Friendly service. Very respectful workers. Brought a battery in the morning and returned it in the afternoon because I no longer needed it. The whole process was seamless.

The staff was very helpful and gave me valuable information as this was my first time doing my own oil change! Josh throughly and patiently answered all my questions and even grabbed everything I needed for me. The other worker Ruben also was friendly and answered a few of my questions. Excellent people working here!

Ruben, the parts sales manager, explained the 3 battery options to me in detail. He worked with me to find that the battery was under the dashboard. He removed it, prepped the new one and installed it with anti-corrosion pads. He was thorough, knowledgable and professional. He is an asset to his team and AutoZone as a whole!

Due to a lack of inventory, there's nothing to sell. People are walking in, then a few minutes later, they're walking out e.pty handed. No resupplying for a 5 days now.

If you have a check engine light on. Don't come here to get it checked. Or to get your battery replaced. Nothing works here and they don't have the tools to do the job. The exact words from them are the tools are broken or missing.

Place always has issues with going outside to check your engine light second time here in 6months and same excuse always the machine doesn't work. Noticed one of the employees help one of there friends in lot but gave me an excuse that it wasn't working..no point in arguing just go to the next location in town.

This was my first coming to change my windshield wipers, I had no knowledge about it. I came to the register and a lady name miguelanda (sorry for spelling it wrong) was there to help I told her I don t know what windshield wipers to get. she searched my car up and told me two numbers, I wanted her to come with me to choose it or help me look for one because I didn t know, I went on my own and got two of them, at checkout she told me are you sure it s these I even went outside to take a picture of them to show her, I even asked her if she can come out to check for me to make sure ( mind you it s my first time I don t know what to get) I just got the numbers she told me . I didn t know each windshield wipers was different for cars . A guy name josh motta came to install them for me in the snow he realized it wasn t those windshield wipers when I told the lady I didn t know. when we went inside she realized it was wrong and just raised her eyebrow and shrugged smh! Anyways he came to the section and showed me which ones to get and did the refund for me. Thank u for actually showing me what to get and installing them for me in the snow! Now that s great customer service ! Need more people that will actually help you instead of just sitting behind the register when someone is telling you it s their first time.

I absolutely hate going into any auto store because I never know what to get for my car but this store definitely has an amazing customer service that eases that annoyance. James helped me look for the piece I needed for my car and I have to say he was really helpful! He was patient and understanding of all my concerns. So thank you James! Def recommend anyone to stop here.

Nobody knows how to do anything anymore at this AutoZone. Lack of information given on vital questions, seems nobody knows a single thing here. Really disappointing.

AutoZone is the worst place to get your car parts, bad quality, expensive, to make worts they give you the wrong parts.Example,,I bought a lift gate support, they gave me the wrong one twice.After few months the lift gate is broken already..

Excellent customer service demonstrated by Julio & Danny, 2 employees who waited until 9:55pm (closing time 10pm) for my husband to pick up an Alternator Amp that no one physically had in stock except store # 4794. I called at 10 pm to confirm he left the store with the actual purchase & the employees still picked up the phone. I was stranded & they went above & beyond. You guys are AMAZING!!!!

How I arrive 5 mins before closing the employees was all laughing around and look like they was ready to go home before I got there and it looks like they already had close the door way before closing time that s not good customer service and there was no one in the lot waiting for anything I just wanted to buy some gloves in and out but no that s why I give it 2 stars you still time for it to be open still other autozones close exactly at their closing time or give people a little 2 more min

Larry was the best. I don t really know about cars so I was lost but he made sure everything was straight. He went out of his way to help me out with my car and went above and beyond. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He basically saved my sister & I s life, because had I kept driving my car could ve been finished. Big ups to him that s my guy!!! Appreciate him more than words can describe.

Iyare is phenomenal and this branch is so lucky to have him. He goes above and beyond to help customers, which is noticeable and greatly appreciated. He is a gem, I am from out of stage, but I would come back again just because the customer service was so good.Maya

i don t know how this place has 4,2 customer service is dishonorable in this store, Jonathan only cares about wasting time on Instagram with his phone doesn t care what you say and does not care about customer service at allll.. and does not even know the spare parts we want ?!!!His service doesn't even deserve one star.

Awesome service. People were friendly and helpful. They checked my battery for free and found it was fine. I saw them take the time to help the guy parked next to me. It felt like the staff was doing everything to take good care of customers. Good place!

I stopped at the store on rt 9 in Elizabeth to replace a bulb and the job became trickier than expected. Luckily Rawle B., the manager, helped me out immensely and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to do the job, also he was very patient and knowledgeable. And from what I see his staff are very nice and helpful too. The Autozone team saved the day!Thank you guys!

Went to auto zone on spring st with a dead battery and Yazmeen was beyond helpful. She checked what other issues my car had and helped me pick a perfect battery. Adrian C. Also was so helpful and installed the battery in so fast and made sure everything was working fine. They both was amazing! Great staff!

When it comes to fixing my car I want to rip my hair out. I find that mechanics and other auto zones make my life so difficult but not this one! I don t feel silly asking questions and always receive amazing customer service from all the employees. Store manager, Bryant Romo, in particular is an angel! Very patient, kind and understanding! I recommend Bryant and this auto zone 100%.

I came in pretty clueless and was immediately helped out by Yonis who was not only extremely helpful but also very personable. Excellent customer service, he understood that I don t know much about cars and made sure to explain everything in terms that I could understand and walked me through everything.

Terrible customer service. While traveling from EWR I needed a new headlight bulb. When I arrived an hour before closing, three workers looked at me from behind the front counter and tried to avoid seeing and offering help. A fourth worker was reluctantly called up to help me, he pointed me in the direction for the headlight bulb. After purchase I told him I could use assistance. He said they could help if it didn t require unscrewing or any challenging work for them. I accepted and he said he would help after helping other customers in line. I attempted while waiting and was unsuccessful. I went back in again for assistance. I was told someone else would help me again after another customer who just purchased windshield wipers behind me was assisted and as long as the headlight again didn t require unscrewing or heavy lifting. I accepted and returned to my car again and instead of waiting my girlfriend looked up how to do it on her phone. We did it and while we finished, I looked for the worker that was suppose to help me after the other customer and he was no longer in sight and back in the store. I ve been to autozones before that were extremely helpful and attentive. This one could not be further from helpful and attentive. Workers didn t want to help and cared more about getting me out of sight. No unscrewing was necessary.

I needed a new alternator for my Lexus ES300. I bought a premium grade and I am very happy with it! The price was reasonable too. I like that this store opens early and closes late. They are convenient and offer advice and have a variety of quality automotive items.

I came to this location because I needed something for my car. An associate named James quickly helped me find what I needed for my car. I was very satisfied with the customer service at this location. I definitely recommend people to come here because they actually help you and give you advice on certain products to use.

Yesterday, I was coming back from work and stopped in the nearby Wawa to get gas. All of a sudden my car wouldn t start, so I stopped in at Autozone to see if they could help. I came into the store pretty frantic, but the Assistant Store Manager Francisco was able to calm me down and assessed the problem. He said that there was likely a problem with my battery. He took a look at the battery and noticed it was 10 years old. We went back in the store, he helped me find the proper battery and installed it. He honestly was a lifesaver. Even though the store was busy, he didn t make me feel like I was being rushed out. Would definitely come back.

I think I got there when the young inexperienced workers were mostly the staff. They weren't knowledgeable on the parts they sale yet, so negative rating would be wrong. I didn't get what I needed, but I didn't lose much time either.
