I initially wrote a nice review for this place. But I spoke too soon. I'm just returning after my traumatizing visit. I got ripped off badly. The mechanics are liars. I am editing this review as Genesis has claimed to not remember me. Perhaps this picture will remind them. Maybe they have changed as I see the reviews are mainly good.I got this used Toyota from them and as a woman, I came in alone - my mistake. The car died 2 weeks later and I had to have it towed to a scrap company. This was in 2021. Maybe they are better now. Just beware as many mechanics still believe women are stupid about cars. Surely I was and they can't be blamed for that one.

Amazing customer service super reliable and great on prices. I ve been bringing my cars here for years with no issues would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone especially if you are local. The best one stop shop around hands down

Genesis Auto is incredibly easy to work with, and Johny is outstanding. He willingly delivered the truck himself, and I acquired a 2018 F150 Lariat at a fair price. Don't be misled by the location.

Overall the service was good. Johny was my sales person and he did everything in his best knowledge to get me what I wanted. I had service done by them and it was some hiccups here and there due to lack of communication so that's my only complaint, but they did come back with answers and fixed the issue. I respect these guys and their business to be honest.

I bought a car a few months ago and it was completely in poor mechanical condition they made me go about 5 times and in the end they never fixed the initial problem of my car. Make sure before buying a car there that if it is in good condition they made me waste a lot of time and money!!!!Even the mechanics were not professionals because they left parts out of place.

DaveThis is Dave with the 09 acura tsx. Thanks for the great work on pads rotors on both axles.These guys are laid back quick and friendly. Had no issues at all and very well priced. Id recommend anyone with car maintenance problems come here. I been here this year and 3 years ago and they never disappoint. Very hard workers. You will not regret it. Im usually skeptical about where I go and they are honest and dont try to rip you off try not to haggle since their prices are very well priced.Thanks again Dave catch you around next time!

Sold me a reliable car but refused to do the proper work to fix the car. I paid for the parts and labor just for it to not be fixed and when I spoke to Dave about it I got told I test drove it myself by him. However, I purposely parked my car a certain way to see if it was moved when I picked up the car and it was in the same spot and the same way I parked when I dropped the car off. They will take your money but not do what is needed.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer & in the beginning I ll admit I was a little stubborn & not as friendly because you can never really trust a used car dealer BUT I WAS WRONG . From the second I walked I was greeted with nothing but respect and love! I believe the gentleman was name Johny he helped with the purchase and financing. He pulled the car out handed the keys and I went for a test drive (alone) the vehicle drove very smooth I was beyond pleased but didn t want to show it! We went back in the office and discussed pricing. that s when I met the owner Dave In which I was shocked because he was there the whole time! he had tools in his hand and that s when they earned my RESPECT! . Being a business owner & seeing another owner get into the field and actually get dirty goes along away so I put my hand out to shake his oil and all!! Make a long story short I purchased the vehicle under market price during this crazy chip shortage inflated car market and I m more than happy and now I m happy to say I m part of the genesis family!I actually been taking my daughters car here for maintenance & service and it s been running more than awesome!A one stop shop, you can buy cars and bring your cars for fixed! YOU WONT REGRET IT

I was in a minor accident and Dave helped me out by fixing my car. They replaced my ball joint and they gave me a wheel alignment. The prices are very reasonable and he is very professional. Also, they take their time when they are working on your car. I do have to go back because my ABS and VSA light is on but overall I was pleased with their services. I will be making them my primary mechanic.

Been to this place twice for tires and they are on top of their stuff. Reasonably priced with classic customer service is just what the regular joe would be looking for and these guys delivered! Looking to bring my car in regularly for service.

Had my thermostat and water pump replaced. Was very happy with work done by Marlon. Ben the owner gave me a price that was the lowest and very reasonable compared to other mechanics in the Elizabeth area. Would recommend this place and I m not one to recommend anything but I have give to give credit when credit is due.

Poor integrity. I reached out to Dave, and requested an appointment to see the Vehicle the next day. I offered him a price, and he said he can work with me. I called back and ensured him I will be there and commuting 2 hours away. He later text me saying the Vehicle has been sold and try to offer me a more expensive vehicle. He didn t even call to verify appointment prior to selling the vehicle. I advised Dave, I wanted to drive the vehicle off the lot and had pure intentions of buying it. These people aren t trustworthy and don t follow up on their word. Be careful people.

Excellent customer service! Daved is professional, attentive and knowledgeable. He provides an array of services to meet all of your car needs. He replaced the brakes and rotors on my Audi Q5 at a reasonable price and it was done very quickly.

I worked with a gentleman named, John, who helped me, worked with my budget and sold me a very nice, good running used car that I can rely on...and I came in alone, a single mom and got treated like royalty. Honest which is rare in car shops and transparent - will give you detailed background on the cars they sell you.Great job!

I absolutely love this place! As a business owner myself, I must give credit where credit is due. The owner is very pleasant, professional, and offers reliable service. I have reached out to him several times and every time he responds promptly. However, what makes me continue to come back to him time and time again is his work. Him & the other mechanics are always helpful. They address my concerns right away & fix any problems I may have with my vehicle in a decent time frame. Highly recommended. No gimmicks. No pranks. Genesis Tires & Auto is where you need to go for all of your vehicle needs. And if by chance they are unable to assist you, they will recommend a reliable alternative. Thank you David!

Five stars for Johnny and Genesis Tire and Auto. I am in California and I have been shopping around online for cars for over 2 weeks. I ended up buying a Jeep from them with my mother absolutely loves. I'm so happy that I found Genesis Tire and Auto. My sales rep was Johnny oh, I highly recommend asking for him. He was so helpful and responsive, even chatting with me after hours when I know it was late on the East Coast. My mother is in Upstate New York so Johnny was extremely helpful, he got me quotes for shipping and even broker to transport. When it came to the sale of the vehicle he delivered everything that was promised. He gave me video walkthrough of the vehicle, even when it was loading up on the trailer he gave me another video. This company is very easy to work with, and the price of their vehicles was excellent. Whether you are shopping locally or out-of-state it is worth checking their inventory before you make a purchase. Make sure to ask for Johnny he's the man!
