Great service, there aren't too many shops who stand by their work. I had an ac compressor installed and about a year later I figured out the wrong compressor was installed. I called Tom up and replaced it under the warranty at no cost a few days later. He stood by his work made it right and I really appreciate that. Not too mention the original job he did he got me in and out same day and I was able to keep trucking on both times. Thanks tom! Really appreciate it.

While at a receiver I shut my truck off to reserve fuel but when I was unloaded my truck wouldn t start. Called these guys up and I was back rolling within a hour. Alex (mechanic) was very fast working and knowledgeable! 12-26-19

While other shops in the area told me that they had no time to even look at my truck, these guys welcomed in and got right to work and fixed my truck. If it wasn t for a parts delay I would have had my truck back in one day. But overall, satisfied with their service.

The service Otis provided to us was top notch. This man went above and beyond to try to get me back on the road. The repair he did for one reason or another didn't fix the issue I was having. I called him and informed him he came to the rescue and got us back to the shop. He helped us well beyond the closing time and when it was discovered we needed to leave the truck there he took us to a hotel. This man was amazing and came through no matter what got in his way!

Talk to police officer on this morning 3:20am shift. Police in Elizabeth, NJ I can report them for not doing job and over priced to fixed the brake on the trailer. Suppose to be fixed but wasn't fixed about paying out over $4000. Had to leave the truck and trailer overnight again.

The shop manager has really bad anger issues. We couldn't even ask the right questions because he literally told us if we kept on asking questions he was going to ask us to leave his shop.We had no other choice so we left the truck there. From what is usually a 10 hr job (we contemplated 20 hrs for our budget) this thief ended up charging us around 50 hrs of work. We had to pay hotel expenses for 2 weeks until they decided to finish the job.Disgusting treatment to customers and prices are more than ridiculous. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It would've been cheaper to tow my truck all the way to Texas and fix it here, and it would have been way less than half of what these people charged me.If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT support this kind of business.

Less than two hours from the time I dropped my trailer, he installed my alternator, hooked up trailer and rolling! Thank you Mr. Otis!! I'm back on the rode with minimal time lost. I wasn't sure about this place because of some reviews but the price for the part was way BELOW what I anticipated. The charge for labor is in line with the industry standard. Not to mention for my issue took only 1.5 of labor! That is AWESOME! I'm right in the middle of running a load to NY and will still make it on time!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

DO NOT take your truck to this place for repairs. Their prices are ridiculous. If they change a wiper blade it's $125 plus the price of the wiper blade. Made the mistake of taking my truck there, they charged me a ridiculous amount of money and I got the truck back worse than when I brought it there. Worse experience ever. The only good thing about this place is the mechanic named Otis, they don't deserve him.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Battery, Oil change

My wiper motor wiper assembly went bad during the snow storm. fixed it immediately. Found the parts got it done in a timely manner. Everybody was very polite especially the lady in the office

Otis really went above and beyond for us tonight! Our rig was stuck with air pressure and brake issues and he was amazing and funny!! HIGHLY recommend this shop for great service and amazing workmanship!!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

STOP!!! READ BEFORE YOU REGRET YOUR DECISION!!!!This was the worst experience of my life with a shop. I use shops all over the country since im always on the road and this tops the worst shop ive ever gone to.Tom is the manager and he will steal your money.Blew a head gasket on my Ram 6.7 near Newark, NJ. Called this shop and Tom answered. Told me it would be a 4 day job and it turned out to be 2 weeks. Even tho they have mechanics there working until midnight. Absurd.He mentioned around 15 hours of work when i first asked him over the phone, turned out to be 40+ hours when i got there to pick up my truck.The most ive ever paid is $3,500 for this type of work and when i got there my bill was $10,000. And he wouldnt take card or check, he wanted cash for whatever reason.They are thiefs and liars.Tom is always in a bad mood so it s impossible to have a understanding conversation over the phone. And its all part of his plan so he can steal your money. If you dont believe me give him a call and you ll see how rude he is. Unbelievable.Ask his mechanics, they all know all the problems he has had in the past with all his customers. I never leave reviews but this had to be done.Dont fall for this thief. Its a trap.

ZERO STARS!Absolutely worst place ive ever serviced my trucks. Very unprofessionalextremely rudelied about amount of work doneraised the price a ridiculous amounttook 2 weeks longer than agreed onI paid them just to get my truck out of there. Definitely want my money back.. Even workers told us that we were being robbed. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They destroyed my truck .essed up the new engine crashed the door and wnshield and then tried to hide it by lying then doubled the price so I would let the truck go and they wouldn't have to pay for the damages the did..l. in doing so they destroyed .y business. Leaving .e with no vehicle to function thank you fleet . You are the reason consumer affairs is necessary. ...criminals.

I do not recommend that place at all, they inflate the prices 10 times the cost! In my opinion, they cheat customers, they take the service and then charge it in hours. It's crazy, apart from being rude, the manager leaves a lot to think about! the deal is fatal they hinder you, think atheist of going to ask for a service they are thieves

Came in for a job that was supposed to be about $2000 they charged me $5000 when I came back to pick up my truck. WOW this guy Tom will brake your bank account with over charging with a straight face. I was so surprised I couldn't believe it... BEWARE fellow truckers

I called them to check the used truck that I bought. The mechanic didn't check the oil. I paid $315.
