My reason for giving a three star and not a five star is that I had to not only pay my money for the inside and outside to get clean, but I also had to clean my own car off because it was still dirty inside and outside with dirt, that was very noticeableI told the guys and they wiped a little bit act like they doing something and still did not clean it correctly so I asked him for a rag and did it myself. I would not recommend this place

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE IS CAR WASH???They were so good. I got the package 3 and the dashboard is still dusty, the doors were not whipped down, they did not vacuum the center cup holders, center of the car left super dirty stains left all over lether seats (did not even take the time to whip them down.WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY!!!I gave them a few tries. I'm done with them.Services: Polishing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I hope this review catches the eyes of everyone that is looking for an oil change, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE They will not empty out all of your oil, they will charge you for four bottles of oil the only apply to maybe three and they ll leave the old oil inside of your car. For those of you that are like me that are not car experts the reason why this is a huge issue is because your oil is going to get run through faster which means they make more money. Don t let these fake mechanics tell you it s normal to get your car oil changed within three months if you only drove 800 miles. Don t be fooled by how much traffic there is at this location because most of the people go there for car washes and a lot of car dealerships go here because It s cheaper for them.

Took my car to get wash 4/15/24 and it came out with a brush looking scratch on the passenger side rear window.. I notice after I left, when seen the window and thought it was still dirty.. when I took our a rag to clean it off... I notice it wasn't dirt.. it was deep stratches

This place is horrible they left my car dirty i took the package that come with the interior, wax and exterior wash and they left my interior dirty they didnt even wash my rug or dry the exterior had to take my car to another spot to get it done rite . This place is a waste of money!!

This place used to be so much better. Your windows are never cleaned properly, if you watch them they just rub the rag back and forth 2 times and that's it. The vacuuming guys do the worst job of them all. Perhaps it's because of the volume of cars they get, that they work too fast and don't really care. I understand I will not get a perfectly clean car, but this is horrible.

DON'T COME HERE!Very expensive. I paid $80 for simple sintetetic oil changed. I found an old receipt from another place and the same service with wash included cost $42. The cashier is so rude, no manners. Avoid this place.TWash was very slappy .. I posted pictures after the wash...it doesn't look like the vacuum at all..

The only package worth getting here is the nighttime exterior wash. You get a higher package they don t clean the mats, they don t wipe the seats, dashboard, windows nothing. So you get the same service for $7 at night as you would for $23 in the daytime. Attached are the pictures of my car after getting the package #3 which cost $22 plus tax. Seems like their vacuum don t even work. Go somewhere else if you want a real car wash in which they actually clean your car. And the cashier needs a better attitude too. Never going back here again.

This place is the absolute worst. DO NOT COME TO THIS TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. The employees as well as the management service (Mauricio) lack character and integrity and were very rude. This car wash service, misplaced or stole my weather tech mats. I was completely dismissed and because I was the only female there, they did not take me seriously. I m sure this would have been different if I was a man. Do your self a favor do not come here especially if you are a female. Terrible service.

I m really unhappy, I just got my car and it was my first time washing it I purchased the package #2 and I drove away with a scratch I didn t have before, they didn t even clean the rear mirrors properly I literally had to stop and wipe them myself as It was really bothering me, I don t know if I had to pay extra for them to do that but they could ve told me and I would of.

Fast and fairly decent car wash especially for the price. No-frills. Inside they have a store to buy car-things. The best thing about this place is that after 8PM it s $7 for an exterior car wash. Open 24/7.

The only reason I get the car wash is because it's free, but the mediocre job they do is not as professional as they advertise. No customer service at all. I would not go there and paid for that service

We took our vehicle for a carwash here. Service was attentive. They had a long line of cars, so the wait for wiping our dash, doors and windows took close to an hour. I gave it four stars because they took so long and they said they couldn't get my dog's fur out of the seats and floors. We paid $43.00 for the full service, including, vacuuming, cleaning our floor mats and shining the tires. But when we got my car back and hour later, the floors still needed some more vacuuming, like they had done it quickly. But ultimately they did get most of the dog fur out. Overall it was a good job. It's decent. Most car wash businesses do a good job so long as they're not bombarded with cars. This one is no different. Catch them on a busy day where theyre more concerned with being fast over being efficient, and this rating could change.I went on a slow day. They took the time to dry the "not so easy to reach" places like the door jams, trunk frame, and trunk lid.

Customer service here is HORRIBLE. I typically come here to get an interior and exterior wash but I have noticed that the interior vacuuming is sub par. Doesn t matter if they re busy or not I always have to go behind to clean up basic dirt that should have been captured by the vacuum. So I altogether started giving up on having them clean the inside as it s not worth my money or time. Now I ve noticed, on two separate occasions, when I ask for a specific exterior wash (nothing fancy just wax, tire cleaning and armor all) they are charging me for a full wash! I complained the first time it happened and the cashier sent me to the man outside who takes the orders, he refused to hear me and acted like he was completely clueless as to what I was saying. I told him you didn t clean the inside of my car, why would you charge me for a full wash service? He played dumb and said well you asked me for package #2. I took that as a miscommunication as I did say give me all of the exterior treatments that come with #2 just DONT CLEAN INSIDE. I went back to the cashier and she was kind enough to adjust my ticket for me. Fast forward a few months later and I tried going back again only this time I literally spelled out each item I wanted with the exterior wash and to no surprise I WAS CHARGED FOR FULL SERVICE. Again, I went to the cashier, she sends me back outside, and the same arrogant attendant is arguing with me and playing dumb. I go back inside, explain to the cashier that again for the second time the order attendant is not listening to me and refusing to fix my order to REMOVE A SERVICE THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE. She didn t adjust it at the point of sale and apologized and said she would mention it to the manager. I say all of this to say that you should steer clear of this place as they really don t do a good job and if you re not mindful of what they re charging you, YOU WILL OVER PAY.

Hello everyone I m leaving my review here today to inform you that this car wash/express lube is a place that you must avoid 100%!!!!!!! I went there today to change the oil on my car and when doing so you get a free oil change. And when you drop off your car you expect it to get vacuumed properly and a decent wash. NOPE!! It was such a mediocre wash and they didn t even vacuum anything and this isn t the first nor second time doing this and today is truly the last time I ever step foot at this car wash and not to mention they charge an arm and a leg for and oil change.Service: Oil change

It's a fast paced car wash. Conveniently fast but not always the best quality. I would say okay to good quality. If you are in a hurry this is a good spot. If you got time and want it done super amazing I would try somewhere else.

**Do not go to this placeI called ahead to get the price for oil change. They told me 47 plus tax after asking me about my car make/model and year. Once the oil change was done they charged me 75 dollars. When I asked about it they were extremely rude and aggressive and had no legitimate reason to over charge and told me I am lying about the call. I showed them the call record and manager jairo started threatening me. The two ladies at the counter were even worst. They kept laughing and making fun of me that I can t afford the price. Never had a worst experience. I will ensure to report this to small businesses since I have the audio of whole interaction. Again don t Go there they will try to rob you one way or another.Service: Oil change
