I had a wonderful experience dealing with John Breder at Sport Hyundai when I traded in my 22 Tucson for a 24 Kona. I initially went in there looking to lease another Tucson but then I saw the Kona and John made sure that he found me one with everything that I needed and even more than my Tucson had. I have been a very long time customer of Sport Hyundai and have dealt with many salespeople and John made it very comfortable for me even when it took a while to get the financing part of it done. He kept asking if there was anything that he could do for me during my wait.I would absolutely recommend John Breder for your next car purchase or lease as he is very knowledgeable and helpful and knows all of the details about all of the cars available.

Came down to pick our car! It s a nice lovely and newly built location. And most importantly everyone is so welcoming and nice. Made sure we had a pleasant time while waiting and through out the transactions.Shout out to Scott and Paul who were so helpful and kind.The waiting lounge is one of best I have seen at any car dealership! They have good coffee and good quality snacks available as well.

I don t know how to really start this off but I was originally a Toyota guy. After dealing with one of Sport Hyundai s TOP sellers I may have just converted to a Hyundai guy. If you re ever on the Market for a vehicle I would definitely give C-Jay a call. He was by far the most professional, realistic and helpful salesman I ve ever met. Instead of trying to jam random vehicles and/or prices down my throat to get a sale. He took his time and treated me like I was his own family member trying to buy a car. Where he goes as a sales person I ll be following him!

Recently bought a vehicle (2018 red elantra) from this location about one week ago. Had a great staff of Jimmie, Scott, Paul, and Dominic helped through everything from the selection process, my insurance, and event showing me hospitality in the office. In the end they seemed just as excited about the new vehicle as I was. The vehicle was expertly detailed and has run like a dream since while being a pretty sight to look at. Would highly recommend this location and the staff. Thank you again, guys!

I had a great experience buying my first car from this location. Ed the manager, was very accommodating and helpful. John, which was my salesperson, was nice and took care of me and my girlfriend. Christopher was also helpful and patient with explaining to me all aspects and details of buying my first car. Overall, just a great experience.

Buying a car from Sport Hyundai was truly a great experience, especially coming from a first-time buyer! Nick made our experience so easy by having an answer to every question asked and explaining every step of the process that I was more than happy to trust the team here! The buying process was overall smooth and thorough, and all was completed in 3 hours!! The online sales team were able to help me out and set me up with an appointment. I went in a few days ago looking for a specific car with certain features. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. My salesperson, John Breder, worked really passionately to get the specific car I was looking for. He explained the whole process of everything to me and made it all relatively easy. He even went above and beyond to help me with insurance, since it was my first experience with that. He and everyone else were very patient and understanding with the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone.

The best experience ever.My brother and I visited Sport Hyundai in early March, trying our luck to buy a Black Limited Santa Fe.The experience, starting from the beginning to the end, was one of the best we ever had in our lives. For my brother, it was his first major purchasing experience in the United States, and I can say he loved it.When we first arrived, a lady greeted us warmly. Soon after, Scott Doherty came to visit us in the lot while we were looking at cars.We were planning to visit three other locations but seeing Scott's professionalism and his willingness to find a solution for our unique financial situation, we stayed there and drove away with a beautiful Black Limited Hyundai Santa Fe.Thank you, Scott.

Nick was patient, accommodating and gave me lots of helpful information. He worked to stay within my budget and did everything he could to help me stay in that range. I just went there yesterday because i was interested in the 2024 Tucson Hybrid Blue model. I purchased the 2023 Elantra SEL from this dealership a year ago, currently with <9k miles on it; pretty much still a brand new vehicle. I paid ~27k total for that Elantra. Yesterday, they appraised my car and offered me ~14k (almost 50% depreciation). To make it worse, the 2024 Tucson hybrid Blue trim starting price was ~32k, yet somehow their asking price is ~$42k. Ofc no deal.Overall, if you choose to come here to shop, be prepared for surprise after surprise. Better yet, avoid Hyundai given the terrible depreciation in value.

I worked with John Breder. Who I thought did a great job. He kept in touch with me , answered all my questions, he was friendly, professional and was the main reason I chose to buy my car from Sport Hyundai instead of several other dealers I had visited while shopping for my vehicle. Even though many of them were closer to my home . I was willing to drive almost two hours to work with him and Sport Hyundai . Thanks to John and the Sports Hyundai staff for making this experience worth it.

This is the 3rd car I purchased at Sport Hyundai but this was by far the best experience. I worked with John Breder who tended to our every need. He was pleasant and willing to do everything in his power to help us purchase a new car and stay within our budget. Highly Recommend! John Breder was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure our desired car and ensure top quality. He took the time explaining leasing compared to buying in the end we opted to buy and he really worked on getting us where we needed to be price-wise. I find buying a car very stressful an often feel pressured but thanks to John and everyone at Sports Hyundai it was stress-free and felt no pressure We will definitely recommend John and Sports Hyundai to friends and family!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in today 02/16/2024 around 12:30pm and JOE supposedly that is his name the parts manager has the worst customer service. I called before driving almost 1.5 hrs to get a piece I needed to fix my car and JOE would not tell me if they had the piece told me he could not look in the computer or ask anyone else with an attitude in his voice, he said I had to go in person. I am in Burlington county and that is a long drive, all he had to do was ask really quick or look it up in the computer. But, I needed the piece so we made the drive, when I get there the same guy kept giving me a hard time. I tried to show him a picture of the part and he refused to look at the picture and told me that I should know what part I am looking for but from my understanding it is their job to help. I had to go over everyone to talk to a mechanic who was real nice and decided to help me even though JOE threatened to call the police. The mechanic told him the piece I was missing and he refused to listen went to the back and brought out the wrong piece. I then proceeded to show him the picture again and again he refused telling me I should know what I am looking for. Another person came out and helped but again was no help all I heard JOE whisper that this kid is giving me trouble and they wanted to call the police, after asking for his name and asking to speak to the higher up s JOE decided to change his tone with me but at that point I was frustrated and left. IF YOU NEED TO GO DO NOT TALK TO JOE AS HE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Jimmy is the man to see when looking for a vehicle! Easy, knowledgeable, understanding making the purchase so pleasant! He even cured my acid reflux in the process! No pressure and everything was great!
