I have known Arnold for a couple of years now, one of the best Body shops/Mechanics in the area, always putting 120% in their work. Recently had an accident on my car, took it to Arnold & he took care of it. Highly recommend them.

This place deserves a five star. The owner is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He has a great team of experienced mechanics. I dropped off my Tesla Model 3 with a damaged door and front panel. When I picked up the car, it looked flawless and brand new. The work was completed in a week as promised by the owner. I recommend this place for all auto body needs. I wish the owner good luck. Keep up the good quality of work.

I was not able to use my car for about 4 months, what should have been a simple solution turned into a constant back and forth with my warranty company. Thankfully Arnold was extremely helpful and agreeable throughout this entire process, was honest and kept me updated, I truly appreciated him and his team, and they got my car back up and running as soon as they could. I would absolutely recommend their services, thank you!

ADD serviced my 2017 GMC Sierra 1500. I bought her from CARVANA a week ago. She needed a new battery and 4 Rotors & pads before I could drive her 30 miles. AD&D sensed my frustration and helped me get the confusion straight between Carava and a separate tow company. Arnold at AD& D made it his priority to keep me informed, and advised me when no one else in this week long ordeal could figure out what I should do. I m new to AD&D but I m a big fan and I d return for future auto work. Thank you Arnold and AD&DServices: Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto battery maintenance

My wife's Subaru needed to replace a passenger side window glass and repaint the door which were broken and scratched by theft. I checked my nearby auto body shops and found this ADD Auto Body shop with amazing reviews.It was somehow frustrated for my wife since the Subaru dealership sent us twice the wrong glass parts (even with the matched part number). Arnold and his team provided us a temporary solution so my wife could have her car for daily commute. Meanwhile, Arnold kept on finding out from the dealership and finally got us the right glass part and installed. And the paint job was excellently done by his professional team. The car returns to her beauty.Thank you so much Arnold and his team for providing us a great car repair experience!

I wish i could leave ten stars. Genuine and caring customer service. I was previously dealing with a shop that was too lazy to work with silver rock, my claims company. But when i came to ADD they were patient. Didn t mind dealing with silver rock and did it quick and followed up with me every step of the way. I can t thank the team at ADD enough for taking great care of my car, fast turn around time , and not being too lazy to deal with a third party company. Thank you times a million. Oh and my breaks feel 10xs better!!!!

Bought my car from Carvana with a warranty. The owner made sure my car was not only road worthy but safe. The vehicle needed rotors, an air shock, motor mounts and a exhaust flex pipe. All were apparent issues when I purchased. They were handled with care and professionalism.

I can t say enough good things about ADD Auto Shop, Anmole, and his exceptional staff of mechanics and technicians. I was very worried about my Tesla and the bizarre sound it was making, but as soon as I called, Anmole put my anxieties at ease with his profound expertise of automobiles. He quickly identified that it was an issue with the rotors, I brought the car into the shop, and the car was as good as new when all was finished.Throughout the entire process, Anmole and his staff were patient, friendly, and kept me up to date about the progress they were making. This transparency and commitment to solving the problem made my experience with ADD Auto Shop a 10 out of 10.I will definitely be going back for any automobile-related needs. Did a great/fantastic job with my RAV4. Body shop had it totalled for a rear fender bender he gave it a new life. Looks brand new. Recommend him for any fender bender jobs. Very reasonable with pricing.

If I could I would give them 10 stars . As Professional as it gets. The owner Arnold is awesome. He walks trough everything explains in detail what needs to be done aand keeps you up to date with pictures and what is being done to the car. And if you need help with the insurance he will help you out. The guys that work there worked extra to get my car done as soon as possible and it came out impecable. They even detailed it. One of the best experiences I ve had when dealing with mechanics and auto body shops. And they are the only ones in this area certified to work on teslas. I came here after someone drove into the side of my bumper and fender. Arnold and his team did such an amazing job, and Arnold was very personable and easy to work with! Carvana referred me here for my 2016 Lincoln MKX I recently purchased. The driver seat wasn t reclining and AD&D was the only mechanic out of about 15 places I called that reassured me he can fix the issue. All other mechanic stated I would need to go to a Lincoln dealership for the repair. After some hiccups with the appointment drop off time I was able to drop my car off on a Thursday night and it was ready to be picked up by Saturday afternoon. I m 100% satisfied and i will be returning with my 2008 Lincoln which needs work as well. They re stuck with me as a customer now!

Anmole and his crew did it again! From the customer Service to the work performed. Simply put, STELLAR! They brought the car back to life after the insurance company wanted to total it out despite nothing being mechanically wrong. ADD Auto Body saved us from all the drama and headaches of replacing the vehicle. Car looks PERFECT, price was right, paint spot on! My prior review regarding major engine work on my Traverse I stand by, problem free, and happy! ADD Auto Body IS MY GO TO PLACE. To me,when you find someone who goes the extra mile while still being a business man balancing work with personality you stick with them.

When cane to this shop because they had a good deal on Groupon $125 for front or rear brakes. We were under the impression that we needed new rear brakes so we bought premium brake pads to be installed on our vehicle. Since we had our own brand new brake pads and the Groupon for $125 included the brake pads a reduced priced should have been given for that but despite that we decided that we would still get our brake pads installed there. When the nechanic started working on our vehicle my husband noticed that the brake pads that were already on the vehicle weren't bad at all nut they still decided to put the new brake pads on without telling us that new brake pads were not needed. It wasn't until my husband questioned the manager about why were they putting the new brake pads on if that wasn't necessary. He said because you asked me to. My husband said that doesn't matter you were suppose to tell us we didn't need new brake pads. He said you came with your brake pads asking us to do a job so we did it. My husband then said if I came with a new motor saying that I need a new motor and you see there us nothing wrong with my motor would you still put it in and he said no, so then he asked so why did you do it with my brakes? My husband is an HVAC technician and he said if he is called to install a new unit for a customer and their old unit is working fine then he can't install a new unit. He must tell the customer that a unit is not needed because to install a new unit without saying anything would be unjust and immoral. This is taking advantage of the customer who is ignorant. The customer is not the professional so they can think they need something that they actually don't so it is for the professional to inform them of this. We ended up losing money by throwing away good pads and putting new pads on because the manage didn't do what any honest business would do. Had my husband not saw the old brakes with his own eyes the manager would have never said anything.$125 plus tax wasted. Not to mention our valuable time which is almost like money. The manager seemed like a nice guy at first but this definitely changed my image of him. Taking advantage of innocent people that don't know any better is not a good way to do business. First time and last time going to this place.

I want to thank the owner and all the staff at ADD Auto Body for the excellent job that you did in repairing the collision damage and suspension on my Mazda 3. The workmanship is outstanding and your willingness to pick up and deliver the car made the process as painless as possible. I also appreciated the extra attention on several other details. Quality work, great work ethic and profesionalism. They keep you updated with details and photos of the work being done on your vehicle. No shop in Elizabeth offer the work and great customer service that this shop does. Will definitely be back for future work on my vehicles.

I went there as I was in a rush to get my oil change and the Subaru dealerships nearby had no more appointment left for the weekend. The owner and the mechanics were super knowledgeable. They helped me learn a lot about my car and how to get the best performance from it. Arnold and his team helped me after a variety of troubles, including broken windows, damaged bumpers, and collision damage. Each time the car came out looking slick and shiny - newer than new! It is clear that this team is knowledgeable and capable, and unlike some other mechanics, Arnold will explain car-related issues to you in a way that is easily understandable.
