Tony sold me a tire and on the parkway it completely exploded.I came to ask why did he sell me a bad tireI got cursed at and while i was there 3 people came with complaints on how they were sold bad tire.You re better off going to nearby tire shops but this man is unprofessional threatened the person i came with who called him out for scamming he threatened to knock him out. This is an unprofessional man who doesn t know business.

If I could it would be a No Star Rating. Don t waste your money here. The owner has an awful attitude and will not hesitate to curse you out or say whatever he thinks. His guys broke my rim and he was blaming it that it was already like that when I got there. I spent 2 hours trying to get my tire changed. His inexperienced guys forced the tire out and ended up braking my rim.

Hi is a very bed person guy. He sell worse tires and try to rob many. I recommend DO NOT COME FOR TIRE. You are going to west your money.

I called this place to ensure or they had (2) 275/55 R20s in stock used & being same tread pattern. I was told yes and quoted a price.When i arrived 2 non english speaking workers tried to assist me. They tried to sell me different pattern treads but just could not understand me nor the importance of why same tread tires needed. Finally i settled on 2 tires with same tread but 1 tire slightly having more wear and tear then the other. They did not balance tires and now my truck shakes violently. I called back to complain and was told balancing is extra charge. Balancing tires is crucial for vehicle to run safely so not to automatically provide it or at very least OFFER it at time of sale is in my opinion negligent.Hope i make it home safe!!Update, right rear tire lug nuts were NOT tightened and wheel literally wobbled almost off!!!TERRIBLE!!!!!!2 weeks later , on RT 24 NJ at 6:15 am i experienced a tire blow out from the tires i purchased from Magnolia Tire.STAY AWAY!!!!

Terrible customer service. Takes extremely long to get jobs done and none of the staff speaks clear English. Spend your money else where.

If you want to be ripped off this is your place. I went in with a bent rim but wasn't sure which one was bent. I said I think it might be one of the back rims. The guy came over and took off back drivers side tire. I'm thinking he's going to check it and see if that's the one. He brought tire inside for about 10 minutes and comes out and says they fixed it. Why wouldn't you show me where and if it was bent? I said ok so that was the one? "Well you could have others that are bent you'll have to drive and see." Oh! So this is a guessing game and I just keep bringing my car back until you guess which one is the right one charging $80 per rim? Sure. Ok. Unfortunately someone recommended this place but we will be sure not to recommended this place to any one ESPECIALLY A WOMAN.UPDATE: What i thought was a bent rim was actually a huge bubble in my tire which the shop that ended up fixing it (Colon Tire in Newark) found in one quick inspection of my tires which is what A REAL PROFESSIONAL tire shop does. Take note Magnolia. Maybe then you'd get repeat customers.

I have been going here to have tires installed since my 1st BMW in 2002. I ve witnessed the owner be very rude to customers but it never affected me until today. I had 4 tires installed and recently the dealer advised that I might need an alignment. During that process they noticed that all 4 tires were installed backward with the inside label on the outside which can cause the vibrations I m experiencing. The owner was not there when I arrived so they called his cell phone and he immediately refused to acknowledge the mistake or do anything to fix the issue. He said I had 24 hour to notice it and hung up the phone while I was speaking. I live in the area and I do not recommend doing business with him because he is unprofessional. My intentions are to warn everyone I can about this crook via all social media platforms.

A 3.5. 100 for rim repair. Tire was split due to a pot hole, so an additional 75 for a used mount and balance. Good work but pushy when to pick up the tire, knowing I told the shop I wouldn't be available until the weekend. Small shop not big on CS but just to get you in and out.

Had to get a new tire for my car here Monday. Went during lunch (12pm) and was out of there with a great tire by 12:15pm. These guys are fair and honest. They also are real good with flats and installation of tires. I don t know about the other bad reviews but hands down best tire place in the area of Elizabeth to me!!!! I would definitely be there again if I need a tire and I will recommend to my friends and family how good they are.

I'd stay away from here. Had an individual today who stole my credit card. That individual then used my card to purchase services at this location. We caught it quickly and was able to contact Tony. After explaining what was happening Tony began to get irate and cuss me saying it wasn't his problem and he was.still gonna sell to this individual. The people who did this will be showing up later today to pick.their stuff up. This guy isn't professional at all. All authority were notified.

Searching the whole entire Elizabeth looking for a tire for my car couldn't find any. boom! i came to Magnolia tire service they got exactly what I was looking for at a low cost price.. . Nuff respect for them I recommend everyone to check them out. Also great customer service

Came in with two damaged rims (dented from potholes) and they went right to work fixing them. Work was done quickly at a great price, had me back on the road in no time. Staff was polite and kept me up to date through their work. Would definitely recommend this shop for your rim/tire repair.

Service was amazing! As soon as I pulled up someone acknowledge me and immediately started working on my car with no hesitation. From what i experienced I was under the impression that the person attending me was the owner or owners son. He was very professional, a focus individual in control of all his surroundings. The 10 to 15 min I was there two tires where picked out installed on my car rims and back on car. Mean while Jesus still managed to address other clients question.. I went out my way to write this review and I don't ever do this.I was impressed!! and someone needs a raise for sure!!!

Guy tried to get me to change all 4 tires when I explained to him I just need 2. I purchased 2 tires and not even 2 weeks later one of them went flat. The tires were too big for my car when I specifically showed him the sticker on the door for the stock tire size. $100 down the drain. Could have spent $15 more dollars and got 2 brand new ones. Never returning or recommending!

Needed a tire fixed in my dads van, came here and was helped right away. Turns out it had a slow leak that couldn't be patched, so I purchased another tire and was done in 20 minutes! Reasonably priced and great service. Neighborhood tire shop has been there servicing the community for years.

Fantastic. I hit a nasty pothole on the NJ turnpike and my Tesla told me to pull over immediately. Front left tire dropping pressure like a rock. I called Magnolia as they were close. Limped my car there with 7psi left and they changed the tire for me and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. $75. Very thankful that they were open on a Sunday and could take care of me in need.

I took a damaged rim here to be straightened. They did a great job. Would've been 5 star but they have NO waiting area inside for customers. You must wait outside. But again, great service.

The owner is ABSOLUTELY disgusting. Tried to low ball me and give me a ran down tire for $40 saying it would last years like I'm stupid. Do not come here!! Also since I didn't purchase he rushed me off his area telling me to go and started using profanity and I literally said nothing glad I didn't buy from you all because your intentions are more about money than running a nice business with customer service and quality items.

I called them today to ask for 4 new tires price and the person who answer my call asked me for the Tire size. At that moment I wasn't in front of my car and I told him the brand, year and model of my car in order to get an estimate. He was very rude telling me that he was very busy and he needed the size and hanged up on me. I am not going to call them again.

I bought a used tires this morning, less than a hour later my daughter and I was on the highway and notice I had a flat. I turn into the gas station and had to call a tow truck. I noticed it was the original flat tire that's supposed to been replaced. This awful guy that was suppose to replace, his just fill it with air. They said it was my sensor. I told him that was a lie, it was the same tired as my other tires on my car. I got the tire. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!!! This could have cause a bad accidents and lost of lives.

The men here are great and honest. I traveled from Linden, NJ. There is an auto shop right around the corner from my house and I've had to return with in 2 days bc I was flat again. Magnolia is fast and reliable. Highly recommended.

The tires may be used but they aren t supposed to last 3 days either. No nails or holes either. Just a very worn down tire that they doused in oil and water. Por favor pongan attencion.

One of the worst snow days of the year it seems...& they were open. ..when several tire places weren't. ..I had a flat totally out of the blue...& the guy escorted my car in with a wave...& smile ...fixed it without me having to get out of the car...repaired it so swiftly & for such a reasonable price. ..I am ever so grateful to him...I will be telling all my friends about Magnolia Tires. ..you guys saved me today !Thank you sooo much !

Worst experiences ever, these guys are incredibly unprofessional. I gave them three to four different chances per visit and each time I left there thinking to myself I'm never bring my car back there. The owner is constantly yelling and cursing his staff and constantly haggling. One of my visit I had them replace a tire and fix a dented rim on a 2015 car. They didn't secure the center cap correct so when I pulled off the cap fell out. I went back and they insisted it was my fault and that I'd have to buy one myself. My final and last visit occurred when I observed a nail in the tire. I took it to them to determine of it was punctured but instead of investigating this they removed the tire from the rim and be hold the nail did not go through so it was a waste of time and I was still charged for it. The save money and take advantage to his employees the owner hires drug addicts with no mechanical experience then verbally abuse them. It's extremely unprofessional and I'll never return there again ever.

I purchased a tire from these guys 3 weeks ago. Charged me 40 dollars for the tire, plus 8 dollars to plug up a different tire. Gave the the dude a fifty and said not to worry about the 2 dollars. So I come back today with the tire they gave me, because it somehow blew out on me. The guy who seemed to be in charge essentially didn't want to hear my side of what happened. Insisted that I hit a pothole, I know when I hit a pothole, and that did not happen. Literally only had 30 dollars and the guy said the best he could do was 35 so I walked out, without a replacement. Guess you can't rely on the goodness of others.

I came here to change a tire, the owner was really rude to his employs. I asked him about if the tire breaks today or tomorrow and he said, no refunds for used tired. Now i understand that is the policy but at least a day or two.
