Quick, easy, and painless. The staff is very, very friendly and they tell you exactly what they are doing. I love that I don't have to exit my car to get my oil changed! Awesome experience every time.

I went to get my oil changed the other day on my F150 I would just like to say Nasir and Joe were on point they did a great job i was having a bad day and those guy's with there professional and out going attitudes turned a bad day into a good one thanks guys i appreciate i always get great service from there been going here for years but these 2 really stand out keep up the great work and professionalism guys thanks again

The technicians are not very skilled, and they make mistakes that could be very severe and damaging to your vehicle. And the manager was notified of the shabby work and he was very elusive and downright dishonest, even though several people witnessed their mistakes. And the car is showing remnants of their mistake. The manager would not own up to their mistake. Do yourself a favor don t use this oil change establishment it could cost you a whole lot of money in the end and they do not back their work.

Used to go to Valvoline in EHT for my oil changes Paying $140 for my Lexus full synthetic until I went to some other places and started paying 100. Valvoline is a rip off should be 5000 miles they always put 3000 on my sticker don t trust them.

So they look like they don't stand behind the mistakes things happen but when you put a car in for service it should come out as it went in not with the spare tire.the tech broke valve stem not just rubber stem its metal & cermic you must let the stem cool before trying to remove the cap ,theres no way you can twist it off removing the cap unless you put pliers on it and that wouldn't break it it you turn it the wrong way snap that one scenario the othe pulling the hose and caught the stem and yanked .either way the fault is yours valvoline $ repair they also tell my wife it need new tires the tire are 6 months old .I call management tell me the cap was tight and the stem he tech was checking tire pressure so during your service you damage my car but take no one ioda of responsibility. I just chech the air pressure yesterday. And there was no cap on that tire

An oil change in about 15mins or less? You can't beat that! Plus the attendants are really nice and the price is right...especially if you get a coupon off of Groupon!))

Ever since valvoline bought this location, they have been an unorganized mess. They took my air filter apart, lost the screws, and replaced them with ones they had lying around. AND THEN THEY NEGLECTED TO INFORM ME LIKE I WASNT SITTING IN MY CAR DURING THE OIL CHANGE. The signs say 15 minute oil change but that isn t how long it takes. You could be next in line and still wait an hour.

You have to wait a little bit usually but the guys make it worth it once you get into the bay. Great service as always.

I love that all I have to do is pull up in line, and they do the rest. Being able to stay in my car allows me to watch everything they are doin, so I know they are doing a great job! Everybody is nice, and the service is incredibly quick!! Most will agree that their prices are more than most, but the convenience and quickness of the service makes it worth it!

Been using Valvoline for years now super speedy and great customer service. The whole team in EHT is hands down the best. My cars been up to par always with this amazing oil change.

I have been bringing my car here for years. The service is always quick and done well. My most recent visit was yesterday and Kevin truly went out of his way to help me.Him and the entire team were kind and patient with me while explaining things. Very thankful!

Could honestly say I saw nothing bad about this place. The guys are all friendly and very helpful. Super knowledgeable when it came to my cars needs and they even told me about a small leak coming from my engine that could be fixed with ease at home. Truly an 11/10 experience and way better than waiting 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time with Mavis.

Horrible service & service recovery! Twice now I've had to get my vehicle repaired after service mistakes there. Then they don't want to reimburse you because you didn't take it back to them. Never will I ever use Valvoline again.

Andrew the Manager at this Location is as good as it gets! Knowledgeable, Friendly, and all about customer service. Don't hesitate to come to here you'd never regret it! Authentic 5 star service!

Overpriced. It was almost a $40 difference from the place I was (and am) going to. This place was recommended to me by a family member. But when I heard the price, I left. Didn't get an oil change. So honestly, I cannot comment on the quality of service. But the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I don't mind paying for quality, but with the economy, I don't find spending for a fancy mechanic show worth it [You don't get out of the car. They do the oil change while you're in it].

I went there with a 26.99 coupon and told me that i have to pay 51.03$ for nothing else extra just the oil change and they said that because it took one more court of oil it needs that s why it was that price and needed a different type of oil filter when I know that isn t true from working on cars in my past that there is nothing special or extra but a court of oil so instead next time I ll bring an extra court of oil when I get it changed n use my own oil filter to get the 26.99$ price I was promised when I called to make sure n the lady said it was still ok to use the coupon and it would work on my type of car. I comprehend going elsewhere or to a place that s not trying to rip people off for an extra court of oil when that s only 4$ extra max n a oil filter that s 4$ extra max aswell so you don t get overcharged for a court of oil n filter when they are both the same as other ones smh. Hope ppl review this and consider maybe going elsewhere.

I ve been coming here for over a year and won t go anywhere else for my oil changes. It s quick and easy, fairly priced and everyone who works there is very friendly and not at all pushy. Today I went in and Michael and Elliot told that my oil was clean and didn t need service for another couple thousand miles. You never see that kind of honesty anywhere else!!! They were so kind to point that out rather than needlessly do the change and take my money. I highly recommend these folks.Service: Oil change

Highly recommend! Superior professional service. I wish I knew the gentlemans name who serviced my vehicle because I want to personally thank him, but unfortunately I don't. So courteous. This place is simply amazing. Fast, Convenient, Organized, Professional, & Thorough! Anthony was so friendly and kept a smile on his face the entire time. As a woman who knows nothing about cars I feel I m usually taken advantage of and overcharged for services I don t need. The honesty here is hard to come by these days! Just annoyed at the fact I pulled in FIRST . Was very patient and understanding but they continued to take care of all the cars around me. And the 2 guys who were servicing didn t even finish . These guys really know what they are doing. When a mechanic had a doubt about how to change my oil filter, two more guys approached the first one and gave him a hand and some pointers on how to proceed. They have a good team and I could sense a good vibe from all of them. They even showed me how to go about to reset my vehicle after the oil change service was provided.Services: Tires, Oil change
