While I was on vacation down the shore, I had an issue with the check engine light on my car. I am still under warranty so reached out to Mercedes Benz of AC and connected with Leo. Once my car was towed, he was incredibly helpful in getting the repair completed ASAP. Then I had yet another issue where all of the driver's side window buttons popped off at once-Leo came to the rescue again by getting new buttons shipped overnight so they could be replaced before I left for home. It's always stressful to have car trouble when you're away from home, but Leo and the team at Mercedes Benz of AC did their best to offer great service that got me back on the road safely in no time.Service: Electrical

Mike Hardin was absolutely amazing. We brought our car in for collision repairs and he was super attentive, friendly and kept us updated from the beginning to the end. They did an extremely extraordinary job on our car. It looks like a brand new car. He definitely went out his way. Thank you Mike Hardin and the techs that did an amazing job on our car. They did a great repair on my air conditioning. They had to essentially rebuild the whole system, in today s world they did it in a pretty timely fashion. My service expert, Kevin Rossi always kept me aware of the situation, even though more had tone done even though it wasn t in the original estimate, they kept it fairly close to the estimate. I felt that they were always respectful and professional. Overall it was a very good experience.Service: Air conditioning

Had an emergency visit recently at MB of AC. Staff was fantastic, especially Leo in the service center. He was courteous, honest, cared about my situation, kept me informed throughout the diagnostic evaluation and then gave me a no nonsense breakdown of my car's needed repairs. Can't thank him enough for his help. Also want to give a shoutout to Bryan in the Parts department who was able to finally resolve the predicament with my car. Leo was truly amazing! From the time I drove into the service area, the exceptional service started. The man who checked me in was welcoming and friendly, then Kevin at the service desk was great as always! He kept me informed every step of the way, He is kind and friendly and a pleasure to talk to.Also, Alex who works at the loaner car desk, was nice and gave a few cars to choose from. I had scheduled maintenance. Luis made my experience extremely pleasant, he was very courteous as well as prompt. I am from out of town and out of country and I called when I was approx 2 hours away driving through the state and Leo and the shop foreman Mark assisted me with 100% attention. They got me in and the vehicle was looked at and they got me back on the road under 1 hour with a car wash. This is amazing service and they couldn t have done it any better. Very poor service and very poor communication. This is the worst service we have ever received. It is clear that this locations service department doesn t value customer service or satisfaction. Kevin, big miss and likely you ve steered me away from the Mercedes brand going forward.

In the past three years I have purchased two cars from this dealership. This past week I ordered my 3rd. I travel over 75 miles round trip to have my cars serviced there and could easily go to another dealer that's much closer. I choose MB Atlantic City because the staff is professional, prompt, high service orientated, and they adhere to high quality work standards. Work on my cars are completed as agreed and always delivered within the time promised.Service: Tires

Mike Hardin in collision was amazing!!!! Very prompt!! Always returned my calls/emails in very timely manner!!! It was a very easy process and I appreciate that!!! He even pulled some strings with Mark and Tina and squeezed me in for a service appointment when the car was already there. And that helped me a lot a lot!!! Recently, I was concerned about an engine light that went on and an issue with the car not starting one day. I brought the car in to be checked and serviced. They checked everything to ensure that it was running well. Tina at the Service Desk is amazing. She helped me with a plan to address two things now and then take care of the others. There is excellent communication between the service technicians and the front desk. I had a loaner car for a few days that kept me on schedule with my work and home life. I love my Mercedes and the quality service provided. My car had a long list of things that needed attention, and then my oil cap came open and sprayed horrible, stinky fluids all over my engine. I was annoyed with how long it took (ten days before I could get an appointment, 20 more to repair the vehicle) but between the mess they had to clean up, having to remount the engine, and shipping delays on the parts, I think it was fair. They did offer a courtesy car & when I got my car back, they had cleaned the interior and exterior for me as well. Nice service, could be more proactive in communicating how long the job will take. Price is comparable to any reputable mechanic.Service: Engine repair

I had a blowout on the AC Expressway. Was able to get off the road and towed to MB of AC. It was a unique tire but we were able to get it. Mr. Kevin is a nice person. But I am not happy because my car Echo Start/ Stop Engine is not working after I receive my car after service. It was perfect while was dropped my car and while I was driving whole month. Now it s not working like before cut off the engine when I stop in red light or stop sign. In the console area Echo button when I press light is on green but on the dashboard suppose to be A on. That A sign totally disappeared. I think when I get the Recall service and A0 service that time some kind of errors happened. May be any wire is losing the contact. May be battery was not placed properly. My question is it should be checked and fix the errors. Hope the dealership will take care this soon. Echo Start/ Stop Engene is not working after the service. Totally Echo Start/ Stop Engine function is not working after I pick up my car from the dealership.

Kevin was very accommodating with all my questions and very patient showing me my radio when I had trouble . He also offered us a ride if we want to go somewhere during servicing my car. Just decided to wait for 2 hours in the dealership but there s no coffee in the customer area where they used to serve it. That will help us while waiting especially to me who just slept 3 hours from working graveyard shift. Just saying .

Given the circumstances and lack of associates they did a great job on my car as always. Only thing was they kept my car an extra day for detail and it was outside this morning with frost all over. Kind of a waste. They are always professional and helpful. I drive from New York every year to get service here. Love the staff at MB Atlantic City. Took my car to be serviced and they took care of us from the time we arrived until our car was returned to us. They communicated the issue and kept us in the loop the entire time which I greatly appreciated. We will always take our car there.

Tina in service was absolutely hands down a diamond in the rough. Technically couldn t find out what was wrong with the car because the problem wasn t happening when it was their so a diagnostic scan could not detect it. Which mean no Unnecessary repairs and a lot of money not wasted for no reason. Even though I didn t have the most expensive Benz they still treat me like an equal. They knew I had children and gave me a loaner car while my car was in the shop. They made recommendations for further repairs but did not insist I had them done there. Times have been tough and I appreciate what Tina did for me. I will be back because of herService: Electrical

The whole staff at Mercedes Benz is very professional and has everything you need done in a timely manner. The front desk helped me with all my questions and concerns, especially Amy. Tina was great giving me an update when my car will be finished and the cost of everything. Everything was a smooth and simple process. I had the dealer fix/replace the rear tow hook cover. Everytime I went through the car wash it would fly off. The service department kept me informed but the part comes in unpainted and all in all it took 3 weeks to fix a very minor problem.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
