Very awful customer service. Just calling to ask a question, mechanics make it an issue and have very nasty attitude. You can t expect to have customers if your treat them with no respect.

Every time I took my car there Luis was fast and on spot. His prices are also reasonable.Kind of a shop that will fix and not "invent" problems in your car for you to spend more than you need.

I used to go to this shop And liked it because is close to my house but, i got disappointed eventually because this people take too long to fix your car. Little advice for them would be :if you're busy don't tell people to leave their car. Ask them to come back..

My car was towed due mechanical issues, after 15 days the car was finally ready. Unfortunately after I paid, I found my car in this condition.it was also full of water,the car smell awful.it s unfortunate that these things happen,he did nothing to fix my seats or reimburse me.since the pandemic I lost my job due to long COVID I lost over 60 pounds,I also was left with a blood disorder,My medical expenses really expensive,I m also mother of three,I can t tell you the Hell endure,I m really financially struggling, to be ripped off or taken advantage of, Please do not go to this shop

I left my car there, Luis the owner park my car outside and my car has been towed.... I didn't know about this after 2 weeks and he promise me that he would take the car out... It's been 40 days in the garage I have to pay 1600$ + tickets ... Luis never want to pay my car ... I'm taking this guy to court ....

Worst place in the world to take your car.Takes Extremely long to fix your car .Bad with Communication.Never calls you when your car is ready .Mechanic is a complete liar .If you don't have the time .To fix a car tell them to come back

Be careful with that man, he is a liar, a scammer. I gave him my car 350 dollars, he had the car for like 15 days and he didn't solve anything... he deceives people. He should better dedicate himself to something else...cuidado es con ese senor es mentiroso estafador .le di mi carro 350 dolares tuvo el carro como 15 dias y no soluciono nada...engana a la gente.mejor deberia dedicarse a otra cosa...

The terrible experience I had with this Mr. Terrible Terrible Terrible has no qualification. My nephew bought a car a month ago and the first time he went out to drive the car stopped on the highway and to this day he does not give him the car. lack of respect lack of knowledge and also a liar!!!!!!!!!No tiene Calificativo la p�sima experiencia que tuve con este Se�or P�sima P�sima P�sima mi Sobrino compr� un carro hace un mes y la primera vez que sali� a manejar se le qued� parado el carro en el highway y hasta el d�a hoy no le entrega el carro, falta de respeto falta de conocimiento y adem�s mentiroso!!!!!!!!!

Luis el gerente es bien. Y parece honesto. Pero no es 100% experto en su rama. Dos veces fui a su taller pensando q la primera hab�a sido coincidencia. Pero mi carro no qued� compltmnte bien. Adem�s tarda mucho en los trabajos. Y te deja sin carro por d�as. piensa q tu tienes otro carro para usar por mientras. No es as� !! sin carro aqu� No eres nada.

They refused to buy spare parts, which I did not need, they did not give me an invoice for the purchase of the spare parts, I paid in advance.
