Darrin went above and beyond to secure me the exact EQS 580 that I wanted. There were some hiccups along the way but Darrin made sure to take full accountability to resolve the matters.I work in finance and I know what it is dealing with clients and emotions behind the process and Darrin was able to juggle through all of that.I did the majority of the transaction over the phone and signed the paperwork through DocuSign and finished some at the dealership. The entire process was painless and outstanding.Todd the manager was also very professional.Darrin did follow up to make sure everything went as planned. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for the best deal and the best customer service.Count me in as a return customer as long as Darrin works there and able to assist. It s rare to come across someone in the car business as honest and trustworthy as Darrin.*** Just be careful with the finance managerJohn Borchardt, he s not honest, he still practices the old unethical warranty gimmicks through Zurich. Please make sure you ask for a pamphlet or read the warranty details as most of the things he claims the zurich covers doesn t in reality. He perhaps thought we were illiterate individuals but Darrin made sure to do right by us and followed up with him on Monday for our $2700 refund back to our Amex card as none of the stuff he claimed the warranty covers were all false and misleading.Nonetheless, love my EQS 580 and made a great friend there.

One of The most Incredible experiences I have ever had at a dealership. Mike Daub, Michael Dibrizzi, & John Borchardt are prime examples of excellent customer service; Patient, Respectful, Honest, & Fair. They are a great team and incredible assets to their customers and the dealership. I will definitely return when searching for my next vehicle, share my amazing experience with family and friends, and most of all I am happy to say they made me customer for life.

Customer service was fantastic. However, the actual work that I had done to my car was less than satisfactory, to say the least . I am so disappointed. Besides my car not being fixed, I feel I was never fully informed of what work was being performed. Once I informed the service agent how much money i had to work with, $5k, they made sure that I spent that and then some. Then never was explained what was done. I feel i was taken advantage of. This car is a money pit, a true lemon. I had more problems after I brought the car home. What did I spend 5,200 on?

I am changing the 5 stars I gave before to 1 star. I understand that I made the wrong decision for this dealer. Customer satisfaction understanding is only until I sell the vehicle. After sales support If I had a chance to choose, I would give 0.I would NOT RECOMMEND you to buy a vehicle from this dealer anyway, but if you have to, definitely do not sell at the end of the day. Because if you encounter a problem with the vehicle after receiving the vehicle, it is no longer possible to reach the sales representative, the sales manager or the service department!Due to the problems with the vehicle they sell under warranty, I left the vehicle to the service again 10 days after I bought it. But it has been 12 days since I delivered the vehicle, but no one has returned and informed. Despite repeated calls and emails, I do not have any information about the latest status of my vehicle at the moment. Sales representative Alex After selling the vehicle, he did not answer any of my emails or phone calls, nor did he return my messages. Actually, the last sales manager I spoke to, Mike, said he would investigate the issue and get back to me. But still no response! I would like to state it again and again, please stay away from this dealer! When the price of the vehicle I exchanged was higher than the price of the vehicle I would buy, they stated that they would send the check to my address within 10 days as the difference, but they did not pay me for 1 month. I don't think they will care much about what is written here. Only we have suffered a lot, I am sharing my experiences so that others do not experience the same problems.

My car was having a few issues, which were thankfully all under warranty. Leo helped me along the way and was very good at following up and communicating along the way. Definitely top notch customer service! I was very impressed with how this dealership handled everything. They helped me get my car towed and they were able to give me a loaner in the meantime.

Wonderful experience purchasing my 2021 E350 Mercedes Benz! My husband and I came from Delaware to see this specific car and couldn t have been happier with our salesman, DARNELL. He was not pushy at all and got us a great deal! Friendly, but most importantly, KNOWLEDGEABLE about this vehicle! He showed me things that I had no idea that it could do and spent extra time teaching me how to operate it. ( I may be back for tutorials because there s so much to learn about this beautiful auto, and Darnell told me to come back anytime and he d show me more!) He s a salesman who appreciates that when you are buying a luxury car, you deserve luxury treatment! This is my second Benz and I ve always dealt with my local dealership in Wilmington, but after a not-so-great experience there last week, and such a wonderful experience with MB of AC, it ll be worth the drive for service or my next vehicle.

Once you purchase the vehicle, they have the worst customer service and could care less to help you. My vehicle has been in their shop for a month, I never got a phone call, email, text anything in regards to the progress of my vehicle. I had to go into Mercedes personally for them to apologize and proceed to tell me that the vehicle is still being worked on which I processed to say I wanted to speak with a manager and I was given the customer service number which I called over a week ago and I am still waiting to hear back from someone. I get the run around every time I call. It s a shame that a company that prides themselves with customer service is absolutely horrible with it. I am extremely unhappy with the service with company has provided me, and would not recommend them.

I had a great experience buying a pre owned jaguar ipace from them. Not only was Michael Daub very helpful over the phone from the start, by answering all my questions since I was new to an all electric vehicle, once I decided to put down a deposit, he also prepared all the docs and the car itself prior to my arrival, it made the purchasing process so easy and pleasant. He spent the time to show me the features the car has to offer and set me up. I had a long drive home and didn t have a USB cord to connect my phone to the new car, he even gave me his own so that I could enjoy my car ride back! Michael takes pride of his work and really cares! I would recommend purchasing from him and this dealership if you want to be treated like a royal!!

I waited 3 and a half hours for my oil change. My windshield replacement cracked 2 weeks later when I called them to tell them that they said it s not their fault On top of it cracking it s dirty on the inside it looks like they cleaned it with the same rag they used for oil changes.

Worst place ever! They don t return phone calls and had my Mercedes for 5 mths to fix a broken window. When I was finally able to pick up my car the AC was not working. They said they fixed it but they didn t and I was too afraid to leave my car there again. Very unprofessional. I was shocked!

Unfortunately, my recent experience with the service department was not favorable.We had a scheduled service done - oil change, topping off fluids etc.The day after the service my wife attempted to use the window washer fluid and it wasn t working. The day before the service it was working fine. We attempted to fill the container with washer fluid and it poured right out of the bottom of the car.We called the service department and where told it wasn t their fault and it would be our responsibility to pay for the repair.I don t believe in coincidences like this.We are taking our business elsewhere.Ed Conti

The service department is NOT trustworthy at all! Avoid at all cost!!!!Dropped my Mercedes bens Sprinter off that was under warranty for a brake inspection since it was squealing. The service team at MB AC told me my brakes were after market and needed to get both back wheel s brakes and rotors replaced. We re going to charge me $700+ for the job, I said no thank you I ll change the brakes myself so I got charged around $130+ for diagnosing the brakes.When I started replacing the brakes the next day I noticed the rotors were ok and there was plenty of life in the brake pads still. Then when I lifted the brake caliper cyclinder to remove the brake pads, I noticed the brake pads had the Mercedes logo on them (they were the manufacturers brakes not after market!!). I called Damon immediately asking if after market brakes have the Mercedes logo and I was told that his mechanics do brakes all the time and said they were not Mercedes brake pads and that they were the color blue?I had to send pictures to Damon for him to believe me and then I got no reply after I sent the pictures. The next day I called Damon and asked if he received the pictures, he said yes but I still can t get refunded the diagnosing fee. I questioned if they even diagnosed it since the brakes are clearly Mercedes and do not have any blue color that he mentioned initially. I was thinking... did they even take the wheel off?!I then had to ask to speak to the service manager who wasn t in the office that day. Mark Bauer the service manager called me the next day and was very short with his words. He gave me the refund back but didn t offer an apology for the lack of customer service his team provided the previous days and basically lied to their customer.I am very disappointed in this Mercedes dealership. I wonder how many innocent people they rip off who don t have the time to change their own brakes.I have pictures and video evidence of this matter since I was creating a YouTube video on how to change brakes on a Mercedes Sprinter van but unfortunately I can not attach anything on dealer rater

I had a Benz that I owned for 5 yrs and I took it to the Benz dealership to get repair.The service staff Kelvin spoke very nice until it was time to repair it he give me a quote of 4700 which I agreed upon. I got a call within 3 days that they cannot fix the engine he recommended buying a new engine which I couldn't afford then he recommended a used engine .which is around 11000 give or take I said why can't you fix the engine he said is to much headache as it is not worth it for me to go through that kind of trouble.I said if I bring a Benz car by a Benz dealership to fix and u all refuse to fix it then who do I go to.He then offered me if I want to sell it because I cannot afford the replacement because the refuse to fix it then who do I go by the will try for you to sell it and mark the so call manager is a big crook also the he said he will look into it and call me back still no call after a month.Beware of this con men that work here

Traveling in South Jersey when I had a tire failure/ puncture. Kelvin Do in service helped me through multiple phone calls to arrange for same-day repair of the tire even though I am from out of town. He was professional and courteous. Went out of his way to help me. Excellent experience. Great customer service.

Because of the pandemic, finding a used car has been quite a challenge but when I was connected with Mercedes Benz of AC everything changed! Danielle was my sales person and let me say that she was excellent! Great personality, accommodating and a great communicator.The dealership was extremely helpful, worked with my price range and tended to me in a way that made me feel like I was the only customer they were servicing.I am excited about my purchase and am lucky that Mercedes had what I needed.
