I ve been here twice and both times the staff was outstanding. I brought it in one day for a plug as I had a leak in my tire and they let me know it was booked up but they would do it as soon as they could and asked if I needed it back by any certain time. I was off that day and let them know. About 8 hours later I get a call it s ready and they gave me the patch for free because it had taken so long. Today, after driving on the old and patched tire for 3 years, I finally decided it was time to get a new one and they let me know my options for available tires and price points and were so nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place and will be returning again.

I came in to get two new tires. They did a great job but what I thought was more amazing was what I overheard while waiting. A young woman needed significant work to her car and couldn t afford it. They worked with her to get the price down to where she was able to get her car fixed and safe for her and her kids. They were super understanding and really helped her. You don t see that a lot these days. They are great people and do great work.

So Jessica made an appointment for me for next day at 10am and said the price quote she gave me was saved in the computer. Next day at 10am, they tell me not only nothing is in the computer, but it's so busy MAYBE they'll get me in by the end of the day. (Jessica's not there) I don't have time to wait around 8 hours for my car to MAYBE be done, that's why I made an appointment. They said they don't do appointments, only reservations, and just like at a restaurant or doctors office you have to wait. I said no, no restaurant or doctor ever told me you might have to wait 8 hours and MAYBE we'll get to you. So I asked to speak with the owner They said there is no owner(even though the responses in the reviews say owner), only store manager The rude punk then pretended to transfer me, did a horrible job of disguising his voice, and pretended to be the manager. But forgot to stop being a rude punk. So I called him out on it and he's like whatever you can call corporate like the "owner" suggests. Corporate said they would have the regional manager contact me. Never did. I mean I guess they get it right sometimes based on some good reviews but just know what you're getting into. There are no appointments, OR reservations, and if they say a quote is saved it's not. Oh and then on the day of my appointment, that guy was rude too, he swung around the computer to show me how many people were ahead of me. I'm like so? I'm ahead of all of them because they are walk-ins and I had an appointment since yesterday. So they just rude and dumb. Good luck!

They will waste your time! I ordered tires with an Mavis associate and left my deposit to get 4 new tires for the next day. The guy informed me i was all set and can drop my car off to get serviced the following day. I arrived the next morning dropped my car off at 10:00am they confirmed my year make and model etc on my vehicle. I called numerous times throughout the day for an update on time, the lady Jessica told me it was gon be about two more hours. Three hours later 5:15 she called to inform me that they ordered the wrong tires and they re closing in hour to come pick up my car !They literally kept my car all day and wasted my time. A tire shop who don t kno how to order the correct tires smh. Mind you I gave him the information from my drivers side door. Smh the WORSE Tire shop !!! Spend your money at WALMART or Mr.TIRE!

Mavis saved the day! I got out of work with a flat tire..I called them at 545 and even though they closed at 6 they told me to on come over. They were super helpful and I m very grateful for their efficient service! I would highly recommend!!!

I took my car here for an oil change, I knew they would find issues with my suspension. I have 4 kids, I cannot afford expensive work on my car and when I tell you THIS MAN TOOK CARE OF ME THIS SHOP they are great. I was in TEARS and he talked me out of a panic attack because let s face is nobody wants to spend money!! And DENNY and his team at the EHT location SAVED MY MORNING!!!!!!! He went above and beyond tomake sure I could AFFORD to fix my car he was by far the most genuine person!! What a great team !! Denny is FANTASTIC

I took my car in for a oil change, Denny that works there did a check and found very necessary work that needed to be done. He explained what was found and helped me understand the cost. Thank you for helping make the car safe and reliable to drive.

I got a flat tire coming home from Atlantic City last weekend. I put a donut on and started calling tire shops. I stopped into the Firestone across the street but they weren't able to help. The person I spoke with on the phone at Mavis was extremely reassuring and helpful so I headed there instead. I have an odd tire size so in the past it's been difficult for me to find replacements but Jessica did some digging and found they had 4 brand new in stock. Jessica was extremely helpful in going over the process and giving me an accurate estimate, as well as giving me some recommendations for how to kill time while the work was getting done. When I got the call that my service was finished, Tyler helped me settle up. Both Jessica and Tyler were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Because of Jessica, Tyler and Mavis, I had a smooth ride back to Philly and ended up having a pretty good day despite what would normally be a stressful situation. Thanks y'all!

Coming here was an absolute pleasure . Very honest and trustworthy mechanics. Denny has excellent customer service & knows what he is doing when it comes to cars . I will be coming back to Mavis for all my car services & also recommending my friends and family members as well .

I ve got NO affiliation whatsoever with Mavis Tire so this review is sincere. Tyler D went above and beyond for my 83 year old mom who had a flat tire and lives on her own. Tyler went out of his way to accommodate her and get her back on the road and he did it all with a customer first attitude and communicates well. Highly recommend (this) Mavis location because of Tyler D!!

I called for an appointment for a wheel alignment and was seen in 30 minutes of my phone call. The wait time was not long at all. The environment was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely return for future car needs.

Tyler was absolutely amazing! He listened to my problem, educated me in something I didn t know, and helped me quickly! He was honest and didn t try to upsell me something unnecessary. I was very blown away at his customer service and honesty! I will definitely be back! Please give that man a raise he deserves it. 10/10

I had a screw in my sidewall and Mike was able to fit me in at 630pm. I ended up replacing all 4 tires and was back on the road within 2 hours. Mike and Denny were awesome!

I had a screw lodged in my tire. I called on a Saturday morning and they were able to get me in first thing in the afternoon. They plugged it up and I was done in 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable and service was excellent. I strongly recommend Mavis.

The tires are as described. A good quality product. I hope the seller and Amazon removes the installer (Mavis Discount tires #217) from there options. My appointment for install was for 9:00 to 10:00 am. I got there early 8:45, my truck got on the lift at 9:30. Meanwhile, 4 other customers that came in after me got there cars in and out before mine. About 11:00 the assistant manager called me to my truck and pointed at some grease on the front right axle rubber boot. He said he couldn't replace just the boot, he could replace the whole axle for $580. While he was writing up the quote i was Googling replacement boots, $30.(NO THANKS) I asked the assistant manager about the waite, he explained, the other customers got oil changes, that my truck was in the process of getting tire install and wheel balance, but my rims with the old tires still on them, were laying there. By the time I drove my truck off the lot,it was 12:15. 3 1/2 hours. The manager (Oscar) did apologize, and offered me a free oil change, but I will never go there again.

Oscar went above and beyond for me today to ensure that an issue from another location was solved. He took time from his day to ensure I felt cared for and heard, and walked me through the steps he took to show this would not happen again. What could have been a few hundred dollar fix wound up being budget friendly. I am extremely grateful to Oscar and his team! Thanks guys!!

I ve had a bad experience from this place in the past not honoring my warranty on tires bought there and trying to charge me. However, I was recently there for what I thought was an emergency and the crew assessed the issue, gave recommendations, and a proposal. I feel confident that they didn t attempt to pull the wool over my eyes. I believe there is new management here. This is my new go- to place again

Professional, friendly staff. The manager Mike, and team member Oscar, went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. I had accidentally shown up the day before my appointment, yet they fit me in on what was clearly a busy day. It was extremely helpful and greatly appreciated. The showroom and facilities were clean and well kept. This staff worked hard, and deserves accolades for their efforts.

I tried going here for the first time after my last oil change that spilled my oil all over for carelessly not putting my oil cap back on. Very Quick & Efficent, Denny was awesome and kind.

I have always received great service at Mavis. Oscar is a really nice service representative and does his best to keep you informed about your vehicle. He also gives discounts when they are available. I would definitely go back to Mavis again for future service.

Going with 3.5 because they always seem to try to upsell yah no matter who you are. It's important to take your car their, knowing exactly what it is you need done and making sure that they are fully aware that you know what's wrong and don't want anything beyond that to be fixed or replaced.Besides that I was able to grab some pretty cheap tires from them for less then $100 each which is pretty sick! Definitely recommended if your just grabbing tires, which makes sense since it's in the name!

Denny was very nice and helpful and helped me . He s a friendly person and kept everyone patient in the waiting room. He sold me on 4 tires instead of 2 and had my best interest .
