Avoid avoid avoid We paid for winter storage and we were trying to sell the boat and we had a buyer wanted to view it over the weekend and we had an agreement and he said we have to pay the mechanic overtime to come in on weekends of $65 an hour. This guy is terrible at running. A business has horrible customer service, avoid at all cost. if you ask around, there s a Lotta other people really upset with him. We are now seeking legal action.

As a new boater and knowing little about boating I had concerns about things like maintenance, storage, and just an overall understanding of the boat. Mr. Brown had been servicing this boat for many years with the previous owner. He took the time to explain not only the services he performed for me, but other things non related to service that I have already benefited from. I highly recommend Thompson Marine.

This place is never open. There s always an excuse why it s not open he will keep you hostage there. It takes weeks to launch your boat. They are not open weekends in the spring. He will not open during the week if it s raining because he says it s a liability. If you don t ever want to get your boat back this is the place.

Thompson Marine came recommended and they did NOT disappoint. No fun with no boat, but John at Thompson was quick to diagnose and quick to repair. The entire staff including Jack and Michelle were warm polite and knowledgeable. Boat was repaired to perfection runs and sounds great. I must highly recommend Thompson Marine based on such a great experience I'm sure you will experience the same.

I have a charter boat, had a emergency we were taking on water and needed a haul out quick in January. John the owner Returned my call quickly and took care of us as well as did some other work on the boat. Highly recommended
