out looked at the damage, shot out a price. Explained why the high price(Subaru white pearl is a pain to match) circled all existing damage(which I like a lot). Took pictures of whole vehicle. Have an estimated repair time. Filled out paperwork.All in all I was in and out within 15 minutes for drop off.Pickup was even faster. Under 5 minutes. Their work is outstanding , 10/10 totally recommend. Jonathan really came through. I was getting crazy prices everywhere else. This place was the only place that had a reasonable price ! & for the price they definitely over succeeded. The only autobody shop I recommend.

Love the job they did on my car. They had to fix my rear door and bumper. They matched the original paint perfectly. Since the first moment Cathy was very kind and helpful. She contacted the insurance and arranged everything in order to fix my car. She promised to have the car ready on a specific day and she did. Very professional work.

Their customer service is A1, prices are reasonable, and they keep you in the loop as to what's going on with your insurance company. Their repair quality is great. No issues here. I strongly recommend.

my car had something s missing that we re needed. these guys are such frauds because these reviews are a bunch of nonsense, they have a high rating but their work doesn t match the reviews and the work they did wasn t even good. .

Jonathan was very friendly and professional. Their quote was competitive and their work was top notch and quick. After a hit and run that left my car dented and scraped my car now looks like I just left the dealer. I would definitely recommend Thunder to friends and family.

I don t like hurting people s Business but unfortunately this body shop is responsible for my car Being a total lost due to a fire the same day I dropped it off every since then I ve been running around in a rental paid by us. her insurance Policy covers only the minimum. my car went into this body shop for a very small dent and this is what I get and also this happened 3/18/2019 people are given good Reviews and is a lie do the math. We l. Lost my car my down payment and a debt of 4,000 which most likely my insurance will cover but that s not the point . I m doing this because people need to be aware of what kind of insurance policy they have and they are not taking responsibility of having a better insurance coverage with travelers insurance just to have extra money for them selfs, and to those That are lying to cover up for this body shop shame on you. this is why I m giving you a bad reviews that from us And Don t run a Business by screwing up. No sean victimas de negocios como estos.

Honesty, integrity, quality work. Process was very smooth. Not sure if I spoke with the owner, but my quote was quick and the price was fair. I brought my truck in on the day he said he could work on it and I couldn t be more pleased with the results. Highly recommended.

I am very pleased with the service I received here. Thunder auto body meet and exceeded my expectations. My car came in looking a mess but left looking new. I was helped by Cathy Raga and she is an absolute professional. She is very knowledgeable and laid out many options for me. Cathy left me with no room for concern. Recently got my Mercedes repaired here they did a wonderful job. Overall customer service was amazing. The shop is clean, the staff is welcoming. Jonathan was really knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. My car was ready in 3 days, completely impressed with the service and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Great people, Great customer service. Jonathan was extremely helpful in getting my car fix from an accident that happened in November. He was very knowledgeable about how the insurance payment should be paid out to who first. All I will say is Thunder Auto body is the place to go if you need work done or if you are doing an insurance claim.. My experience was at an 110% Professional Service: Body & Trim

I got into a bad accident, not being to experience in these matters I had purchased some of the parts prior to bringing it to an Auto Body Shop for an estimate. It became difficult to find an Auto Body shop that would work with the NEW parts I had purchased. Then I was recommended to Thunder Auto Body. I was referred to Kathy who is the actual owner. I felt extremely impressed by this female Owner. Her ability to communicate effectively with the insurance company and confirmation of temporary rental was exceptional work!! She made sure that everything my car would need was covered. I felt not only satisfied with my result but extremely proud of the representation of this Latina Woman who OWNS this business. She is a perfect example of Women Empowerment. On top of being the owner to on of the few Auto Body Shops owned and operated by a woman. She was beautifully represented. In addition it just so happened to be International Women's Day!! It was a great way to celebrate that day watching her work. . The staff at Thunder Auto Body is terrific!! They are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. i have taken various cars to them over the years and have always left satisfied. The prices are reasonable and the service is A1!I will continue to take my cars to them and will always tell my friends and family about this body shop. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to get their car fixed!!

A1 service!! Thunder Auto Body is Amazing they do a phenomenal job! Jonathan and Cathy are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and very professional ! kept me updated with everything.They made the process so smooth and easy. I Definitely recommend Thunder Auto if you need work on your car, restoration or if you re involve in an accident. They restored my car to dealership condition after getting the front bumper completely destroyed after a car accident. They also fixed scratches on my rear bumper without me asking them to do it.they went the extra mile! Thank You so much! If you are looking for a bodyshop that will work with you and treat you right, look no further and give them a call!! I cannot rave enough about the shop s quality of work, staff and service Thunder Auto Body has to offer! I ve had many bad experiences dealing with a few auto body shops in my past, but after my consultation with Jonathan the owner, he left me at complete ease. In every aspect, the entire experience was professional and flawless. All communications were open, fluid, faithful, and honest with nothing left in question. His attention to your needs and meticulousness to detail is what sets his shop far apart from the rest. Excellent body shop! Jonathan is very friendly and his pricing is very fair. His shop did a great job on my Nissan right side door and front bumper and for half the price comparing to dealers. Great work ethics too. Thank you!!

I highly recommend thunder auto body. The Quality of their work is great. Cathy who is in charge off all customer service went above and beyond to make the repair process as easy and affordable for me as possible. The results of the work the mechanics and paint specialist give you is amazing, the pictures speak for them selves. I will def be coming back here to have more side work done because i was so satisfied. Thank you again cathy and staff you guys are great.

Amazing customer service. I can be soft spoken at times but they were extremely helpful from the beginning and made the effort to hear everything I had to explain. I walked in after my car was badly damaged from a hit and run. They constantly updated me and filled me in on everything and when I finally got my car back it was in way better shape than I was even expecting. My car looks great now. Awesome place.I had a minor job - I'd gotten an OEM hood ornament for my cadillac DTS and was a bit apprehensive about installing it myself. Seemed like no one wanted to be bothered with such a small job, but when I sent an email, Jonathan was very quick to get back to me, and let me know that they could help me, no problem.I showed up later that day and he took a look at the car, letting me know it was about an hour long job. When I offered to reschedule for the next week, he simply said to just drop by Saturday morning. I came by that Saturday, and the guys installed the ornament very quickly and it looks GREAT! The office was also very accommodating and the staff was friendly. I strongly recommend this place. Its local to the Newark/Union County/Essex/Hudson County area and is a great experience. Price was VERY reasonable as well. Will be back and will recommend to others.

Excellent work, friendly staff, reasonable price and the job was completed in a timely manner which is always important! They get 2 thumbs up from me. My Accord is now looking brand new and I'm a happy driver again! :)The thank you gifts that I found in my car afterwards was a truly sweet gesture! It's the small things that count.
