After my baby was backed into and crushing the front I had her towed to ETC, as usual Brian and his staff went over and above to get her better than ever. That glossy black paint is 2nd to none.Thanks again guys

They did a good job on my truck. Brian was incredible to talk to and the work done on my truck was perfect. The final result made my truck look brand new again. I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs work done on their truck.

One of my trucks was involved in a wreck down in Florida. I was able to get it back up to NJ to bring it to ETC. I am so thankful for the courtesy and professionalism from Rob, he handled the whole claim with the insurance company and adjusters. Also got the truck back exactly when he said I would. I couldn t be happier with the final outcome. The truck came out amazing. I have nothing but great things to say about the whole job from beginning to end. Thank you again to Rob and Brian.

I came to Elizabeth truck center for a collision that happened in upstate New York. After calling many shops and not getting service in a timely fashion I was able to find Elizabeth truck center who provided full services to get me down to the shop and went above and beyond on bringing my truck to life. Thanks Brian and the entire team over at Elizabeth truck center! Check them out you won t be disappointed.

I just dropped off the truck that I drive a couple of days ago. Let's see how it goes. Rob was a really helpful person; we spoke before going, and he allowed to tow to their yard with no issues. Also, Chris was there when we arrived and helped me and was honest about the situation. All down to earth Will update review as the days pass.Well, after 3 weeks, they put the truck inside the shop to fix it; they found more damage that they didn't see before. The estimate was almost in the limit from the beginning, so they couldn't add more repairs. In the end, Elizabeth Truck Center declared the truck total loss; now, we are still waiting for the insurance estimate to see what they are going to do. I was upset because they didn't see all the damage at the beginning, and now I didn't know what the insurance is going to do.

Just picked up our box truck which needed a major repair due to a bridge hit.David was very helpful, professional and patient during the repair process. Truck was repaired on time and delivered sparkling clean inside and out.Highly recommend

Trying to buy some Ratchets and straps was disappointed that I could not get them at 4:50 pm after being told by a woman that that section is closed I ask what time they closed she told me 5 pm it's a shame that the guy left not like I was not looking at both item in a bin I guess my money not good enough for them

I will give this shop 1 star just to be able to post this review. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK THERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO WAIT 5 MONTHS AND HAVE THEM RIP OFF YOUR INSURANCE..TRUST ME ON THIS

Been meaning to write a review about my experience with ETC. I had major work done in February of 2022 my cascadia was T boned by a ford econoline van blowing thru a red light doing 50 mph , the right side of truck was damaged pretty good , so ETC got all the estimates, insurance , process, etc. They took care of everything took a good month and half to get the truck back but let me tell you the truck was just outstanding the mechanical repairs. And especially the body work and paint were flawless looked like it came out the showroom, Rob and his staff did a great job , thank you very much for all you guys did number 1 in my book !JR from Trezzco

I can't say enough good things about the service that we received. Brian was more than helpful he was like a Godsend. We had done some damage to our 2020 31 foot Jayco Jay Feather travel trailer. We were leaving for California for 3 weeks and decided that it would be the perfect time to have the damages repaired. We weren't sure where we would store our Hummer and Brian suggested that we leave it there on his lot. It' worked out perfect for us. While we were in California l had a very bad accident and broke the entire right side of my face, both my arms and lost all the vision in my right eye, needless to ay our 3 week in California turned out to be 10 months seeing as l had to have numerous surgeries due to the severity of my injuries. My husband would call Brian to let him know what was going on with me and offered to pay storage for both the Hummer and Trailer but Brian assured us that it wasn't a problem and his main concerne was that l got better. The kindness that he expressed towards our situation was amazing. I would recommend Elizabeth's Truck Repair to anyone who is in need of a repair. This business goes way beyond the call of duty and provides excellent customer service and did a Fantastic repair job. Thank you Brian for everything you did for Lee and l. It's rare to find people like you in this world...l tip my hat to you.

I was really impressed with the amazing customer service!! I was on my way into the area and received a call from the repair place my ins agent had set up that they wanted me to delay my drop-off for 6wks. I called and spoke with Rob. He told me that I could come there. I was able to drop off that day. I left to get a rental car and Rob even stayed a little late for me to be able to collect my items. They were in contact with me in a timely manor the whole way through the process. I had a couple items where I needed measurements off my rig and they were happy to get them back to me. When we realized that the parts would not arrive in time to do the repairs before I headed to my next destination, they were willing to work with me on setting up next service place so I was able to pre-order parts.

Needed parts for our wrecker. They had them in stock an at the counter when I arrived. Parts guy was excellent

Our RV started to overheat. We pulled off the nearest exit and luckily found this place. The man working in the office pulled a mechanic off his assignment and he quickly diagnosed and repaired a hose that had been damaged by a belt that it was rubbing on. It took them less than an hour. I tried to pay/tip them for their help and they refused. Our trip from CT to DC could have ended right then and there if it weren t for the knowledgeable and courteous employees at Elizabeth Truck Center. Thank you Ryan and Carlos!

Brian and Steve always treat me like family ... I talk to them make arrangements to drop off my truck and never have to worry.. Great quality work and my truck is back to me on the day promised or even earlier sometimes ... thanks again to Brian and Steve and the ETC crew for the excellent work on my truck

Great Chrome shop, and an excellent body/ collision repair facility! I definitely recommend them to any trucker! As for the shop, they strive to get you back on the road quickly, with the best repairs available! Top notch all the way.

Elizabeth Truck Center is the place to go if you need any auto body work done on your truck. My truck was repaired with in a timely manner and Rob Catanese was not only helpful but also very professional as well. When I picked up my truck I was extremely pleased, my truck came out looking amazing! They did such a remarkable job you can't even tell the difference in the paint which is impressive since my truck is a 2007. I would highly recommend Elizabeth Truck Center.

Thank you Brian & Rob for a great experience with Elizabeth truck. nobody wants to have their truck in an accident because it stops your financial flow but these two guys made it easy, communicating with me by sending me pictures of the process. I would recommend them to any one Who needs anybody work on their trucks, either through insurance or personal.

I have purchased 3 trucks from Jimmy Powers in the last 2 months. I have 2 more being built.Each truck was done 100% correctly and delivered on time or ahead of schedule.Jimmy Powers is one of the best Miller Reps in the country. I have worked with a handful over the years but hands down Jim knows his responsibility to the customer inside and out. When Jim tells you you cant count on something he follows through.If you are in the market for a new or used Wrecker or Carrier I strongly suggest that you give Jimmy a call, he will surpass of of your expectations.

This place not recommended at all unless you have Some quality time to spent on short line than when you get to the counter they are trying to push you out like they don t wan your business for example three times I come to this place on three different occasions last time I come in for air lines that every shop has them after hour waiting in line they told me they don t have them LOL stuck suck never will be returning to this place again

What an awesome business! I saw all types of trucks and emergency vehicles being worked on at this place. All in all, that shop runs like a well oiled machine. The people that work there are really happy and that says a lot about the management!
