Easy to setup appointment with email and text reminders day of. Quick install of tints and perfect visibility. I got 5% all around with 50% on the windshield, I can see clear no issues. Would recommend the nano ceramic 10/10Photos: before and after

I was hesitant to leave a review here, but I have no choice especially since I have yet to receive a call back from Roger. I have tried to contact him multiple times and he s either not there or too busy to come to the phone. I have left multiple messages with other staff to reach me, and nothing. So, this leads me to believe that he s avoiding me and the issue I m having (which he is clearly aware of).I took my 1 day old Honda in for tints on a Sunday. Roger was genuinely nice and open to take me in at 11am. We walked through the process and agreed to go ahead and get the proper tints done on my car.One week later I noticed there was damage to my brand new Honda. If the damage was done and I was advised at the time of pick up, maybe I would be less frustrated, but knowing I have yet to be in contact with Roger (in his end), it now highly upsets me because the damage is done, and I can t even get the parts replaced because they are out of stock or not ordering. Attached are the pictures of the damage.Overall the work is decent, but the damage to my vehicle is not. It would have been greatly appreciated if I had someone from Pro Tinting contact me to agree on a solution to get my vehicle fixed.Damage: Outdoor weather stripped melted from the tool being on there too long. The scratch on the roof from the cutting/outlining of the tint.(See pics)

Took about an hour to get my vehicle tinted, which I found very reasonable. The quality of work was great and fairly priced. I decided to wait a week after the service before a review and I'm happy to say the tints look amazing. I did have some small imperfections, but it went away once it fully cured. I'm glad I did not have to make an appointment but I would if I had to since they did such a good job. It's worth it.

This is the 2nd car they've done for me and again the results are flawless. The price was reasonable and the work comes with a lifetime guarantee. There was no wait time and the time to complete was reasonable. Would highly recommend.

I just got my windows tinted on 3/3/24 an they did a fabulous job. The gentleman that helped me took his time to explain everything. I was done in the time frame that he told me. I m going to be making another appointment with in the next 2 weeks to get my daughter s car done.

Horrible people working here. Took my brand new tesla for wrap and guess what they scratched paint in different places around the car and worse part is they tried tk cover thise scratches with black ink. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST AS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT HOW EXPENSIVE YOUR CAR IS AND WILL TREAT IT AS NOTHING HAPPENED. Person working there had very bad attitude and was like its nothing happened and so scratched are expected and i was like if i pay you that much too do professional job then i wouldnt expect any mistake and their kwner is never there when the front desk lady tried to contact owner he was responding over text msgs to her and told me that he was out of states.SHUTDOWN YOUR BUSINESS IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO RUN BUSINESS.Very UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS PLACE.

Awesome tints, I had a 4:30 appt. Due too traffic I got there at 5pm. The staff stayed past 6:30 pm to get the job done and done right! My car looks sick! Thank you too the pros!

I ve had three vehicles serviced at this business. The first two times I had no issues and was overall happy with the job. However, during my last visit I was a little disappointed with the outcome because my front driver side window has a pretty noticeable imperfection in the middle of it. One of the employees (I think Rodger was his name) was kind enough to point it out to me before leaving and tried to explain that the imperfection was a result of a prior damage to the glass. I personally don t think his explanation makes sense because my car is relatively new and I take really good care of my car. What I personally think happened was that the film was damaged during the installation process and they were simply too lazy to remove it and do it over again. I m pretty confident that if I have an issue (bubbles or discoloration) in the future with that same window they will try to say that I damaged it myself with a ring or a watch and will not honor their warranty. What would have made me feel better is if they at least attempted to install the tint a second time with a new film so that it would given me the piece of mind and reassurance that the issue is with the glass and not their film.

Friendly and experienced staff. They use reputable SunTek tints with variety of tint percentages and lifetime warranty! They know what they are doing and work with you on choosing tints. I m happy with how the tints came out on our family s new van! Same day 2hrs!!

This business needs to change their name because there is nothing pro about them. Lets start off with they never answer the phone. They will email you and ask you to respond but the email always gets bounced back. They also gave us a quote and then called back one week later and doubled it. That is just the start. We wanted our garage doors tinted, the secretary called and said the guy was at our house to begin (new construction) We have cameras installed and knew there was no one at the house. We tried calling multiple times to say we do not see anyone but NO ONE ANSWERS EVER. We later get a call that the job is done. THEY TINTED THE WRONG HOUSE! They were very apologetic and stated they had to re order the tint and would be back in one week. One week later we get a phone call that the worker has COVID and they need to reschedule for the following week for 10am. The following week comes and I'm waiting...looking on the cameras and see no one. I decide to call by 10:20, 10:25, leave a message. My wife tries a few times, no response. I finally decide to email them. Hours later I get a response that no one is coming bc the guy is still sick. No phone call, no one reaches out - they just don't show up but offer service one week later. At this point we've had enough. We email requesting our deposit back. The next day we get a phone call stating we will not refund you, dispute this with your bank. This is the first review I have ever written because I need people to know how unbelievably unprofessional this company is. Not sure how they are even in business. They only received 1 star bc zero is not an option.

I ve been coming to Pro-Tint for years, I lease a lot of vehicles. Pro-tint has done at least 7 cars for me to date. Today no different than the previous times. Wonderful job.

Nano Ceramic tint is still curing seems to be good results. Was told there would be savings if I paid in cash then was told the price is the same regardless when actually paying at the end. Workers left all backseat head rests unattached. Soapy water drip streaks left all around outside of the car from window drip. You get what you pay for here but the cost is cheaper than the average.

I had an amazing experience at Pro Window Tinting. I was able to schedule an appointment the day of and there was no wait when I arrived and they even took me earlier. All my questions and concerns were answered once I got there. All of the staff were very nice and friendly and did an absolutely amazing job on wrapping my hood!

They are nice people and mean well, but the quality and results were disappointing in my case. They are fast and have efficient pricing, but you get what you pay for.I had 35% ceramic film applied to all windows; after finding scratches, trapped debris, and other imperfections on every window, I took the car back and they kindly redid all my windows. Unfortunately, on the 2nd attempt I still have multiple cases of trapped debris. Mind you, this is a meticulously maintained C43 -- very clean car to begin with. Prep is everything when it comes to this sort of thing and I think a mix of working quickly along with a small space and hand-cut film just doesn't bode well here.To make matters worse, like another reviewer, I got my car back with a couple of scratches. I don't think this was intentional in any way, just another aspect of the setup here. At this point, I would just want my money back and have them remove the film, but I don't want to risk any damage to my car.I am taking my car elsewhere to have the scratches repaired and have the tints redone.I've had some 12 high-end cars tinted over the past 20 years and all have been impeccable except for this experience. In my case, I tried a new place because I didn't want to wait 4 weeks for an appointment somewhere else. This has been a considerable waste of time and money for me, but a good lesson learned.Service: Privacy window films
