Matt Blatt Nissan service department was One of the best experiences with a car dealer I have ever had. From the moment I came in to the time I left every one was super helpful and professional . No appointment needed for tile change . I was in and out in less than an hr.The ladies at the front desk were super nice and explained to me the whole process . I would highly recommend the Matt Blatt Nissan Services department . I wish other service departments would be as good as them .Thank you again for making my first service so simple and pleasant.

Update May 4, 2023: Service is still excellent as before and the waiting room got better. The waiting area has fresh ground coffee some free snacks and bottle water. If you want anything else their are vending machines for soda and other snacks. The seating area is Hugh and has comfortable furniture.My car needed a part that will have to be ordered. They offered a free rental car but I opted for the courtesy van. The drive was friendly and drove great! I needed to go 10 away and they said no problem.Nissan what ever you are doing with hiring people great job! What got me was the cashier who I talked to the day before and she still remember my name the next day, cool. -----------------------------------------First time here. Normally I use to go to a different Nissan service center now I live down this way.Setting an appointment was real easy on the web site and all times were were available. When I got their you drive inside of build to service counter great when it is raining or snowing.My rep was Teuh Fears, I give her a 5 star rating for customer service. When she was filling out the paperwork I was inside the customer waiting area. When paperwork done she brought it to me explained the work and price and all I had to do was sign authorization to start work. No need to stand at counter and wait until a 1000 keystrokes later to sign authorization of work.Later when everything was done she came in to the customer waiting area and explained all work done and no extra work had to be done at this time. She then walked me to payment counter and said have a nice day.The payment counter indicated the price and when I presented my credit card I was told their would be a 3 percent charge for using the card. That is great! Instead of raising the price for everyone to compensate the charge fee I can pay cash and save money on my bill. I wish more places did this!Oh one other thing if you bring you child with you they have a game room for kids.

Shaunice was excellent! She was very friendly and helped out with everything. Niko was also a big help in getting the car we were looking for to us. Would highly recommend them.

Both Shaunice and AJ go out of their way to make you feel comfortable with the car buying experience. I normally hate to go to a car dealer because it always feels like the ball is always in their court. You can sometimes spend the whole day at a dealership, and still not feel like you got something good for your money. .......That was the complete opposite at Matt Blatt Nissan. It felt like they couldn't do enough for you, even after I signed the papers....and believe me I've purchased or Leased a lot of cars over the years so I feel like I know a great experience when I see it.......When you go in and see Shaunice Small & her now clean shaven boss (owner) AJ ( HOPE HE STILL IS ), you will be pleasantly surprised....I was..............Jerry G.

Great fast service. The work was done in less time than quoted. The service rep Shawn Cameron did a great job reviewing recommended service. He also pulled up a previous quote I requested a few months back. Great service all around!!!

This was my first time at Matt Blatt, and it was a very good experience. One of the service advisors, Brooke, set up the appointment for me when I called. She was very pleasant and professional. When I arrived for the service appointment, Connor was also very pleasant and helpful, and walked me through what was going to be done for the service appointment.I ll be back.

I call asking a question about a transmission code and them told me I have to bring the car and it will need a transmission so I call the one in Vineland NJ and them answer my question without any problem so lot of this dealership are a rip-off them want u to bring the car to start ripping u off with other parts the car not need anyway I buy the transmission solenoid on ebay installed myself and boom issue fix car run normal again I'm never buy a Nissan again

Made an appt. The service people said no. I did. I was told a price and it was $300 less than it really was. The staff made me walk different places and all around,, were not helpful and didn t believe what I told them.

It's a air back recall is a knocking noise in the air back passenger side I took my vehicle to the Nissan dealership for repair that took 2 hours..but the knocking noise still goes now they try to charge me 175 under for a full diagnosis, this is not fair.

I just wanted to share the great service I had at Matt Blatt in egg harbor township. Wow what a great team John our salesperson was Awesome. They really made you feel comfortable and we re not pushy or aggressive really nice atmosphere. I would recommend everyone if you are looking for a car truck or suv give these guys your first shot you will not be disappointed. Kudos to the entire staff at Matt Blatt Nissan egg harbor township

Liked that it was straight forward and to the point. Went in for a diagnosic due to a check engine light. Resolved the codes that were popping up and didn't try to upsell on other unnecessary things. I've worked at a Nissan dealership in the past, plus at other businesses, and I've seen them try to sell the customer an air filter by showing them a "dirty" air filter, among other items. I had my war face ready to do battle. But not required here, which was nicely surprising. Brooke was great, very informative and cool. She knows how to translate mechanical jargon into words the customer can understand. I would recommend you guys to others, plus would come back for other stuff my mechanic is not able to do. Thanks

The Service Advisor Brooke Hoffman was excellent extremely hopeful and very professional. As was the cashier whose name escapes me but I have dealt with her in the past. Very friendly, pleasant, and is very efficient at her job.The wait time for service was within the range of time I was given for the work to be done.The pricing for the work done was a little high for an oil change.

Took my Nissan Altima to get transmission tested. They gave me an estimate of $10k to replace. Not happening. Asked them on Tuesday to give a trade in estimate. Picked car up today, no estimate. Took 45 minutes to get out of there. They wouldn't even pull the car up for us. They said it was too dangerous to drive. I would never do business with them.
