I absolutely love this auto body spot! My family and I have taken all our cars here for years. Adel is the sweetest and most understanding person. Rita the front desk agent was also great and answered all my questions whenever I called for updates. This auto body shop Tries to get your car back to you asap! The body work that I recently got done has my car looking brand new. I m beyond happy with the results. I d definitely recommend this auto body to anyone I know.Service: Body & Trim

I want to thank everyone who worked on my KIA Telluride at Koplin Auto Body for an exceptional experience. Upon starting the claims process to the updates along the way and then finally getting my car back to like new condition has been a welcoming and professional endeavor. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable in what they do and make the process super easy for you. They also have an Enterprise Rental on site so you can rest assured that you will leave with a rental vehicle while your primarily vehicle is in repairs. Highly recommended. It was my first car accident experience and Adele, Omar, and everyone in the shop took excellent care of me. Adele guide me through the whole process and made sure I was informed all the time. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and informed, and most of all I was pleased. I was treated as family and I couldn't thank them enough to make this experience smooth. Excellent, The staff was easygoing and they made me feel comfortable and confident when leaving my car for repair. They kept me abreast on what was going on with my vehicle like they said they would and they were super fast with the repair on my car and it looks great.

From start to finish the communication and care was 1000/10. Adele was the sweetest person ever and I m so thankful I chose Koplin to care for my vehicle. My car went from destroyed to brand new! I almost cried!! Forever grateful for this place! Thank you so much to every person that took care of me and my car.

Koplin Auto Body is an amazing body shop, very professional and attentive from point of entry into their offices. Excellent customer service and they offer pick up and drop off when getting your car worked on, this was a huge help. As you can see from my pic, the car looks brand new again. The rear bumper was completely removed and re painted to remove scratches on driver side rear bumper corner. I highly recommend them for any work need on your vehicle!!! Great people and speedy team, these guys know what they are doing and do it in a very timely manner.

Thank you Adele and Julian for outstanding customer service , at first there was a miscommunication but Adele the body shop owner was able to address those issues and keep her word on providing me updates about my car and when it would be ready! She really helped me out and my car looks like NEW! I highly recommend this shop for all your body shop needs! I just brought my car in this week for a repair on the front bumper/fender on my car. I made my appointment through my insurance company online and it was simple and fast. When I came in for my scheduled appointment, I spoke with Adel and she was very patient and explained how the process would be and gave me an estimated time frame of when the car would be completed. I needed a rental and the Geico rep. Came fast and did all my paperwork easily. My car was finished a day earlier than expected which was great. My car looked brand new as if there was no damage on the front end at all. My car was beautiful and I'm more than satisfied. This is my second time working with Koplin Auto to fix damages on my car. They make me feel safe, secure and confident that the job will be done right the first time. Everyone is very nice on site and they even assist when your pulling out of the lot to ensure you get out safe. I would recommend this shop to all. You will not be disappointed.

Honestly the best experience ever! The staff is so amazing and super friendly. I can say I definitely chose right when I chose Koplin to fix my car. No better place to take your vehicle. They are super efficient and very timely with their work. Not to mention they work with you so you are comfortable. Hoping I don't have to fix my car again, but if I had to I know exactly where I'm going! =]

This long over due but I want first begin with a THANK YOU. Thank you Adele, and Jose. Unfortunately I had to stop by twice for my Dodge charger to be fixed and they did an excellent job each time. The customer service is outstanding. They go above and beyond and they make sure you get what you want. Also the communication is outstanding. They reached out to me every step away with the process of my car and i loved it. Bring your car here you wont regret it!

They rolled out the red carpet for me. Koplin took my car and transformed it back to its original beauty. They staff was pleasant, helpful, and knowledge. My Lincoln looked like it just rolled off of the show room floor. They deserve an award for excellence and service. They got my car back to me in a timely manor, kept me updated, and made me want to tell the world that this is the best team of professional in the automotive industry.Service: Body & Trim

Everyone at Koplin was so friendly and helpful. I was dealing with another auto body shop and was completely dissatisfied with their "repair" services. I expressed my concerns and how it went unheard. Not only were they attentive, but they superseded my expectations in correcting the repairs the last repair shop missed. Everyone (from the office workers, to the mechanic Dave, to the guy on site from Enterprise) made sure I was comfortable and in the loop step by step. This is a very friendly, welcoming shop. One of the guys had a edible arrangement delivery for his birthday while I was there. He was so happy and everyone celebrated with him.... at 9 in the morning lol. Generally happy people and they definitely stand out with their customer service. This shop is a hidden gem in Elizabeth. I will definitely recommend Koplin and will use them again in the future.

My review is strictly on the work done and overall the paint job is not a match, Ive heard it too many times and now I have to make a review. No blending. The skid plate from underneath my vehicle wasnt properly affixed so it was dragging after a while, part missing and was told its not an important part of the vehicle when I returned to bring to their attention. Customer service was good but take better care of clients vehicle as well, this is upsettingService: Body & Trim

I was sent there by my Geico representative. The worst experience ever. They work on my Yukon Denail. Really look good until i started driving it something fell apart. They also painted my harley. I ask for my bike back because it was taken to long for them to paint it. When I went to pick it up it was in pieces. When they finally painted it and put it back together it was a great looking paint job. But when i got to the shop Adele husband who doesn't know how to ride couldn't move it so he had it in first gear pushing the start button just letting it jump forward. I decided to ride it to work 2 days later and as I am riding herd a load banging. When I stop to investigate. My break caliber was hanging off. I am glad I pay attention to my bike when I am riding because if I wasn't I wouldn't be here today. I reach out to Adele to let her know I was having my motorcycle tow back to her shop. She replied do not bring my bike back to her shop. She will send someone to my house to fix it. Why would I want your employees that I don't know to come to my house. Worst experience of my life. It took a while for me to find someone to take apart my bike and put it back together the right way. No one wants to repair someone work and if you're lucky to find a shop it's definitely not going to be cheap

Greatest experience ever!!!!!! Immediately greeted by the owner Adele who was very personable. She got me taken care of right away. She also kept me informed on the progress of my car which made me feel as though I was their number one concern. Overall, I'm please with the outcome of the services and would definitely recommend taking your vehicle for the service.

I went there to get an estimate about my bumper which someone else hit and the service there was beyond impeccable!!! Start to Finish. They were kind and very understanding towards my situation. They all made the process quick and easy on my behalf even offering a way home while my car was to be worked on. I will definitely recommend this shop to everyone I encounter. Great, efficient and friendly service. Well run business. My wife and I both had work done on our cars this year at Koplin and in both cases we were extremely satisfied with the service. Hopefully I never need auto body work again, but if I do - I would definitely go back to Koplin.

Koplin Auto Body seamlessly handled the repairs to my vehicle and made the whole process completely easy and stress-free. The staff is super nice and helpful, and the convenience of having Enterprise and Geico Insurance all in one place was great. I will definitely be using them again!!!!

My first experience going to any body shop. Adele was so professional, kept me updated with my car, every step of the way. She offered me coffee tea & pickles! Very convenient to have the car rental in the same building too. I will always recommend Koplin. Koplin Auto body definitely deserve more than 5 stars! Thanks again.

I have no complaints, they have professional people who not only work with you but they actually talk and listen to you. After having my car hit while legally parked I didn't hesitate to use them since we used them several years ago and we were happy with their service before. I wholeheartedly recommend Koplin Auto Body.

Had read good reviews about Koplin Auto Body but some of them were definitely an understatement. From the second you walk in everyones extremely friendly and helpful. Any questions you may have, they re pleased to answer and want to make sure you understand the process. Updates are provided to you, and when picking up your vehicle they still advise you that any other concern you may have, you re more than welcome to contact them.

It was the greater experience I ever had with a autobody shop. Customer service is EXCELLENT keep you inform of every step. Place is open for you to stop by and see by yourself what is been done. Did I said that they call you with updates? This place is out of this planet, they really knows how to handle their business. They treated my truck like it was their own truck

I am from Maryland but had an accident in NJ after submitting my claim to my insurance we had no knowledge of the place that we were going to be referred. I just picked up my vehicle, Adele and Omar are true professional at Koplin Auto Body in Elizabeth, NJ. They strive to provide the best possible customer service and that was exactly what I got from them. They assisted with the whole process from getting the rental out of their own facility to work with the insurance adjuster right then and there everything on the same appointment. Having to deal with this situation out of my State and outside the people that I know at home was a challenge but Koplin Staff made everything easy peacy. Their job quality was fantastic, period. Kudos to Koplin they are bar none the best auto body transaction that I ever had. Thank You Koplin Auto Body!!

Excellent Costumers Services.They fix my car one year before after. The car was brand New again. The last week I went because a have problem with the air conditional. They check immediately and find the problem. The condenser need to change because coming with problem from the fabric.I bring the car Monday morning and the lady in the office Miriam give me a ride to my job.My car was ready at time. My air conditional is perfect and I don't paid for the job. My Insurance cover Everything. Thanks Adele, Miriam and the Mechanic for your Help.GOD BLESS YOU.

Very professional, right from the moment you step in till you get the car back. They keep you updated on the repairs and answer all the questions you have throughout in a timely manner. And they wash your car inside out before giving it back to you. It was ready before they promised. They value and respect you and your time. Would highly recommend.

Amazing staff here, people here genuinely care about the satisfaction of their customers. I can honestly say that they will have your back 100%. Super recommended also they have staff that will help you in Spanish and in Portuguese. No boundaries for this guys 10 STARS RATING :) <3That is on the customer service part. If you ever need body work because something unfortunate happens. Or any other reason. Don t think it twice just take it to Koplin. This guys are the best! They did some body work to our car and our car look brand new outside and inside. When we picked it up it just looked like a new car. So amazing the work they do so professional. They give you updates on you car. They send pictures. They answer all your questions. They also have car rental in site so no need to go anywhere else. Koplin makes you feel like family. I recomend this place to anyone. I wish I can give them 100 stars.
